Apr 29, 2021 · Shannah HerridgeThis place is great! It's not an elaborate flowery park. It is a park out in the country with better air quality and a nice pond for sitting or fishing. The rent is very affordable and the management will return any respect that you offer them. I have lived here for more than two years and the management has been courteous and fair. I give this place a 4 star review, because it is not the Ritz Carlton. What it is, is a nice, safe place to live. No worries about your family or items at your site when you leave for work. I have never had anything taken from my site, nor have I experienced any unethical behavior from management. I will definitely recommend this park. Great job!
Aug 03, 2024 · Gary HammacThe residents are friendly mostly. There are a lot of drunks though. During my stay I was almost ran over by the someone drinking on a golf cart. The park owner also killed a tenants pets. He apparently unplugged their rv power while mowing in 100 degree weather. My neighbors came home to their dog literally cooked. When he had confronted managment he was told that its a learning experience and didn't appear to have any remorse.I stayed for over 3 months and the showers were closed well over half of my stay. There was also no rhyme or reason to when it would be open. I also saw the swimming pool on their website but the pictures where. not of the pool I saw. Ice posted picks from 2 months ago below.I'd highly suggest staying away from the park, due to new management.
Dec 09, 2021 · Uriah BanksVery bad RV park, every time I gave the owner or manager a call she would act like she didn't want to talk and had a bad attitude. She showed us around and gave us the usual rundown of the RV park and saying how great it is (it was a dump) then I gave her another call asking about the monthly rent, and she just hung up on me, even after I selected the spot and said I'd take it. She shouldn't be in any kind of customer service because she's gonna lose a lot of business like that, she seems like she hasn't done business before and used to everything being handed to her in life.
