Eagle Crest Introduce
Eagle Crest is a mobile home park located at 4700 Eagle Crest Blvd in Firestone, Colorado. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to note that Eagle Crest primarily functions as a residential mobile home park where individuals own their homes and lease the land. This distinguishes it from typical RV parks that cater to temporary recreational vehicle stays. However, some mobile home parks may accommodate RVs on a longer-term basis, so it's worth exploring for those seeking extended stays in the Firestone area within the "RV parks near me" category.
To inquire about residency or potential RV accommodations, Eagle Crest can be contacted at (303) 776-3135 or +1 303-776-3135. Speaking directly with the management can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding lot rent, community rules, amenities, and any availability for different types of dwellings.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment and overall living experience at Eagle Crest appear to have both positive and significant negative aspects. One resident highlights the beauty of the clubhouse and the friendliness of the neighbors, suggesting that the community does offer some appealing social and communal features. A well-maintained clubhouse can serve as a central hub for activities and social gatherings, fostering a sense of community among residents. Friendly neighbors can also contribute greatly to a positive living environment, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
However, this positive sentiment is countered by a very critical review from a long-term resident of eight years. This review raises several serious concerns about the quality of life and management of Eagle Crest. The resident expresses feeling "stuck" in the park and points to frequent staff changes and a lack of responsiveness from the management, indicated by unanswered phone calls without voicemail. These issues can lead to frustration and a sense of neglect among residents.
Safety and security are also significant concerns raised in the negative review. The resident reports that people cut through lots at all hours, sometimes with dogs, leading to a diminished sense of safety. Additionally, the resident's car has been broken into three times, indicating potential security issues within the park. The lack of recycling services is also mentioned as a negative aspect.
The environmental surroundings of Eagle Crest are described as "very dirty, dusty and noisy." The park's location is detailed as being bordered by I-25 and businesses to the west, a concrete supplier to the north, and empty dirt fields to the east and south. This industrial and high-traffic proximity likely contributes to the noise and dust levels, potentially impacting the quality of outdoor living and the overall ambiance of the park. The comparison made to a "way nicer park in Frederick" with fencing and homes on foundations (offering protection against frozen pipes) further emphasizes the perceived shortcomings of Eagle Crest in terms of infrastructure and environmental quality.
The critical reviewer also mentions the high lot rent, describing it as "pretty outrageous" despite owning their home. This suggests a potential issue with the value proposition of living in Eagle Crest, where the cost of leasing the land may not align with the perceived quality of the environment and services. The reference to "CORPORATE GREED" implies a dissatisfaction with the pricing structure set by the park's ownership.
The reviewer also notes receiving an "Artificial and ridiculous P.R. response" within 24 hours of posting their negative feedback, suggesting that the management may prioritize public relations over addressing the actual concerns of the residents. This indicates a potential disconnect between the park's public image and the lived experiences of some residents.
In terms of services and features, the presence of a "gorgeous" clubhouse is a notable amenity. However, the negative review does not mention any other specific services or features. Given that it is a mobile home park, one might expect basic utilities (water, electricity, sewer), road maintenance, and possibly trash removal. However, the lack of recycling, as mentioned, is a notable absence. The security concerns raised also highlight a potential deficiency in park services related to resident safety.
Promotional information for Eagle Crest might focus on the attractive clubhouse and the friendly neighborly atmosphere reported by one resident. They might also highlight the location in Firestone, emphasizing access to local amenities and the surrounding area. However, in light of the significant negative feedback regarding lot rent, safety, environmental issues, and management responsiveness, potential residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering Eagle Crest for long-term RV living (if permitted), it is crucial to inquire specifically about the park's policies on RVs, the amenities available for RV sites, the cost of lot rental for RVs, and the security measures in place. Given the concerns raised about safety and the overall environment, a visit to the park and speaking with current residents (if possible) would be highly advisable before making any decisions.
The stark contrast between the positive mention of the clubhouse and neighbors and the serious negative concerns about safety, environment, management, and cost paints a complex picture of Eagle Crest. Potential residents need to weigh these different perspectives and determine which aspects are most important to their living experience. The comparison to a "way nicer park in Frederick" suggests that there may be alternative options in the vicinity that offer a better quality of life.
In conclusion, Eagle Crest Mobile Home Park in Firestone, Colorado, offers a community with a reportedly attractive clubhouse and friendly neighbors. However, significant concerns have been raised by a long-term resident regarding high lot rent, frequent staff changes, lack of management responsiveness, safety issues (break-ins, unauthorized traffic), a dirty and noisy environment due to its industrial and highway proximity, and the absence of recycling. For those in the "RV parks near me" category considering long-term stays, it is essential to ascertain if RVs are permitted and to thoroughly investigate the current living conditions and management practices at Eagle Crest before committing. The negative feedback suggests that prospective residents should proceed with caution and consider all factors carefully.

Eagle Crest Reviews
The clubhouse is gorgeous. The neighbors are very friendly. We own our home, but the lot rent is pretty outrageous.
Jun 01, 2024 · Joy ChapmanZERO STARS! Long overdue. Fun Horrible Facts! 800, 400 = CORPORATE GREED MAKES WAY TOO MUCH MONEY OFF US AND THE LITTLE PIECE OF DIRT WE ARE LIVING ON! Have lived in Firestone for 26 years. Been here 8 years now and kind of stuck. Staff changes frequently and telephone rings off the hook with no voice mail. People cut through the lots all hours of the day and night and some of them have dogs. Not feeling safe any longer. Recycling still not available. Car has been broken into 3 times now!!! Mail delivery is horrible. Never ever had a problem before EVER! Very dirty, dusty and noisy. There is I-25 and businesses to the west right behind the park, a concrete supplier to the north and empty dirt fields to the east and south of us. Should have chosen the way nicer park in Frederick. It has fencing and the homes sit on a foundation so you do not have to worry about frozen pipes and heat tape. WOW! Artificial and ridiculous P.R. response and within 24 HOURS!!! It is not about expectations it is about a great place to live and it is NOT HERE!
Dec 08, 2024 · Kandy WorleyMostly quiet park. Play ground for the kids. Swimming pool during the summer. Lot rent is high. Kids play outside year round. People walking with their dogs. Follow the rules and there won't be any problems. Some snow removal. Office staff is friendly but changes often.
Dec 09, 2017 · Shelly CorlissAn all new low for an already terrible place to live. Employing BusyBee towing to tow its residents vehicles for touching rocks, watched the tow truck move from one house(where he made the homeowner pay 75 dollars to drop his vehicle) to the next door neighbors who’s truck was barely touching his rocks. Also made him pay $75 dollars when he wasn’t even hooked to his vehicle yet! Sleazy if you ask me.
May 12, 2021 · NICOLE FINCHNow when we need to visit Greeley, ROMA'S is out TO GO place to eat! Servers are Always so nice and polite. We Usually arrive by 11:30ish and select the seating place on our own. We LOVE this place! One more thing to mention, their "side" salad is GREAT! See you soon, and Thanks again 👍🏽❤️
