Springhaven Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Mesa, Arizona area, Springhaven, situated at 4220 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85205, USA, is a property that might appear in your search results. You can contact them by phone at (480) 832-2700 or mobile phone at +1 480-832-2700. While the platform category focuses on RV parks, it's important to understand that Springhaven operates as a mobile home park, primarily offering long-term or permanent residency for individuals and families living in manufactured homes. However, one review does mention "RV sites," indicating that Springhaven might also accommodate recreational vehicles, making it relevant to the "RV parks near me" search.
When considering a place to live, whether in a mobile home park or an RV park, key factors include the environment, the services and amenities offered, and the overall features of the community. Located on East Main Street in Mesa, Springhaven benefits from its location within a well-established area, likely providing access to various local amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services. Mesa itself is a large suburb of Phoenix, offering a blend of residential comfort and urban conveniences.
The online reviews for Springhaven present a mixed perspective, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the community. One reviewer describes the park as "very dated with little apparent interest in any major remodeling or major construction." This suggests that the facilities and infrastructure might be older and potentially in need of updates. Specific issues mentioned include a smelly weight room, poorly draining showers and toilets in the men's room, a community hall in need of remodeling with an unusable kitchen stove, and an insufficient number of lounge chairs around the pool. The reviewer also notes that there is only one maintenance person on staff, who, while trying hard, is not adequate to address all the maintenance needs.
Another reviewer specifically comments on the "RV sites," noting that they are "short making it challenging backing into." This is a significant consideration for RV owners looking for accessible and appropriately sized sites. This reviewer also echoes the sentiment about a lack of investment in improvements by "The Treehouse management and the owners."
However, not all feedback is negative. One reviewer offers a more balanced view, stating, "The actual park managers and staff are very good. The location is good. The price is okay for what you get." This suggests that while there might be physical limitations or a lack of investment in upgrades, the on-site management and staff are perceived positively, and the overall value proposition (location and price relative to what is offered) is considered acceptable by some.
Adding to the positive aspects, another reviewer who stayed for a week described Springhaven as "very peaceful" with a "nice staff." They enjoyed their stay and indicated a willingness to return. This reviewer also specifically praised the cleanliness and upkeep of the dog area and the "superb job" done by the maintenance. This directly contradicts the earlier review regarding inadequate maintenance, suggesting that experiences may vary or that certain areas are better maintained than others.
Based on these reviews, Springhaven appears to be a mobile home park (with some RV sites) that offers a peaceful environment and has a well-regarded on-site staff and management team. The location in Mesa is also considered advantageous. However, the park is described as dated, with potential issues related to aging facilities (weight room, men's restroom, community hall, laundry - inferred), short RV sites, and a perceived lack of investment in major improvements. Maintenance quality seems to be a point of contention, with one reviewer finding it inadequate and another praising it.
Typically, mobile home and RV parks offer a range of services and features to their residents and guests. These can include:
- On-site management to handle administrative tasks, resident/guest inquiries, and community matters. The reviews suggest a positive interaction with the management and staff at Springhaven.
- Maintenance of the grounds, infrastructure, and any communal facilities. The feedback on maintenance is mixed, indicating potential inconsistency or focus on certain areas.
- Utility hookups at each site (for both mobile homes and RVs), including water, sewer, and electricity.
- Trash and recycling services.
- Communal amenities intended to enhance the quality of life. Springhaven appears to have a pool (with insufficient lounge chairs), a weight room (smelly), a community hall (in need of remodeling with an unusable stove), and laundry facilities (inferred, possibly within the dated community hall or elsewhere). The presence of a dog area is also noted, with positive feedback on its cleanliness.
- Restroom and shower facilities, although the men's room is reported to have drainage issues.
- Potentially, Wi-Fi access, though this is not mentioned in the reviews.
- Roadways and lighting within the park.
Features of residing in Springhaven would likely include the peaceful environment and the perceived good location in Mesa. For RVers, the short site length might be a significant drawback. The sense of community is not strongly addressed in the reviews, but the positive interactions with staff might contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
The provided information does not include any specific promotional details for Springhaven. Individuals interested in long-term residency in a mobile home or short-term RV stays are encouraged to contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about current availability, rental rates (for lots or RV sites), any associated fees, and any special offers or incentives. When contacting the management, it would be prudent to inquire about the specific concerns raised in the reviews, such as the condition of the facilities, the length of the RV sites, and any planned improvements.
In conclusion, Springhaven in Mesa, Arizona, appears to be a mobile home park that may also accommodate some RVs. It offers a peaceful environment and has a well-regarded on-site staff and management team, along with a convenient location. However, the park is described as dated, with several facilities in need of remodeling or repair, including the weight room, men's restroom, and community hall. RV sites are reported to be short, which could be challenging for some RVs. Maintenance quality seems inconsistent. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term mobile home living in Mesa, Springhaven presents a mixed picture that warrants careful consideration and direct inquiry with the management to determine if it meets their specific needs and expectations.

It is very dated with little apparent interest in any major remodeling or major construction. The weight room smelled. The Men’s room shower and toilets do not drain well. The community hall needs to be remodeled and the kitchen stove is not usable due to being old. There was not enough lounge chairs around the pool. There is only one maintenance guy on staff and though he tries hard it is not adequate. The RV sites are short making it challenging backing into. The Treehouse management and the owners seem unwilling to invest in any improvements. The actual park managers and staff are very good. The location is good. The price is okay for what you get.
