She was very kind and professional and took the extra few minutes to allow my kids to show her their rooms/toys❤️ We also traded some recipes lol. The neighbors are awesome, the management is awesome, and our home is everything my family ever wanted. I love that Tonya and Lisa like to get to know their renters on a personal level. They are both amazing. I can’t wait to see what the future will hold for us here!❤️❤️❤️

The trailer park itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. The neighbors are friendly and quiet and its overall peaceful. Definitely move in here if you can afford it! amazing deals!

He reaches out in a timely manner, is always ready and willing to do extra if needed, If he doesn't know an answer he find outs and gets back to me in a timely manner, my repairs are generally done the same day and he always goes out of his way for me if I need something. He is very attentive and doesn't rush me through anything while I am explaining what's happening which is something I always look for (way too many bad experiences with this). I can't be happier with a maintenance guy, and I generally request him personally due to my experience in dealing with him.
