Fairway Mobile Home Estates Introduce
Fairway Mobile Home Estates is situated at 26297 E Baseline St, Highland, CA 92346, USA. Located in the city of Highland, California, this community offers both mobile home spaces and apartments. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Highland area, Fairway Mobile Home Estates may present a long-term option, although specific details regarding RV accommodations, amenities, and policies would need to be confirmed directly with the park management at (909) 425-9898 or +1 909-425-9898.
Based on the available customer reviews, Fairway Mobile Home Estates appears to be a community with notable strengths, particularly in cleanliness and management responsiveness. One resident who lived in the apartment side for three years praised the park's cleanliness, stating, "Very clean, never seen not one roach in 3 years." This is a significant positive aspect, indicating a well-maintained environment that residents appreciate.
The same reviewer also commended the manager's availability and efficiency in addressing maintenance issues. They shared a positive experience where an air conditioning problem was resolved in less than an hour after being reported. This level of responsiveness suggests a proactive and helpful management team, which can greatly enhance the living experience for residents and potentially for any long-term RV guests as well.
Furthermore, this resident expressed a sense of safety within the community and found the price of the apartments to be reasonable compared to other options in the area. They concluded by recommending the apartments and acknowledging the fairness of the manager and owner. The mention of "granite counter tops" and spacious two-bedroom units adds to the appeal of the apartment side of the estates.
However, another long-term resident, who has lived at Fairway Mobile Home Estates for 14-15 years, provides a more nuanced perspective. They acknowledge that there have been "ups and downs" over the years, particularly concerning tenants and property owners. They do credit the current on-site manager for doing "a very good job of screening future tenants over the last few years," suggesting an improvement in the community's composition.
This long-term resident also raises the issue of security, noting that problems seem to originate from outside the park and suggesting a need for more on-site security presence. This is a point that prospective residents and long-term RV guests might want to inquire about with the management.
A significant concern raised by the long-term resident is the annual increase in space rents without any apparent added benefits for tenants. They state, "Space rents are raised basically every year and in the time i have lived here i have not seen any added benefits for tenants." This is a common concern in mobile home parks and can impact the affordability and long-term satisfaction of residents.
Despite being described as a "family park," this resident points out a notable lack of amenities for children, stating, "This is a family park, yet there is no playground for children nor do we have a club house/recreation center." The absence of these common family-oriented facilities might be a drawback for families considering living in the mobile home section of the estates or for RVing families looking for a long-term stay with amenities for their children.
The community does have a swimming pool, but its accessibility is somewhat limited, as the resident notes that it serves "aprox 16 apts and 63 mobile homes." This suggests that the pool might be crowded at times or that access could be perceived as restricted given the number of households it serves. For RV guests, the availability and accessibility of the pool would be important to ascertain.
The long-term resident's statement, "I have been keeping my eyes open for a house to be able to enjoy privacy once again," might reflect a general desire for more personal space and privacy, which can be a consideration in any multi-unit living environment.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Highland, it is crucial to contact Fairway Mobile Home Estates directly to determine if they accommodate recreational vehicles for any length of stay. If RVs are permitted, key questions to ask would include:
- Are there designated RV spaces available? What are the sizes and hookup facilities (water, electricity, sewer)?
- What are the rental rates for RV spaces (daily, weekly, monthly)?
- Are RV guests allowed to use the community amenities, such as the swimming pool? Are there any restrictions on usage?
- What are the park's rules and regulations for RV guests, including pet policies and parking?
- Is there on-site security, and what measures are in place to ensure the safety of guests?
For those considering Fairway Mobile Home Estates as a permanent residence for their mobile home, additional inquiries should focus on:
- The current space rental rates and the history of rent increases.
- The rules and regulations for mobile home owners, including any restrictions on home sizes or types.
- The availability of amenities such as laundry facilities or common areas (beyond the pool).
- The management's policies on maintenance and park upkeep.
- The screening process for new tenants.
In conclusion, Fairway Mobile Home Estates in Highland, CA, offers a community with some positive aspects, including cleanliness and responsive management, particularly on the apartment side. However, there are also concerns regarding annual rent increases without added benefits and a lack of certain family-oriented amenities like a playground or clubhouse. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is essential to contact the park directly at (909) 425-9898 or +1 909-425-9898 to inquire about RV accommodations, the availability and accessibility of amenities, and the park's policies to determine if it meets their needs for a stay in Highland. Understanding the full range of features and potential drawbacks, as indicated in the resident reviews, will be crucial for making an informed decision.

Fairway Mobile Home Estates Reviews
Very clean, never seen not one roach in 3 years. I lived in the Apartment side. The manager is always available. If there is anything I need done like air conditioner stop working one day. I told her very impressed less than an hour someone came to fix it. I feel safe here. I work keep to myself never had any problems at all. I would definitely recommend the Apartment to everyone price is very reasonable. Every where else is more. I appreciate manager and owner for being fair with the price. I thank the manager and owner for being great owners.I love the granite counter tops. I love the space I believe it bigger than other two bedroom's.
Dec 31, 2018 · Barbara Yvette GarciaI've lived here for 14-15 yrs and there have been ups and downs with the various tenants that have lived here and with property owners.I can say that our on site manager does a very good job of. screening future tenants over the last few years. When we have security problems they seem to be from outside sources. Our security needs to be on site more.Space rents are raised basically every year and in the time i have lived here i have not seen any added benefits for tenants. This is a family park, yet there is no playground for children nor do we have a club house/recreation center. What we do have is a swimming pool that offers its use to families in aprox 16 apts and 63 mobile homes.I have been keeping my eyes open for a house to be able to enjoy privacy once again.
Sep 06, 2019 · Bertha HernandezRoaches, cops, cops cops... bad owner, poor management.... pool is never open. Been here 14 years. Very ghetto... And a lot of homeless people in here always digging in the dumpsters. Not child friendly at all. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I've seen many people come and go... most in very negative ways. Ask the local police department about crime in here.... you'll get the truth! Raids on trailers... dirty park... some gang activities. Just not worth it!!!!!!
