Countrywood Inn & RV Park Introduce
Welcome to Countrywood Inn & RV Park, located at 1550 Main St, Longmont, CO 80501, USA. Situated on Main Street in Longmont, Colorado, Countrywood Inn & RV Park offers accommodation for RV travelers and potentially long-term residents. For local users searching for 'RV parks near me,' Countrywood Inn & RV Park presents itself as an option within the Longmont area. It's important to note that the provided reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the park, which should be considered when evaluating its suitability for your needs. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on the available customer feedback.
The environment of Countrywood Inn & RV Park appears to be a subject of differing opinions. One reviewer described the park negatively as "extremely expensive, cramped in, trashy, slum all the way around," suggesting a potentially undesirable physical environment characterized by limited space and poor upkeep. This reviewer strongly advises against staying at the park. In stark contrast, another reviewer "really enjoyed living here" and found it to be a "perfect spot" upon moving to the area. This positive review highlights the park's location on Main Street and describes the atmosphere as a "small neighborhood" where "everyone is friendly and helpful." The discrepancy between these two accounts indicates that experiences may vary significantly depending on individual perspectives, the specific location within the park, or changes over time. Potential guests should be aware of these conflicting descriptions when considering a stay at Countrywood Inn & RV Park.
In terms of services and features, the positive review mentions that the park has "full hookups," which is a significant convenience for RV travelers, typically including water, sewer, and electrical connections. The location on Main Street is also highlighted as a positive feature, suggesting easy access to transportation and potentially nearby amenities in Longmont. The reviewer also noted that "management and maintenance were great," indicating a positive experience with the park's operational aspects. However, the negative review mentions a high monthly cost of "over $1000" in addition to charges for utilities, which the reviewer deemed excessively expensive and not commensurate with the perceived quality of the park. This significant difference in cost perception and the contrasting views on the overall environment and management are crucial points for potential guests to consider. The availability of an inn alongside the RV park suggests that there may be additional facilities or services offered, but these are not detailed in the provided reviews.
Key features of Countrywood Inn & RV Park, based on the limited and conflicting review information, include its location on Main Street in Longmont, which offers potential convenience. The availability of full hookups is a standard and essential feature for RV parks. One reviewer experienced friendly neighbors, helpful management, and a sense of community, suggesting that these aspects can be positive features for some residents. However, a significant counterpoint is the high cost reported by another reviewer, coupled with a negative assessment of the park's physical condition ("cramped in, trashy, slum") and safety ("far better and safer to do that!" referring to staying in a Walmart parking lot). The lack of specific details about amenities such as laundry facilities, restrooms, or recreational areas in the provided reviews makes it difficult to offer a comprehensive list of features. The presence of an inn might suggest additional services, but these are not elaborated upon.
The contrasting reviews present a dilemma for those considering Countrywood Inn & RV Park. The positive review emphasizes the friendly community, great location, and good management, suggesting a potentially pleasant experience. However, the negative review paints a starkly different picture, focusing on high costs, cramped conditions, poor environment, and safety concerns. The significant disparity in these opinions could be due to various factors, such as the timeframe of the reviews, the specific circumstances of the reviewers (e.g., short-term vs. long-term stay), or individual expectations. It is important for potential guests to recognize this divergence and to seek more information to form their own informed opinion.
For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' in Longmont, Countrywood Inn & RV Park is an option that appears to have elicited strongly opposing reactions from different individuals. While one reviewer found it to be a positive experience with a good location and friendly atmosphere, another described it as overpriced and undesirable. Given these conflicting reports, it is crucial for potential guests to approach with caution and to seek additional, more recent reviews or, ideally, to visit the park themselves to assess the current environment and facilities. The reported high cost is a significant factor that should be carefully considered in relation to the perceived value and quality of the park.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given text. However, based on the positive review, potential promotional points could include its convenient location on Main Street in Longmont, the availability of full hookups, the friendly community atmosphere, and positive experiences with management and maintenance. Any promotional materials would need to address the concerns raised in the negative review regarding cost and the physical environment. This could involve highlighting any recent improvements to the park's upkeep, justifying the pricing with specific amenities or services offered, or providing assurances regarding the safety and comfort of guests. Given the strong negative feedback, transparency and addressing these concerns directly would be crucial in any promotional efforts. Interested parties should contact Countrywood Inn & RV Park directly at (303) 776-2185 ext. 0 to inquire about current rates, availability, amenities, and to get a more detailed and up-to-date perspective on the park.
In conclusion, Countrywood Inn & RV Park in Longmont, Colorado, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. While one reviewer enjoyed the location, community, and management, another found it to be extremely expensive, cramped, and poorly maintained. Potential guests should be aware of these contrasting experiences and carefully consider their priorities regarding cost, location, amenities, and the overall environment. Further research and direct contact with the park management are strongly recommended to obtain a comprehensive and current understanding of what Countrywood Inn & RV Park offers.

Countrywood Inn & RV Park Reviews
Extremely expensive, cramped in, trashy, slum all the way around. This is not a place to stay. They charge over $1000 a month and also charge for utilities on top. You’d be better staying in a Walmart parking lot - far better and safer to do that!
Feb 25, 2025 · Tatiana Casey-Fink (HealingIntuit)Really enjoyed living here, perfect spot for me to land when I first moved to the area! The park has full hookups and great location on Main Street. Feels like a small neighborhood, everyone is friendly and helpful. Management and maintenance were great!
Oct 22, 2024 · Morgan OffuttHad family living there for way too long bathrooms & laundry rooms hardly ever work bathrooms always full of waste maintenance is slow fixing anything the pictures on advertising is not what it is & the rent they charge is outrageous I give them 0 stars
Jan 30, 2025 · Carol MarshallIf a zero were possible....This place is a dump. We were told a spot was available, explaining the length of our trailer. Not only was it impossible to get into, it took 2 hours and unhooking the truck twice to get back out.People live here for years in dilapidated vehicles. The pictures on the website are from another decade. "Countrywide Inn" is another name for flop house rooms for rent.DO NOT GO HERE!
May 19, 2024 · cloudkc123Worse place ever to stay all they care about is money and not the people staying there. I wouldn't let my dog stay there
