Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village Introduce
Welcome to Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village, located on Iowa Ln, Irwin, PA 15642, USA. Situated in Irwin, Pennsylvania, Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village presents itself as a long-established residential community. For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category, this park may offer options for long-term stays in mobile homes or potentially recreational vehicles. You can contact the park at (412) 855-4493 or +1 412-855-4493 for further information.
Based on the available customer reviews, Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village offers a look at both its historical characteristics and its ongoing development. One long-term resident, having lived in the park for nearly half a century (going on 49 years), provides a positive perspective, stating that "the owner is doing a lot of upgrades." This suggests a commitment to improving the park's infrastructure and overall living conditions, which can be a significant benefit for both current and prospective residents. The same reviewer also describes the park as "fairly quiet" and expresses personal satisfaction with living there, indicating a potentially peaceful and stable community environment.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a different perspective on the park's layout and amenities. This review notes that "the trailers on top of each other" and points out the absence of individual yards ("no yards"). Furthermore, it mentions limited parking, stating "no parking except for the people that live in the trailer," and contrasts this with other trailer courts where guest parking was readily available. This description suggests a more compact layout with potentially less personal outdoor space and limited parking for visitors.
When considering Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village within the context of "RV parks near me," it is important to reconcile these different observations. The long-term resident's positive feedback about the quiet environment and ongoing upgrades suggests a community that is evolving and valued by those who have resided there for an extended period. The other reviewer's comments about the layout and parking limitations provide practical considerations for potential residents, particularly those with RVs or frequent visitors.
For individuals specifically seeking long-term RV parking within the "RV parks near me" category, the information available does not explicitly detail the park's suitability for recreational vehicles. While mobile home parks sometimes accommodate RVs for extended stays, the layout described by one reviewer – with trailers closely spaced and limited parking – might pose challenges for larger RVs or those requiring additional parking for vehicles or guests. Prospective RV residents should directly inquire with the park management about the availability of suitable lots, the types of hookups provided (water, electricity, sewer), and any specific regulations or restrictions pertaining to RVs.
The fact that the park has been in existence for a significant period, as indicated by the 49-year residency of one reviewer, suggests a stable and established community. This longevity can be appealing to those seeking a more permanent living situation rather than a transient RV park. The ongoing upgrades mentioned by the same resident further indicate a positive direction for the park's future.
However, the lack of individual yards, as noted by another reviewer, might be a drawback for those who value private outdoor space. Similarly, the limited parking situation could be inconvenient for residents who have multiple vehicles or frequently receive visitors. These are important factors for potential residents to consider based on their individual needs and lifestyle.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village, local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category or considering mobile home living are encouraged to contact the park management directly. Inquire about the availability of lots for mobile homes or RVs, the monthly rental fees, the utilities included or billed separately, and the specific amenities and services offered within the park. It would also be beneficial to ask about the nature and timeline of the ongoing upgrades mentioned in the review.
In conclusion, Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village in Irwin, PA, presents itself as a long-established and potentially quiet community that is currently undergoing upgrades. While one long-term resident speaks positively about the park, another highlights potential limitations regarding lot size, the absence of yards, and restricted parking. For local users seeking long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or an RV, Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village warrants further investigation. Direct communication with the park management and a potential visit to the property would allow prospective residents to assess whether the park's environment, services, and features align with their individual needs and preferences, taking into account both the positive aspects of longevity and ongoing improvements, as well as the potential drawbacks related to layout and parking.

Dusty Rhodes Mobile Home Village Reviews
The trailers on top of each other. No yards and no parking except for the people that live in the trailer. All the trailer courts I lived in had a front yard and a back yard. Parking for company was not a problem.
