Cedarbrook Mobile Park Introduce
For local individuals and families seeking information about "RV parks near me," it's important to clarify that the following information pertains to a mobile home park, Cedarbrook Mobile Park, located at 1326 N Cedarbrook Ave C1, Springfield, MO 65802, USA. While the platform category might list various types of accommodations, including RV parks, this introduction will focus specifically on the details of Cedarbrook Mobile Park as a residential option. Unfortunately, a direct phone number for Cedarbrook Mobile Park was not provided in the available information.
The customer reviews for Cedarbrook Mobile Park present a starkly divided perspective on the living experience within the community. One recent resident offers a positive initial impression, stating that the park "seems to be fairly quiet and friendly." They report not encountering any "rude or angry people" and commend the management as "very friendly and more than helpful." This reviewer also highlights the positive interactions with their neighbors, describing them as "wonderful and super sweet." Additionally, they mention a helpful service offered by their husband, who provides reasonably priced repairs to residents within the park, suggesting a supportive and neighborly atmosphere for some.
In stark contrast, another reviewer paints a significantly negative picture of Cedarbrook Mobile Park. They describe it as a "Nasty eyesore" and allege serious issues with safety, claiming that "drugs run rampant an there's always a chance to find a needle laying around." While acknowledging that "not every trailer is covered in filth" and that "there are a couple good families living there," this reviewer emphatically states they would "definitely never live here again" due to these severe concerns.
Considering these diametrically opposed viewpoints, we can attempt to objectively introduce the environment, services, and features of Cedarbrook Mobile Park based on the limited and highly conflicting information available:
- Environment: The environment of Cedarbrook Mobile Park is perceived very differently by the two reviewers. One describes it as "fairly quiet and friendly," suggesting a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, at least in their immediate experience. The presence of "wonderful and super sweet" neighbors further contributes to a positive community feel for this resident. However, the other reviewer characterizes the park as a "Nasty eyesore" with significant safety concerns related to drug activity and the potential presence of drug paraphernalia. This suggests a potentially uneven environment within the park, with some areas or interactions being positive while others are marred by serious issues. The overall upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the park are also viewed differently, with one implying a generally acceptable condition ("not every trailer is covered in filth") and the other labeling it a "Nasty eyesore."
- Services: Information regarding formal services provided by the management of Cedarbrook Mobile Park is limited. One reviewer explicitly praises the management as "very friendly and more than helpful," indicating a positive service experience in their interactions. However, the other review does not comment directly on management responsiveness or services, focusing instead on the alleged negative aspects of the community environment and safety. The mention of a resident offering repair services suggests an informal support network within the park but is not a service provided by the park management itself. Essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity are typically provided to mobile home lots in such parks, although the reviews do not explicitly confirm this. Trash and waste management services are also usually standard. Local users would need to seek clarification on these basic services. The availability of communal amenities or park-managed maintenance services is not mentioned in the provided reviews.
- Features: Based on the limited and conflicting information, the potential features of Cedarbrook Mobile Park include:
- Potential for a Friendly Community: One reviewer highlights positive interactions with friendly neighbors, suggesting that a sense of community exists for some residents.
- Helpful Management (According to One Reviewer): The management is described as "very friendly and more than helpful" by one recent resident.
- Informal Resident Support: The presence of a resident offering repair services at reasonable rates could be a beneficial feature for those needing home maintenance.
Currently, no phone number or promotional information for Cedarbrook Mobile Park was provided in the available data. Local users interested in residency at Cedarbrook Mobile Park will need to independently find contact information, likely through online directories or by visiting the address at 1326 N Cedarbrook Ave C1, Springfield, MO 65802, USA. Due to the severely conflicting nature of the available reviews, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents conduct thorough due diligence. This should include visiting the park at different times of day, observing the overall environment and upkeep, and if possible, speaking with multiple current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living conditions and safety within the community. Specific inquiries should be made to the management regarding their policies on safety, security, maintenance, and community standards. The significant concerns raised in one of the reviews warrant careful and direct investigation before making any decisions about residing at Cedarbrook Mobile Park.
In conclusion, Cedarbrook Mobile Park in Springfield, Missouri, presents a community with highly divergent experiences reported by its residents. While one recent resident found it to be fairly quiet and friendly with helpful management and kind neighbors, another described it as a "Nasty eyesore" with serious safety concerns related to drug activity. This extreme contrast underscores the importance of caution and thorough investigation for any local individuals considering this mobile home park as a potential residence. Prospective residents should prioritize verifying the current conditions, safety measures, and management practices through direct observation and communication with both the management and current residents to reconcile these conflicting accounts and make an informed decision.

Cedarbrook Mobile Park Reviews
We just moved in here and it seems to be fairly quiet and friendly to me. Haven’t run into any rude or angry people. The management is very friendly and more than helpful. Our neighbors are wonderful and super sweet. My husband does small to fairly large repairs to anyone who needs it in the park. His rates are very reasonable. And he’s already happy to help. Overall we enjoy living here.
Jul 05, 2019 · Robyn BazynNasty eyesore, drugs run rampant an there's always a chance to find a needle laying around. No not every trailer is covered in filth an there are a couple good families living there, but I would definitely never live here again.
