While the majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, it's important to consider all perspectives. One potential guest shared an experience regarding the cancellation policy. They reported a situation where a full refund was not offered for a cancellation made more than 30 days in advance due to a medical procedure. Instead, a gift certificate for one night's stay was issued. This individual expressed concern that this policy was not clearly stated on the website and questioned whether it prioritized profit over customer experience. They also mentioned reading about potentially tight spacing between campsites and a specific parking arrangement. While this is a single account, it highlights the importance for potential guests to inquire about the cancellation policy and site layout prior to booking to ensure it aligns with their needs and expectations.
Despite this isolated concern, the positive feedback regarding the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location strongly suggests that Creekwood Farm RV Park offers a valuable experience for many travelers. The repeated mentions of guests planning to return underscore the park's appeal and the positive impressions it leaves on visitors.
To make the most of your stay at Creekwood Farm RV Park, consider the following: plan your visit in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your desired dates. Inquire about specific site details and the cancellation policy when making your reservation to avoid any misunderstandings. Take advantage of the park's proximity to both Waynesville and Maggie Valley to explore the local attractions and dining options. And most importantly, prepare to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of western North Carolina.
Creekwood Farm RV Park offers a solid base for your adventures in the region. Its clean facilities, helpful staff, and prime location near vibrant towns and stunning natural landscapes make it a compelling choice for your next RV getaway. While it's always wise to be informed about all aspects of your booking, the overwhelmingly positive experiences shared by previous guests indicate that Creekwood Farm RV Park is a place where you can create lasting memories.

Creekwood Farm RV Park Reviews
Just returned from a 3-night stay at Creekwood Farms. From the check-in process to all of the staff that helped during our stay was a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and approachable. Campground was clean and well taken care of. Bathhouse was clean as well.Downtown Waynesville has a variety of things to do. Close to Maggie Valley as well. Highly recommend and will be going back later this year.
Mar 24, 2025 · Chris McLeodIn all fairness… we have not camped here but I had a reservation for 4/25 to 4/29. I am having an unexpected medical procedure done 5 days before and felt I might not be camping ready. I called today (3/20) to cancel, and I explained my reasoning. I was told that I would be issued a gift certificate for one nights stay at the tune of $96 per night. Now had this been last minute….absolutely, yes I understand! But to refuse me any refund when you know full and well that you will rent that site on a Spring weekend after Easter is absurd. I publish this disclaimer because NOWHERE on their website is this greedy policy stated. One has to ponder, would it be the same if I were not a NEW camper here? Also, should a 30 day notice not constitute at the very least a partial refund? I have read that this campground is tightly spaced and even has to stipulate vehicle parking perpendicular to camper so you can get pass thru campground. After this exchange, it is clear this place is not about the EXPERIENCE but about the almighty DOLLAR….so they can keep my $96 and I will hold this close and encourage you to read and the ASK!
Mar 21, 2025 · leslie fulmerKind, friendly staff. Good location. I stayed in their one of the cabins- very cozy! Loved being near the river. Was surprised to the cabin had a gas stove with basic kitchen supplies. Would stay here again!
Mar 28, 2025 · lauren mooreCame up here for 4 days. Got upgraded to creekside. It was awesome being able to hear the creek rolling by at night. Clubhouse showers and restroom facilities were super clean always and ready to go. Definitely recommended to stay here.
Apr 03, 2025 · Corey SheetsCreekwood Farms is a fantastic choice for your stay in Western North Carolina! Its convenient location offers stunning views and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Waynesville, just a short drive away, provides all the essentials, including grocery stores and a variety of dining options. Asheville, with its even wider array of attractions, is also easily accessible, only about 25 minutes away. The park itself is impeccably maintained, and the friendly staff is always helpful and ready to assist. The private restrooms are exceptionally clean and among the best you'll find anywhere. Creekwood Farms truly feels like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!
