Country Estates Introduce
Looking for "RV parks near me" that might offer a longer-term living solution or perhaps even mobile home sales in the Grants Pass, Oregon area? While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it can sometimes be a starting point for exploring nearby mobile home parks as well, especially those that might offer some overlap in services or community aspects. In this context, we introduce you to Country Estates, a mobile home park located at 4571 Lower River Rd, Grants Pass, OR 97526, USA. Situated close to town yet offering a degree of separation from the immediate urban environment, Country Estates presents a unique living opportunity.
One of the notable features of Country Estates, as highlighted by a resident, is its river frontage. For those who appreciate the beauty and tranquility of waterfront living, this could be a significant draw. Imagine having access to the river, potentially for leisurely walks along the bank or simply enjoying the scenic views. River frontage often enhances the appeal and desirability of a property, offering a connection with nature and opportunities for relaxation.
Another positive aspect mentioned is the presence of nice, huge lawns within the park. Ample green space can contribute significantly to the quality of life in a residential community. Large lawns provide areas for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply enjoying the open space. This feature suggests that Country Estates offers a more spacious and less crowded feel compared to some other residential options.
The same resident also commented that the park manager cares about the property. This is a crucial aspect of any residential community, as proactive and responsible management can contribute to the overall upkeep, safety, and well-being of the residents. A caring manager is likely to be responsive to the needs of the residents and invested in maintaining a positive living environment.
Regarding the mobile homes themselves, the review notes that the mobiles on-site are older but still very nice, especially for those who want to be close to town but not directly in the urban center. This suggests that Country Estates offers a more established community with pre-existing homes, which can sometimes be more affordable than purchasing new construction. The proximity to town, while not being directly in it, offers a balance between convenience and a slightly more suburban or rural feel.
However, it's important to consider all available feedback. Another individual who was looking to purchase a new 2024 mobile home built on the property expressed hesitation after driving through the park and observing that it "looks run down." This observation raises concerns about the overall condition and upkeep of the park's infrastructure and common areas. While individual mobile homes might be well-maintained, the general appearance of the park can significantly impact the living experience and property values.
The same potential buyer also mentioned reading reviews of the park, which further contributed to their hesitation. This highlights the importance of considering multiple perspectives and pieces of information when evaluating a residential community. It suggests that there might be varying opinions or experiences regarding the park's condition and management.
Given these contrasting viewpoints, it's difficult to form a completely definitive picture of Country Estates without more comprehensive information. While some residents appreciate the river frontage, large lawns, and the caring park manager, the concern about the park looking "run down" is a significant factor that potential residents should consider. The age of the existing mobile homes might also be a consideration for some.
When exploring mobile home parks, especially through a platform primarily focused on "RV parks near me," it's essential to inquire specifically about the services and amenities offered. Mobile home parks typically provide essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hook-ups at each lot. They may also offer additional amenities like laundry facilities, community rooms, recreational areas, and on-site management. It would be beneficial to contact Country Estates directly to inquire about the specific services and amenities available to residents.
Regarding promotional information or the availability of new mobile homes for purchase, the second reviewer mentioned looking to buy a new 2024 mobile home built on the property. This suggests that Country Estates might have offered or currently offers the option to purchase new manufactured homes within the park. If you are interested in purchasing a new mobile home in this location, it would be crucial to contact the park management directly to inquire about current availability, models, pricing, and any related promotions.
In conclusion, Country Estates mobile home park near Grants Pass offers some appealing features, including river frontage, large lawns, and a park manager who cares about the property. Its location provides a balance between proximity to town and a slightly more suburban setting. However, potential residents should be aware of the concern raised about the park looking "run down," as this could impact their living experience and potentially property values. It is recommended to visit the park in person and speak with current residents and the management to form your own informed opinion. If you are interested in purchasing a new mobile home at Country Estates, direct communication with the park management is essential to obtain the most up-to-date information on availability and pricing. While exploring "RV parks near me" might lead you to consider broader residential options, thorough research and direct inquiry are crucial when evaluating a mobile home park for long-term living.

Country Estates Reviews
Park manager cares about the property and River frontage and nice huge lawns. Mobiles on site are older but still very nice especially if you want to be close to town but not in town. Photo is from Country estates I do some mole trapping for the park.
Apr 11, 2019 · Oregon FamilyI was looking to buy a new 2024 mobile home built on the property, but I drove through and the park itself "looks run down" and makes me hesitant to buy the beautiful new mobile home; especially, after reading the reviews of the park...
Mar 28, 2024 · Mickie JasminRun down, more expensive then all nicer newer parks with new trailers. All amenities taken away, rent going up more and more. No repairs. Trees falling on homes, roads destroyed. Feeling sad for all seniors on fixed income. No way to move, yet cannot afford to keep living here. Very sad. Not a good park.
May 24, 2019 · Lisa MannerI lived here for most of my childhood. Still love the place for the memories, but management is awful and fraudulent and criminal. Area is so beautiful and its sad that the most awful people on earth own it
Jul 08, 2021 · The Progression ProjectProbably a good place but I don't want someone telling me my grandkids can only spend the night at MY HOUSE 14days out of 365days of the year, so in some ways it is not really your home
