When searching for "RV parks near me," factors such as location, site quality, amenities, and overall atmosphere play a crucial role in your decision-making process. Circle Creek RV Resort has received mixed reviews from recent visitors, offering insights into both its positive aspects and potential areas for consideration.
One reviewer, who booked a seasonal site, describes Circle Creek as a "great spot" for them and their partner. They highlight the "perfect" location, the spaciousness of the resort, and the exceptional kindness and accommodating nature of everyone they encountered. This positive feedback suggests a welcoming and friendly community atmosphere, particularly for long-term or seasonal guests. The reviewer also expresses excitement about continuing their stay and enjoying all that Seaside and the surrounding areas have to offer, indicating that the location is convenient for exploring the Oregon Coast.
In contrast, another reviewer provides a more balanced perspective, starting with the positives. They commend the office staff, specifically mentioning a "very nice" lady who went out of her way to meet them on a Saturday afternoon. The showers are also highly praised, described as "awesome" and notably warm. In fact, the reviewer found the bathroom so warm that they couldn't finish drying their hair, which, while a minor inconvenience for them, suggests well-heated facilities.
However, this same reviewer also points out significant negatives. The most prominent issue raised is that the resort was a "muddy mess" with "pooling water in many places." This suggests potential drainage problems or issues with the ground conditions, particularly during wetter seasons. This could impact the overall enjoyment and usability of the sites and common areas.
Another significant drawback mentioned is the poor quality of the WiFi, described as "stinking." The reviewer states that they were unable to watch TV or maintain a stable connection with their phones, which can be a major inconvenience for travelers who rely on internet access for entertainment, communication, or work.
Finally, this reviewer expresses that, considering the price, they expected more from the resort. Based on their experience with the muddy conditions and poor WiFi, they state that they would not consider staying there again unless it was summer, implying that the drier weather might mitigate some of the ground issues.
Based on these reviews, Circle Creek RV Resort offers a mixed experience. The positives include:
- Spacious Sites: One reviewer specifically mentions the resort being "very spacious."
- Friendly and Accommodating Staff: Both reviewers highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly the office personnel.
- Excellent Showers: The showers are described as "awesome" and notably warm.
- Convenient Location: The resort is well-situated for exploring Seaside and the surrounding Oregon Coast attractions.
- Welcoming Community: The positive experience of the seasonal guest suggests a friendly and accommodating community atmosphere.
However, potential drawbacks to consider include:
- Muddy Conditions: One reviewer experienced significant mud and pooling water, suggesting potential issues with ground conditions, especially during wetter times of the year.
- Poor WiFi: The unreliable internet connection is a notable negative for those who need to stay connected.
- Perceived Value: One reviewer felt that the price did not align with the quality of the experience, particularly concerning the muddy conditions and poor WiFi.
When searching for "RV parks near me" in Seaside, Oregon, it is essential to weigh these factors based on your personal priorities. If you are planning a longer stay or a seasonal visit and value spacious sites and a friendly community, Circle Creek RV Resort may be appealing. However, if you are traveling during a potentially wet season and rely heavily on reliable internet access, the reported muddy conditions and poor WiFi could be significant drawbacks.
To make a more informed decision about Circle Creek RV Resort, prospective guests may want to consider the following:
- Contacting the resort directly to inquire about the current ground conditions and any measures taken to address drainage issues.
- Asking about the WiFi infrastructure and the typical internet speeds and reliability.
- Inquiring about the amenities offered, such as laundry facilities, common areas, or pet policies, which were not detailed in the reviews.
- Checking if there are different rates for seasonal versus short-term stays and understanding what is included in the price.
- Reading more recent reviews from other campers to see if the conditions or services have changed.
As a platform highlighting "RV parks near me," it is our aim to provide an objective overview based on available information. The reviews for Circle Creek RV Resort present a dichotomy of positive experiences related to the staff, location, and community, alongside concerns about the physical conditions of the park and the quality of the internet service. Potential visitors should consider these points carefully in the context of their own needs and preferences when choosing an RV park in the Seaside, Oregon area.
It is also worth noting that conditions at RV parks can vary depending on the time of year and recent weather. Therefore, it is always advisable to get the most up-to-date information directly from the resort before making a booking, especially regarding potential issues like muddy grounds or WiFi connectivity.

Circle Creek RV Resort Reviews
Circle Creek has been a great spot for my partner & I so far. We've booked a seasonal site & the location is perfect, resort is very spacious & everyone here has been extremely kind & accommodating. Very excited to continue our stay & enjoy all Seaside and the surrounding areas have to offer!
May 02, 2025 · Andrew KubackiLet me start with the positives: the lady in the office was extremely nice and came over to meet us there on Saturday afternoon. The showers were awesome. It was actually so warm in the bathroom I couldn’t finish drying my hair. The negatives: This place was a muddy mess and there was pooling water in many places. The WiFi stunk. We couldn’t watch TV or stay connected with our phones. For the price we expected more. I wouldn’t consider staying here again unless it was summer.
Nov 24, 2024 · M WJust south of downtown Seaside Oregon, this tidy RV park is encircled by the Neawanna Creek. It floods during King Tides when it is raining, notably in December and January. Otherwise, pretty nice. There is a small store on site and all the town amenities are just a few minutes away. Big area for tent camping. There are a few live-a-boards and part-time surfer trailers. Not much else for RVs in the area. Probably pretty busy in season. We have stayed here several times in the winter for an annual Cat Show at the Convention Center.
Jan 17, 2025 · Mike BranstetterThis was a good location if you want to go to Cannon beach or Seaside and cannot get a spot actually in Cannon Beach. This place is affordable , clean and has lots of amenities. We booked last minute and got a spot dry camping which was fine for us because we still had water, electricity, a picnic table and fireplace. We used the shower facilities and bathroom which were always very clean. They had a fan to keep the bathroom humidity at bay but could have benefited from a stool for children to wash their hands. They have a theatre / movie room which was awesome - you’re supposed to sign up with the front desk but their hours are limited and there is no marker to write on the whiteboard to make a reservation so we just went in after we knew the code and hoped no one else was in there. They have commercial grade laundry facilities -2.50 for washer and 2.00 for dryer (30 mins). The laundry, bathroom area, and movie room are all code protected. We didn’t find this campground particularly child friendly. It felt more child tolerant which was better than nothing in my opinion given our last minute reservations. It seemed very dog friendly and the dog owners were respectful.
Jul 24, 2024 · Danielle MacDougallIt's really a nice RV Park. Clean facilities and sites Close to everything Seaside has to offer, and you don't really hear the highway noise, even though you're just off it. I think office staff was exhausted, as not much communication at check in. One concern that was being ignored was a fair amount of small glass pieces on pavement close to the office and wash house, a concern for any one with pets.We will stay again
