Nestled in Denton, a vibrant city known for its thriving arts scene, universities, and friendly atmosphere, Center Point Manufactured Housing Community provides a setting that balances peaceful residential living with easy access to urban conveniences. The community's location on Fort Worth Drive ensures residents are well-connected to major roadways, making it simple to explore Denton and the wider Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. For those interested in the 'RV parks near me' category, this accessibility is a significant advantage, offering a home base with excellent connectivity.
While specific details about dedicated RV amenities within Center Point Manufactured Housing Community are not extensively available online, the very nature of a manufactured housing community often implies certain infrastructure that could be beneficial for RV living. These might include reasonably sized lots, utility hookups (though the specifics would need to be confirmed with management), and a sense of community that can be particularly appealing for those seeking a more settled experience than a typical short-term RV park.
Based on the limited information, it's important to consider the environment of Center Point Manufactured Housing Community. Manufactured home communities often foster a strong sense of neighborhood, with residents building longer-term relationships. This could translate to a welcoming atmosphere for RVers seeking a more communal living situation compared to transient RV parks. However, it's crucial to ascertain the community's specific policies regarding RVs, the availability of suitable spaces, and the duration of permitted stays by contacting the management directly at (940) 283-8100 or +1 940-283-8100.
Services and features within manufactured housing communities can vary. Typically, one might expect basic infrastructure such as paved roads and potentially communal areas. For RV residents, the availability of individual utility hookups (water, electricity, and sewer) on each lot would be a key consideration. It's recommended to inquire about these specific services, as they are fundamental to comfortable RV living. Additionally, understanding if the community offers amenities like laundry facilities, waste disposal services, or common green spaces would be beneficial for prospective residents.
It's essential to address the feedback from some online reviews to provide a balanced perspective. One review mentions a negative interaction with a specific resident. While individual interpersonal experiences can vary greatly and do not necessarily reflect the entire community, it's a point to be aware of. Another review notes fluctuating monthly rent and expresses negative experiences with the new management, citing issues such as a car being towed, alleged unfriendliness, lack of responsiveness to problems, and claims of higher rent for elderly residents. These comments raise concerns about management practices and the overall resident experience. It is strongly advised to contact the management directly to understand their current policies, address these concerns, and gain a clearer picture of the community's management style and responsiveness.
When considering Center Point Manufactured Housing Community as a potential option within the 'RV parks near me' category, it's crucial to look beyond the basic information and delve into the specifics that matter most to RV living. This includes understanding the availability and suitability of lots for RVs of different sizes, the nature and cost of utility hookups, the community's rules and regulations regarding RVs, and the typical length of stay permitted. Direct communication with the management is the most reliable way to obtain this information.
Furthermore, for those actively searching for 'RV parks near me' that offer goods or services for sale, it would be pertinent to inquire if Center Point Manufactured Housing Community provides any such offerings. This could range from on-site maintenance services to the sale of basic necessities or even connections to local service providers. While not always a standard feature of manufactured home communities, it's worth exploring if any such conveniences exist.
In conclusion, Center Point Manufactured Housing Community presents a potential option for individuals seeking longer-term RV living within the 'RV parks near me' category in Denton, Texas. Its location offers good connectivity to the city and surrounding areas. However, due to the limited specific information available online regarding RV-specific amenities and the concerns raised in some reviews about management, prospective residents are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the management directly at (940) 283-8100 or +1 940-283-8100 is essential to ascertain the suitability of the community for RV living, understand the current policies and services, and address any concerns arising from the available feedback. Visiting the community in person, if possible, would also provide valuable insights into the environment and overall atmosphere. By taking these steps, potential residents can make an informed decision about whether Center Point Manufactured Housing Community aligns with their needs and expectations for an RV park experience in Denton.

There is this crazy lady that lives here named Yolanda!!!! DO NOT!!! Mar 16, 2024 · Jestor 1438 (Jestor)Went in to simply ask why my car was towed when I pay extra for a third spot and was extremely unfriendly. Told me I could park at some random gas station when there is clearly enough space in this park. Absolutely ridiculous. All my neighbors have had some problem with management not responding to their problems and charging higher rent to elderly. This new management is horrible
Apr 07, 2022 · Rudy AguirreNever had a problem, and we've lived there for two years. We've never dealt directly with the owners, but the manager, Beth, has always been good to us. As long as the rules are followed, which is what we do, no problems arise. I enjoy living here.
May 24, 2016 · Brad NewtonDo not live here. The owners are liars and will do everything to be as cheap as possible. It is not a safe environment and they have done nothing to fix it. I have had my place broken into and so have four of my neighbors. Also the park damaged my car and then refused to pay for it. I am in the process right now of suing them. If you want a good safe place to live this is not it. Do not makes the same mistake that I did.
Feb 05, 2014 · Josh AboodMoved out almost a year ago and never received my deposit even after I showed proof of me making the deposit. They have so many rules which includes not being able to have guest without their cars getting towed even if you pay for extra parking.
