Bought a park model for my brother a couple years ago. After Cal Am went to a new accounting system I find that if you mistakenly double pay your monthly bill you will not be given a refund nor will the overpayment be applied to your entire next bill but credit will be given to water, garbage only, not electricity. To top that the staff took an unauthorized payment on my card even with the credit. I will now have a credit on May 1 when the new park rent is due.Run don’t walk away from Cal Am property’s.
