You can reach them at (945) 425-1204 or +1 945-425-1204 to inquire about availability and specific details. The feedback highlights the park's security, quiet atmosphere, friendly management, and convenient location.
One long-term resident, who had been living in Elm Creek Meadows MHC for five months at the time of their review, described the park overall as "nice, gated with passcode to get in, and quite." The gated entry with a passcode provides an added layer of security and controlled access, which can be a significant benefit for residents' peace of mind. The "quite" atmosphere suggests a peaceful living environment, free from excessive noise and disturbances.
This reviewer also praised the management, stating that they had been "very nice" to them and their wife during their stay. Positive management is crucial for a comfortable living experience, as they are responsible for addressing resident concerns and maintaining the community. The positive feedback about the management at Elm Creek Meadows MHC suggests a responsive and helpful team.
Regarding the lots, the reviewer noted that the "outer edge spots have big lots and can park 2 cars." This spaciousness could be particularly appealing to those with larger RVs or multiple vehicles. For the "inner spots," the reviewer mentioned that they "are wide and have plenty of room side to side but are close together at the back end of the camper" (which was their only complaint). However, they also pointed out that "you can park 3 cars in most of these spots," indicating ample parking space even in the interior of the park.
In terms of amenities, the reviewer mentioned that a "laundry room is in the works but not onsite yet." This suggests that while laundry facilities are planned for the future, residents currently may need to utilize off-site options. It is advisable to inquire with the management about the expected timeline for the completion of the laundry room.
A significant advantage of Elm Creek Meadows MHC, according to the reviewer, is its convenient location. They noted that "anything you could want to do is close by to the park" and that "I20 is about 5 mins away" and "Dyess Air Force base 3 min away." This proximity to major transportation routes and a significant employer like Dyess AFB makes the park an attractive option for a wide range of individuals, including military personnel and those who value easy access to the city's amenities.
Another reviewer shared a positive experience specifically highlighting the helpfulness of a staff member, Maria Perez, whom they described as "a great manager." This reviewer found the community to be "just lovely" and stated they would "definitely recommend this community to anyone of my friends looking for a place!" This enthusiastic endorsement further supports the positive aspects of the park's management and overall community atmosphere.

Jun 23, 2020 · Sean OBI have had the opportunity to experience a helping hand from Maria Perez. She is a great manager, and the community is just lovely! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone of my friends looking for a place!
Mar 18, 2024 · Pamela LanghamPROS: The mobile home park is gated with entry code, which is awesome. They really care about the appearance of the community. lot rent is reasonable. Seems like it is geared toward families and retirees. CONS: My experience, outside of the pros listed when dealing with management, has been stressful and filled with drama. I do wish the park all the best and hope they succeed.
Sep 06, 2018 · AMANDA COLLINSI cannot give it 5 stars but I can’t give it low stars. This park is no amenities for the KOA price. NO restroom/laundry/dog runs/wi-fi. Advertised as all bills paid but get clarification on that because it seemed to depend on renter. We had to buy a lawn mower, we were there long term and had put a lot of money and work into our area and when they raised rent twice on us in the first 6-months we were settled in and didn’t want to move. No full time on-site management.
Nov 19, 2020 · Kristy DentonManagement is terrible. Grouchy does not go a long way in customer service. A couple of remarks when I was checking in. Then i was told i had trash next to my trailer, wrong. Then I'm accused of speeding huh ok sure. The roads are terrible why would anyone speed. Manager got upset and told us to leave. No conversation just leave. I moved to another location. I was going to stay long term.
