Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park (Allen Properties) Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Louisville, Kentucky area? Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park (managed by Allen Properties), located at 9498 Barn Rd, Louisville, KY 40291, USA, is primarily a mobile home park. When looking for local RV parking, it's important to assess if such parks accommodate RVs and what the experience might be like based on available information.
The limited customer reviews for Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park (Allen Properties) raise some significant concerns regarding the community and management. One reviewer mentions that "The pictures represent the kinds of people you may end up with as neighbors," and specifies that the location referenced is Smith Lane, leading to the rear entrance of the park. This comment is vague but suggests a potentially negative perception of some residents or the overall atmosphere in certain areas of the park.
Another, more detailed review describes a troubling situation involving the treatment of dogs at a specific trailer on Silo Court within the park. The reviewer states that these concerns were brought to the office's attention on two separate occasions. The complaint alleges that the dogs are "trapping their dogs on their deck for hours at a time in the hot heat and in the freezing cold temperatures," and are not allowed into the yard to relieve themselves, instead using the deck. The reviewer further claims that the owners often sweep the dog poop into the yard and allow urine to drip under the deck, resulting in a "foul smell in the summertime." The reviewer expresses concern for the welfare of the dogs and also for neighbors who have to witness the situation and potentially experience the associated odors. This detailed account paints a picture of potential issues with neighborly conduct and the park's management response to reported concerns.
When considering a location from the perspective of "RV parks near me," potential users evaluate the environment, available services, and features. Given that Cedar Heights is a mobile home park, its suitability for RVs and the nature of its offerings for RV travelers are uncertain, especially in light of the negative feedback concerning the community and management responsiveness.
Environment: The reviews provide limited insight into the overall physical environment of Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park. The mention of Smith Lane as a rear entrance and Silo Court as a location within the park gives a sense of the layout but not the aesthetic or upkeep. The negative comments about the treatment of dogs and the resulting smells suggest potential localized environmental issues that could impact the living experience for those nearby. The general tone of the reviews does not convey a sense of a well-maintained or harmonious community, which can influence the overall environment for any resident, including RVers if they are accommodated.
Services: Information regarding services typically expected at RV parks, such as utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer), restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities, is not provided in the reviews for Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park. As it is primarily a mobile home park, the infrastructure might be geared towards long-term mobile home residents rather than short-term RV stays. If Cedar Heights does accommodate RVs, it would be crucial to inquire about the availability and specifics of these essential services.
Features: The reviews do not mention any specific features or amenities of Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park that would be relevant to RV users, such as recreational areas, Wi-Fi, or community spaces. The focus of the feedback is on perceived negative aspects of the community and management.
Promotional Information: Given the negative nature of the available reviews, there is no positive promotional information to be gleaned. The concerns raised about neighborly behavior, animal welfare, and management response would likely deter potential residents, including those looking for "RV parks near me." There is no indication of any incentives or features being promoted to attract new occupants.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Louisville, KY, the limited information available for Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park (Allen Properties) presents some red flags. The concerns raised about the community atmosphere and the management's handling of reported issues should be taken into consideration. If you are contemplating this location for RV parking, it would be essential to contact Allen Properties directly using any available contact information to inquire about RV accommodations, the availability of services, and to address the issues highlighted in the reviews. A personal visit to assess the environment might also be advisable.
In conclusion, the customer reviews for Cedar Heights Mobile Home Park (Allen Properties) in Louisville, KY, highlight potential issues related to the community and the management's response to resident concerns. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," it would be prudent to proceed with caution and seek further information directly from the management regarding RV accommodations and to address the negative feedback received.

Jan 23, 2025 · Truth JusticeThis would be a trailer that is on silo court. It has been brought to the office attention on two separate occasions not sure if they said anything to the owners of this property or not but if so, they are still trapping their dogs on their deck for hours at a time in the hot heat and in the freezing cold temperatures, they never get to go out into the yard to go to the bathroom. They simply let them out on the deck and they use the bathroom on the deck. Who knows when the owners clean up the poop they usually just sweep the poop into the yard and let the urine just drip down underneath the deck so there’s a foul smell in the summertime when it’s really hot. I feel like for the dogs sake and never getting to go out into the grass. I feel bad for them and then I also feel bad for those who live around them who have to see dog poop. This is their back deck, so I guess they don’t have to walk out into it all the time but for me who live next-door I have to walk out of my front door and this is the first thing that I see. Please do something about this !!!
