Crown Point RV Park Reviews
This is a review I hate to post, the gig will be up, and this Hidden Gem will be public! Crown Point RV Park is a small RV park. The owner's heart is bigger than the park, for sure. Chip and Stetson are great to work with and treat you like he has known you all his life. Glenna keeps the park and these two guys in check. Restroom/ bathhouse is clean, as is the laundry.
Apr 28, 2023 · donna searcyGreat spot close to highway 5. we only stop for the night during our trip from California to PNW and Canada but were very impressed with this hidden gem! each site was paved with nice landscaping around and full hookups for very reasonable fee! i had to call office prior to arrival and spoke with a lady who was extremely helpful and nice (we are RV rookies). Showers and bathrooms were clean as well! the campground has a dog park and nice pathway around for a morning or evening stroll! we will be back for a longer stay 😎💝
Aug 03, 2023 · Bea CNeeded an overnight at the spur of the moment after my RV needed service in Portland. Everywhere was booked, but thank goodness I called Chip and discovered this little gem. The park is adorable and immaculately kept, and the area above the river is nothing less than paradise! Chip couldn't have been nicer,. Even though they were booked, he let us stay in a space next to his home. Now that's a kind and caring heart!
Aug 18, 2023 · Shelby WardTerrific park with a quiet, friendly community. This was a special place - don’t bring your baggage; because the owner won’t put up with it. Not just anyone is allowed in here, make sure you have everything squared away and buttoned up. Great park, great facilities, and great owners. Call ahead, Crown Point is the best in the area. The country store across the street is awesome, too
Nov 06, 2022 · Timothy BatesonCute little park that is close enough to Portland to head into the city, but far enough out that you definitely don't feel like you're near a big city. Fantastic location to visit the waterfalls along Historic Highway 30. The owner/manager was very nice and accommodating. There aren't amenities beyond laundry, but with all of the stuff to do nearby, I think it's a great destination. We stayed for six nights, and would definitely come back again. The only negatives are the easy-to-miss driveway, and lack of privacy because it's so small, but the pluses definitely outweigh the negatives.
