Country Manor Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located in Springfield, Oregon, Country Manor Mobile Home Park provides a residential setting for individuals and families seeking long-term housing. Situated at 4475 Daisy St # 91, Springfield, OR 97478, USA, this mobile home park is part of the Eugene-Springfield metropolitan area. While categorized under the platform of 'RV parks near me', it is important to understand that Country Manor Mobile Home Park primarily serves as a long-term residential community for mobile homes rather than a short-term stay option for RVs. Therefore, those specifically looking for temporary RV accommodations should seek out dedicated RV parks or campgrounds.
The available customer reviews offer direct insights into the living experience at Country Manor Mobile Home Park. One review expresses a general aesthetic concern, stating, "You would think that if you live in a trailer park you would keep tin foil off the windows just for the principal of not having tin foil up in your trailer park window." While this comment focuses on the visual appearance of some residents' homes, it subtly hints at a potential lack of community-wide aesthetic standards or enforcement.
A more detailed review from a long-term resident of over eight years provides a critical perspective on the park's management and conditions. This reviewer notes a decline in management quality since the initial "wonderful" manager. Current management is described as unresponsive ("do not do anything to help with anything") and ineffective in enforcing lease rules. The review claims that despite lease regulations, violations are common, citing issues such as excessive vehicles per resident ("most people have 5 cars") and the lack of enforcement leading to parking shortages for visitors ("don't invite people over if they need a parking spot").
Furthermore, the long-term resident describes the park as "dirty" and lacking in amenities ("there are no amenities"). This is a significant concern for potential residents who value a clean and well-equipped living environment. The review also mentions issues with the supervision of children ("Kids running in the park with no parents ever present"), which could be a safety concern and a source of disruption for other residents.
Maintenance is another area of criticism in the long-term resident's review. They claim that for maintenance issues that are not the resident's responsibility, it can take an extended period ("a year") for management to take action. This lack of timely maintenance can impact the quality of life for residents and suggests potential neglect of the park's infrastructure.
Based on the provided reviews, the environment of Country Manor Mobile Home Park appears to be characterized by a lack of enforcement of community rules, potential cleanliness issues, and a lack of amenities. The aesthetic concern about window coverings also suggests a possible lack of attention to overall park appearance standards. The presence of unsupervised children could contribute to a less peaceful environment for some residents.
Information regarding specific services and features at Country Manor Mobile Home Park is limited in the reviews. However, based on the nature of a long-term mobile home park, it is likely to offer basic infrastructure such as:
- Individual lots for mobile homes with utility hookups.
- Essential utilities, including water, sewer, and electrical connections.
- Internal roads for access within the park.
- Waste disposal services.
The long-term resident's comment explicitly states that "there are no amenities," which is a significant point to consider. This suggests that Country Manor Mobile Home Park may not offer common features often found in other mobile home or RV parks, such as:
- Laundry facilities.
- Restroom and shower buildings.
- Recreational areas (e.g., playgrounds, clubhouses).
- Pet-friendly facilities (e.g., dog parks).
- Designated guest parking.
The absence of these amenities could impact the overall living experience and convenience for residents.
The provided reviews do not contain any promotional information for Country Manor Mobile Home Park. Given the negative feedback regarding management and park conditions, it is possible that the park is not actively promoting itself, or any promotional efforts would need to address the concerns raised by current residents. Individuals interested in potential residency should contact the park directly to inquire about current rates, policies, and to seek clarification on the issues mentioned in the reviews.
In the context of 'RV parks near me', it is important to emphasize that Country Manor Mobile Home Park functions as a long-term residential community for mobile homes. The lack of mention of any RV-specific facilities or short-term stay options, coupled with the focus on long-term lease rules and resident issues, indicates that this park is not primarily intended for transient RV travelers. Those seeking short-term RV accommodations in the Springfield, Oregon, area should look for dedicated RV parks or campgrounds that are equipped to handle their needs.
For individuals considering long-term residency in a mobile home park in Springfield, Oregon, the reviews for Country Manor Mobile Home Park present significant concerns. The reported issues with unresponsive management, lack of enforcement of rules, cleanliness, absence of amenities, and slow maintenance response should be carefully weighed. It is strongly recommended that potential residents contact the park management at (541) 747-8974 or +1 541-747-8974 to discuss these concerns and to gain a clearer understanding of the current living conditions and management practices. Visiting the park in person may also be beneficial to assess the environment firsthand before making any decisions.
In conclusion, Country Manor Mobile Home Park in Springfield, OR, is a long-term residential community for mobile homes. Customer reviews raise concerns about the quality of current management, lack of enforcement of lease rules, cleanliness, absence of amenities, and slow maintenance. While listed under the platform category of 'RV parks near me', it does not appear to cater to short-term RV stays. Prospective long-term residents should exercise caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and directly engage with the park management to address the issues raised in the reviews before considering residency.

May 01, 2025 · White GrrlLived here for over 8 years now and the first manager was wonderful. Now they do not do anything to help with anything. There are rules in your lease that no one follows and it's dirty, there are no amenities. Kids running in the park with no parents ever present. No parking unless you only have 2 cars which is a rule, but most people have 5 cars and nothing gets enforced when it comes to the lease rules. So don't invite people over if they need a parking spot. Not to mention if there is anything maintenance wise that is not your responsibility it will take a year to get them to do anything about it. Do not recommend.
