Cool Springs Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
Rented one of their Tiny Homes.....better than I'd imagined! Cozy and the area is pretty quiet and peaceful as well. A great experience! Whether for work or travel, a great place to stay and have your own space!
Jan 23, 2025 · RachelBen and Mrs Garrett are great. I love Cool Springs Pointe and how well they maintain the property.
Mar 26, 2025 · Jarrod MitchellVery poor RV park. Rates are crazy high & and you have to put down a $515.00 security deposit for a RV??You have to pay for electric and water. I have 6 coworkers that have stayed here. And somehow 3 of them average the same rent per month as to the others it will be $80-150 more per month. Staying there 4 days out of the week with the power off when we leave somehow it’s way higher than most. They have a “holiday month period”.Where if you show up during the month of November and December. Your lot rent for a RV is $350 a month and supposedly locked into that monthly rate for your entire stay. As to the residents who have been there since February have no idea they’re getting that. When ours isn’t changing it remains $515.00 a month. Talked to the manager abt the situation and he refused to match the “holiday month rent” as to they’re “hurting for rv rental income in the winter” This place will screw you out of the last dollar to your name if they can. The power meters are on three lots. So if the campers beside you run constant power (heaters or A/c all the time. You have to pay their bill as it’s divided three ways. Been to RV parks all around the country. This is by far the worst I’ve been too. Highly do not recommend.
Dec 07, 2022 · spencer dupuyWe’ll have not even been here a year… rent just went up without notice! But they say they don’t control the mail so if we didn’t get it too bad… person in the office has changed 3 times all with rude don’t give a care attitude. If you don’t have to move here I would say don’t!
Jan 02, 2025 · Mary ann WoodallWe stayed here in our RV for about 3 months and it was a nice quiet park setup for many different options of living. I make stained glass and wood art and never had an issue with working outside using power tools and such. Management was always helpful and answered questions promptly. Trash, yard work and electric were included with rent. There was free WiFi but it didn't have a great signal so be prepared to have your own source otherwise I'd certainly stay here again! We felt safe and never had an incidents with anything! Thumbs up!
