Camp Verde Mobile Village Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Camp Verde, Arizona region, Camp Verde Mobile Village, located at 723 W Finnie Flat Rd #114, Camp Verde, AZ 86322, USA, is a mobile home park that may potentially offer accommodations for recreational vehicles. Situated in Camp Verde, a town in the heart of Arizona known for its rich history and access to natural attractions like Montezuma Castle National Monument and the Verde River, Camp Verde Mobile Village can be contacted at (928) 567-2868 or via mobile phone at +1 928-567-2868. While the primary function of the property is as a mobile home park, it is conceivable that they might also provide sites for RVs, catering to both short-term and possibly longer-term stays. However, it is crucial to consider the overwhelmingly negative feedback from current and former residents when evaluating this option.
As a mobile home park, Camp Verde Mobile Village typically provides spaces for individuals to reside in their own mobile homes, offering essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. Depending on the park's infrastructure, it might also offer basic services like trash removal. For those searching under the category "RV parks near me," the possibility of finding suitable sites at Camp Verde Mobile Village exists. These sites, if available, would ideally include the necessary utility connections for RVs. However, the available reviews paint a concerning picture that warrants careful consideration before choosing this location for either mobile home living or RV stays.
The environment surrounding Camp Verde Mobile Village in Camp Verde, Arizona, could be appealing due to the natural beauty and attractions of the area. Camp Verde offers a unique blend of history and outdoor recreation, with access to state parks, national monuments, and the scenic Verde River. However, the internal environment of Camp Verde Mobile Village, according to multiple reviewers, appears to be far from ideal. One former resident of over eight years described it as a "terrible place to live" and specifically mentioned safety concerns for children due to "pipes protruding out of the ground everywhere." This paints a picture of neglect and potential hazards within the park.
The customer reviews for Camp Verde Mobile Village are overwhelmingly negative, raising serious concerns about the park's management, maintenance, safety, and overall living conditions. Several key issues are highlighted:
- Safety Hazards: The presence of exposed pipes creating a dangerous environment for children is a significant safety concern.
- Poor Management: Multiple reviewers describe the management as exceptionally poor, with allegations of unethical and potentially illegal behavior by the manager, Lori Jean Burress, and her boss, Neal T Haney. These allegations include breaking laws, lying to tenants, and intimidation tactics.
- Inflated Resale Prices and Restrictions: Concerns are raised about the park fixing up old mobile homes and reselling them at inflated prices, with residents allegedly unable to leave the park until the home is paid off.
- Rent Increases Without Corresponding Improvements: Rent has reportedly increased annually without any noticeable improvements or amenities being added to the park.
- Neglect of Maintenance and Health Hazards: A raw sewage spill was allegedly mishandled, taking days to cap and never being properly cleaned, leading to potential health risks.
- Denial of Tenant Rights: Allegations include the management lying about issuing new leases despite legal requirements and intimidating residents who attempt to organize or distribute information.
- Deteriorating Property and Lack of Amenities: The property is described as being in a state of continuous decay with little to no effort to address issues. The park reportedly lacks basic amenities such as playgrounds, a pool, or a basketball court, and suffers from ineffective lighting, contributing to high crime. Roads are described as unsafe and impassable for emergency vehicles and residents with mobility issues.
Given the severity and consistency of these negative reviews, it is extremely important for anyone considering Camp Verde Mobile Village, either for mobile home living or as an option among "RV parks near me," to proceed with extreme caution. The information strongly suggests significant problems with the park's management, safety, maintenance, and overall living conditions.
There is no promotional information available for Camp Verde Mobile Village in the provided text. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, it is unlikely that the park is actively promoting itself in a positive light. Any potential offers or incentives would need to be directly inquired about, but the numerous serious allegations should be thoroughly investigated before considering any commitments.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," it would be prudent to inquire whether Camp Verde Mobile Village even offers designated RV sites and the specific amenities available for RV travelers. Considering the reported state of disrepair and lack of basic amenities, it is highly questionable whether this park would provide a satisfactory or safe experience for RVers. The negative reviews suggest that the focus is primarily on mobile home residents, and even their experience appears to be severely lacking.
In conclusion, while Camp Verde Mobile Village is located in an area with natural beauty and attractions, the overwhelming negative feedback from former and current residents paints a dire picture of the park's management, safety, maintenance, and overall living conditions. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Camp Verde should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to look at alternative options. The numerous allegations of neglect, mismanagement, and safety hazards make Camp Verde Mobile Village a potentially unsuitable choice for anyone seeking a safe and comfortable living or camping environment. It is highly recommended to heed the advice of former residents to "talk to the people who live there before you buy" and to thoroughly research your rights as a tenant in Arizona before considering this property.

Camp Verde Mobile Village Reviews
Been here over 8 years. Terrible place to live. It's actually very dangerous for children with pipes protruding out of the ground everywhere. I would not recommend this to anyone and that's why I moved. Living in my camper is so much better...and I save 400 a month!
Apr 01, 2020 · James GayanThey deserve NO STARS but it wasn't an option. This is the poorest run Mobile Home Park in the World. Managed by a petty woman named Lori Jean Burress; there doesn't seem to be a law she won't break if she thinks you're too dumb or poor to hire an attorney to defend yourself. Her boss Neal T Haney is an equally abhorrent individual who will lie and break laws so long as he thinks he wont get caught! They are fixing up old mobile homes and reselling them to people who don't know the price is inflated! Mobile homes are registered at the DMV and they will tell you the value of the home. You buy from them and you not only over paid but now you can't get out of the park until you pay off the home!!The rent has gone up $30 over two years (it will most likely go up every year-so far nobody can remember a year it didn't go up) which may not sound like much but when you factor in what you DONT get for your money it's wasted cash. The property manager was notified of a raw sewage spill within the park.....they took days to cap the sewer pipe, the spill was never properly cleaned up and the park employees walked and drove through the spill unaware that they were spreading the contaminated matter, not very bright! They will deny you your rights....if you ask for a new lease they will lie to you but never write one; the law requires them to issue a new 12 month lease when a tenant requests one.You are allowed to have meetings and pass out flyers to neighbors but Neal T Haney will try to intimidate you by sending a threatening letter telling you you cant do that! (Yes I have the letters)!!The property is in a state of continuous decay and the park is making almost no effort to correct issues, and dangers to its residents! Your rent will go up but there will still be no amenities! NO playgrounds, NO pool, NO basketball court, Ineffective lighting throughout the park (Crime in the park is high), unsafe dwellings, unsafe and impassible roads for fire, police, ambulance, elderly, & handicapped.Talk to the people who live there before you buy!! Ask questions!! Read the Arizona Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Act before signing anything!!! Make the right decision for your family!! If you do not heed this review you may find yourself in a situation you cannot escape....and your neighbors wont help (Partly due to the number of aliens living in the park who don't want ICE to come looking for them).Good Luck.....
Aug 30, 2017 · Thethird ChildIt's a cramped mobile home park where a family member lives. They clearly don't take care of the place despite high lot fees. Sign and street lights don't work, pvp pipes sticking out of the ground all over the "park" area. No guest parking areas.
Jun 09, 2018 · Bonny HananOld park with some very old trailers. But the park was clean. Needs some beautification. My friends are settled in and like it there.
