Emerald Oasis Trailer Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the San Bernardino, California area, Emerald Oasis Trailer Park, located at 26063 E Baseline St, San Bernardino, CA 92410, USA, presents a location with significantly conflicting feedback based on the available customer reviews. They can be contacted by phone at (909) 862-7440 or via mobile phone at +1 909-862-7440. It is crucial to carefully consider both perspectives presented in the reviews before making any decisions regarding this park for your RV stay or long-term residency.
One reviewer, who stated they lived at Emerald Oasis Trailer Park for over a year, shared a generally positive experience. They mentioned getting along well with other residents ("tenets") and the manager, Tammy. This reviewer indicated that they did not personally experience or witness any prejudice from Tammy towards themselves or their company. They noted that Tammy used profanity, but otherwise found both Tammy and her husband to be "very helpful and encouraging." This review suggests a potentially positive living environment and helpful management.
However, a starkly contrasting review presents very serious allegations against the on-site manager, Tammy R. This reviewer claims "No fair housing + Many discrimination experiences!!" and explicitly states that Tammy R. is "very openly prejudice against African-Americans (black people) and sometimes Mexicans." The review further alleges that the manager "looks for ways to harass or insult anyone for associating with a different race." According to this account, Tammy R. can become "very irate" and finds "petty reasons to complain and irritate the residents and visitors." The reviewer also accuses the manager of "always snooping around the park for information or gossiping about everyone's business" and abusing her authority by being rude, disrespectful, yelling, making threats, and using "unnecessary nasty racial remarks and comments" to control and intimidate people.
These two reviews offer diametrically opposed experiences with the management at Emerald Oasis Trailer Park. The serious allegations of racial prejudice and discriminatory behavior in the second review are particularly concerning and should be a significant consideration for anyone thinking of staying at or moving into this park. Potential residents or visitors who value fair treatment and a non-discriminatory environment will need to weigh these allegations very carefully.
Given the severity of the accusations in one of the reviews, it is critical to approach Emerald Oasis Trailer Park with extreme caution. While one individual reported a positive experience, the other detailed significant issues related to discrimination and management conduct. This discrepancy makes it difficult to provide a straightforward assessment of the park's environment and atmosphere.
When searching for "RV parks near me," individuals typically look for a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment with essential amenities. The conflicting reviews for Emerald Oasis Trailer Park make it impossible to ascertain whether these conditions are consistently met. Potential RV travelers and long-term residents would need to consider the risk of encountering the issues described in the negative review.
Information regarding the specific services and features of Emerald Oasis Trailer Park is also absent from the provided reviews. To make an informed decision, one would typically want to know about:
- RV site hookups: Availability of water, electricity (with amperage details), and sewer connections.
- Waste disposal facilities: Essential for RVs.
- Restroom and shower facilities: Important for many RVers.
- Laundry facilities: A convenience for longer stays.
- Wi-Fi access: Increasingly expected for connectivity.
- Site sizes and accessibility: To ensure compatibility with different RV sizes.
- Security measures: For the safety of residents and their belongings.
- Recreational amenities: Such as pools, community rooms, or green spaces.
- Pet policies: Relevant for those traveling with animals.
The lack of information on these standard RV park features in the reviews means that prospective visitors or residents would need to contact the management directly to inquire about these essential details. However, given the serious allegations against the manager, some individuals might be hesitant to engage further without more clarity or assurances.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available for Emerald Oasis Trailer Park in the provided text. Any potential specials, discounts, or unique features that might attract RV travelers or long-term residents are not mentioned. Obtaining this information would also require direct contact with the park management.
In conclusion, Emerald Oasis Trailer Park in San Bernardino, CA, presents a complex picture based on the limited online reviews. While one reviewer reported a positive experience with the manager and other residents, another provided very serious allegations of racial prejudice and discriminatory behavior by the on-site manager, Tammy R. These conflicting accounts make it extremely difficult to recommend this park without further investigation and clarification. For those searching for "RV parks near me," the potential issues raised in the negative review should be given significant weight. It is strongly advised that prospective visitors or residents seek additional information from multiple sources, including direct contact with the park management, and possibly attempt to speak with current residents to gain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of the environment and management practices at Emerald Oasis Trailer Park before making any decisions.

Emerald Oasis Trailer Park Reviews
I lived here for over a year and got along well with the tenets and the manager (Tammy). Tammy never seemed prejudice to me, nor my company. She cussed a lot but that was her way, other than that both she and her husband were very helpful and encouraging.
Jul 08, 2023 · Rosalyn MartinNo fair housing + Many discrimination experiences!!The on site manager Tammy R. is very openly prejudice against African-Americans (black people) and sometimes Mexicans. She looks for ways to harass or insult anyone for associating with a different race. At times she can become very irate and finds petty reasons to complain and irritate the residents and visitors. She is always snooping around the park for information or gossiping about everyone's business and thinks it's okay to abuse her authority and will get up in a persons face to be rude and disrespectful while trying to control and intimidate them by yelling and making threats or unnecessary nasty racial remarks and comments.
Dec 01, 2017 · R**** Genata WilliamsI saw 1st hand for myself how prejudice that manager is when she lied on a visitor (a black girl) she claimed was smoking weed in the parking lot. One day the manager came to my white friends house and told his black guest that they had to park their cars in the very back of the trailer park along the fence line and they are taking up the spaces for others to park. I guess she wants the blacks to park where Rosa parks!!!
May 29, 2018 · Gena Gods PlanManagement issues have been improving by trying to be more cautious about how she deals with people she seems to be a little more understanding by not to showing racialized hatred towards tenants and their visitors.
