Eagles Introduce
For local individuals and families exploring "rv parks near me" with a focus on long-term residential options, Eagles Mobile Home Park, located in Dublin, Georgia, presents a property with significant concerns raised by recent feedback. Situated at a specific address in the United States, this mobile home park requires careful consideration due to reported issues regarding its environment and management. For those seeking a stable and well-maintained mobile home park community, a thorough understanding of the current conditions at Eagles is essential.
The environment of Eagles Mobile Home Park, based on recent customer reviews, appears to be a cause for concern. One reviewer, who provides delivery services to the park, reported that the condition of the grounds, specifically "huge holes," caused damage to their vehicle's tires. This suggests potential issues with the upkeep and maintenance of the park's infrastructure, posing a safety hazard for drivers and potentially pedestrians. The reviewer explicitly stated that the ground conditions were dangerous and indicated a lack of care by the owner. Another review further corroborates a decline in the park's environment, stating that it "use to be clean but now all you see is a bunch of pot heads smoking outside there house like it’s legal in Georgia." This paints a picture of a potentially disruptive atmosphere for some residents. The same review also notes that "all the homes are run down," indicating a possible lack of maintenance and investment in the properties within the park. These consistent negative comments regarding the environment suggest that local users should exercise caution and thoroughly assess the current conditions of the grounds and the overall atmosphere before considering residency at Eagles Mobile Home Park.
Information regarding the specific services offered at Eagles Mobile Home Park is limited in the provided reviews. However, one crucial detail mentioned is that "water and sewage is charged separately." This is a common practice in many mobile home parks, but the reviewer goes on to state that "because no one reports water problems the residents get charged a lot." This suggests a potential issue with the billing or management of water and sewage services, possibly leading to unfair or inflated charges for residents due to unreported maintenance needs. Standard services typically found in mobile home parks might include waste disposal, and potentially common areas or basic infrastructure. However, the negative reviews do not provide details about amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or on-site management responsiveness to maintenance requests beyond the water issue. Local users would need to contact the park directly to ascertain a comprehensive list of services included with the lot rental and to understand the procedures for reporting maintenance issues and how utilities are managed and billed.
The features of Eagles Mobile Home Park, based on the available feedback, do not highlight any positive or unique aspects. Instead, the reviews focus on negative attributes. The poor condition of the grounds, as evidenced by the tire damage report, is a significant negative feature. The alleged presence of disruptive behavior, such as public smoking of marijuana, as mentioned in one review, could be a deterrent for many potential residents. The reported "run down" condition of the homes suggests a lack of aesthetic appeal and potential safety or maintenance concerns. One review does mention "inverter’s buying the old homes and adding live and respect to these homes," which could be interpreted as a positive development, indicating some investment in improving the housing stock by external parties. However, this seems to be independent of the park's management itself. The reviewer also expresses a lack of confidence in the park's management, stating that "Management is to concerned with being validated with corporate. To see that this park and most of the tenants need to leave." This suggests a disconnect between the management's priorities and the needs of the residents, further impacting the overall quality of the community. Therefore, based on the provided information, Eagles Mobile Home Park does not appear to offer desirable features that would typically attract residents to a mobile home park community.
The provided reviews do not contain any information regarding promotional offers or discounts for Eagles Mobile Home Park. Given the significant negative feedback concerning the park's environment and management, it is unlikely that there are active promotions being advertised. Local users considering this property would need to contact the park directly at (478) 353-1146 or +1 478-353-1146 to inquire about rental rates and any potential incentives. However, it would be prudent to weigh any potential cost savings against the reported negative living conditions and management issues. It is highly recommended that local users visit the property in person to assess the current state of the grounds, the condition of the mobile homes, and the overall atmosphere before making any decisions. Inquiring about the management's plans for addressing the reported issues would also be a crucial step for potential residents.
In conclusion, Eagles Mobile Home Park in Dublin, Georgia, as portrayed by recent customer reviews, presents a property with significant environmental and management concerns. Reports of hazardous ground conditions, a perceived decline in community standards, run-down homes, and issues with utility billing paint a concerning picture. While there may be some independent efforts to improve individual homes within the park, the overall sentiment expressed in the reviews is negative. Local users searching for "rv parks near me" for long-term residency should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Eagles Mobile Home Park. A personal visit and direct communication with the management are strongly advised to gain a firsthand understanding of the current conditions and any plans for improvement. The lack of positive feedback and the serious nature of the reported issues suggest that potential residents may want to explore other options for mobile home park living in the Dublin, Georgia area.

I doordash there and the ground ruined my brand new tires! Having the ground like that with all those huge holes is very dangerous. Someone is going to get seriously hurt one day and you’ll get sued! You can obviously see that the owner doesn’t take care of anything. I have a dash cam now so if it happens again to my car, it’ll be on recording and I promise I’ll sue

If it wasn’t for the inverter’s buying the old homes and adding live and respect to these homes the park really wouldn’t be worth the time. No matter who they put in that office Eagles will always be a nasty place as long as VINEYARDS has a hand in it.
Dec 27, 2022 · Marilyn ReynosoPoor to no communication. The mobile home I chose was Lot#40 which was a new unit that was just placed on the lot so it had to have all the electrical plumbing air and heat unit installed. I paid the application fee and deposit at that time. The assistant landlord advised me that the unit would be ready on the 1st of November. On the 27 of October I went to check on the progress well low and behold nothing had been done to the unit. I then went to the home office and spoke with Chasity about refunding my deposit. I wrote the corporate office of why I want my deposit back and Chasity advised me that it was going to be submitted that same day and it would take about 30 days before I would be refunded. Which is kinda understandable. I call just to see how things was going. The home office told me that they have no way of knowing because the corporate office is handling it. Then I called and asked for the corporate office number and was told by the assistant landlord the she don’t know the number and to call back when Chasity come in. Well I called back and no one answered. Well here it is the 1st of December and I still have no idea of what’s going on. I have called and texted and still no answer. My question is how can you work in an office and not know the number to your corporate office. So unprofessional
Dec 02, 2020 · Tekonya LeeI'm wanting to buy a home there but unsure about background check. In 2011 got a felony for taking drugs . It was in a different state never been in trouble before or since then. I was trying to deal with losing my mom. I don't want that held against me. I've lived and learned a valuable lesson. I 100% disabled. And would like to be closer to my daughter.
Jul 17, 2022 · Nicci DinnwiddieLoud music playing, especially late at night. People up late and either yelling or talking very loudly. If people aren't driving by playing loud music, then they are playing loud music from their homes. Very loud here, not peaceful at all. Water and sewage bills increasing, they don't repair anything that needs it. Been waiting on a front door over a year since the previous mangers have been here. The manager and company don't seem to care, just tell you what you want to hear.
