Crockery Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in Nunica, Michigan, searching within the category of "RV parks near me," Crockery Mobile Home Park, located at 13251 State Rd, Nunica, MI 49448, is a residential community primarily operating as a mobile home park. Individuals interested in exploring potential RV living options within this community should contact the management directly at (616) 842-6070 or via their mobile number +1 616-842-6070 to inquire about the availability of RV lots and the specific terms of residency.
Based on the limited customer reviews available, the environment and management of Crockery Mobile Home Park appear to elicit mixed reactions. One reviewer recounts an initial positive interaction with a staff member, described as a "big wig pretty Blonde lady" named Tracey, who promised assistance with a furnace issue. While initial responsiveness was positive, the promised help did not materialize on the first day, and a subsequent call resulted in being told the staff was too busy. However, the issue was eventually resolved when Tracey sent someone to assist, leading to a positive follow-up sentiment from the reviewer.
Another review presents a significantly more negative experience. This individual was considering moving their family into the park and interacted with the manager, whom they described physically and noted as working long hours. After paying a $40 application fee per adult for a family of seven, they were promised a move-in date within 72 hours but never received a callback. Subsequent attempts to contact the manager in person were unsuccessful, with the reviewer reporting encountering a heavy police presence (4 to 5 officers) on the property. This experience led the reviewer to conclude they were misled and that the park was not a suitable place to live, forfeiting their application fees.
Regarding services and features for those seeking "RV parks near me," the provided reviews do not offer specific details about amenities available at Crockery Mobile Home Park. Typically, mobile home parks that also accommodate RVs might offer essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity at individual lots. Potential RV residents would need to directly inquire about the availability and capacity of these hookups, as well as other potential amenities such as laundry facilities, communal spaces, waste disposal areas, or recreational facilities. The conflicting experiences with management responsiveness suggest that the reliability of services and the process of obtaining information might vary.
Promotional information for Crockery Mobile Home Park is not included in the provided text. Local users interested in any potential special offers, lot rental rates for RVs or mobile homes, or any incentives for choosing this community should contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers. However, given the negative experience reported with the application process and communication, prospective residents should exercise caution and prioritize obtaining clear and reliable information about all fees, policies, and services before committing to any application or payment.
The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of thorough investigation for local users considering Crockery Mobile Home Park as one of their "RV parks near me." While one instance of a service request was eventually handled positively, the other account raises serious concerns about the management's communication, reliability, and the overall environment of the park, particularly the reported police presence. These discrepancies suggest that the living experience at Crockery Mobile Home Park may be inconsistent.
For local users in Nunica, MI, exploring long-term RV living options within the "RV parks near me" category, Crockery Mobile Home Park warrants careful consideration. While it functions primarily as a mobile home park, the possibility of RV lot rentals should be investigated by contacting the management directly. However, prospective residents must be prepared to ask detailed questions about the park's policies, fees, services, and the reasons behind the reported heavy police presence. The negative experience with the application process and lack of communication should be a significant factor in the decision-making process.
In conclusion, Crockery Mobile Home Park in Nunica, MI, presents a mixed picture based on the limited available reviews. While there is a mention of helpfulness from one staff member, another account details a negative experience with the manager, including a lack of follow-through and a concerning observation of frequent police presence. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is strongly recommended to approach Crockery Mobile Home Park with caution, conduct a thorough personal visit if possible, and seek clarification on the park's management practices and community environment before making any decisions. The reported inconsistencies and negative experiences suggest the need for thorough due diligence.

Crockery Mobile Home Park Reviews
The big wig pretty Blonde lady is really nice. I called up there bc I don’t know how to light my furnace. She said I’ll send someone to show you. No one showed up. Next day I called and the office girl told me they were too busy. Bummer bc I’m freezing here. 😂 Oh wellTracey sent a furnace dude! I ♥️ her!
Oct 17, 2024 · VĮNTAGE BARBĮEWas driving through last Wednesday as our family is looking into moving soon. Your Manager was outside in the street, at first I was afraid to roll my window down to speak with him. He has dark circles under his eyes from working 60 hours a week doing his best to make the neighborhood the best he can. He had several pricy chains on his neck & golden teeth. He took our information & $40 app fee for each adult in our family (7 of us) Said he'd get back to us with a move in date within 72 hours. Well, guess the joke is on us. We never received a call back at all. I've driven back through hoping to cash him outside, but all we ever encounter is police 4 to 5 deep. We were grossly misled & at this point he can just keep the money. Clearly this isn't a place we need to live.
Mar 29, 2024 · Forever Blue GemI went to view a property in this lovely trailer park. Everything was going great until Tracey, the person showing me the trailer left me alone in the property. About 2 minutes later a giant man with facial tattoos who smelled like a dumpster fire proceeded to ask me if I had any substances. I am appalled!! His girlfriend names “Megan I think” got very upset and tried to smash the window out of my vehicle. One star I will never again consider this property!! Also what’s with the baby on the side of the road, it was covered in what appeared to be Cheeto dust, I’m pretty sure Megan was the mom but I’m not sure. Either way what the literal hell.
Mar 29, 2024 · AndrewThe place is absolutely disgusting and they have trash living there especially this girl Megan or Morgan whatever her name is and her new boyfriend Kody who’s a delusional social media personality, or thinks he is anyway. They neglect and abuse their kids and the cops have been coming by almost daily but refuse to do anything to help the kids or take them from these horrible people. Would not recommend they bring the value of the whole place down and make the neighborhood look bad.
Mar 28, 2024 · Sonny AmjadThe park used to be wonderful. People keeping up on their mobiles..it was very nice. Then Morgan moved in. It got a little bad. She's very dirty (front yard a mess..kids screaming..garbage all over) and claims to be a snow bunnie. It gets worse. She brought the KANG into the park. A man (?)so heinous that he literally stunk up the ENTIRE park. I mean it smells rank out here..raw sewage would be my main complaint right now. 3/10 stars. Do NOT recommend.
