Ninth Street Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the San Bernardino, California area? While Ninth Street Mobile Home Park primarily offers long-term mobile home living, it's essential for those considering various housing options in the vicinity to understand the diverse residential landscapes available. This detailed introduction aims to provide local users with a comprehensive overview of Ninth Street Mobile Home Park, drawing from available information to offer an objective perspective.
Located at 780 E 9th St in San Bernardino, CA 92410, USA, Ninth Street Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (909) 889-1314 or via mobile at +1 909-889-1314. This established mobile home park offers a community living environment that may appeal to individuals seeking an alternative to traditional apartment rentals or those transitioning from RV living to a more permanent setting within the "RV parks near me" search radius.
Based on available information, including firsthand accounts from residents, the environment at Ninth Street Mobile Home Park presents a mixed experience. One prospective resident expressed strong interest, viewing it as a potentially suitable and affordable option, particularly for a single senior living on disability SSI income. This suggests that the park may offer a sense of community and a cost-effective housing solution for certain individuals.
However, it's crucial to consider the perspectives of current residents to gain a balanced understanding. Some long-term residents have described a shift in recent years, marked by the implementation of "new stricter regulations" concerning the use of individual properties. These regulations reportedly include limitations on storing personal belongings outside, even when not in plain sight. Such changes can significantly impact a resident's sense of personal space and freedom within their rented lot.
Another significant concern raised by a resident pertains to parking management within the park. Allegations include a disproportionate allocation of reserved parking spaces for management (reportedly three) while guest parking is limited to "extra parking spaces." This situation has purportedly led to residents being forced to park on the street, where multiple instances of car break-ins and theft have occurred. The resident who shared this experience reported their own vehicle being broken into twice and expressed dissatisfaction with the management's lack of response to their request for temporary parking within the guest spots while awaiting repairs.
Furthermore, this resident's account includes claims of others voicing concerns to management and receiving "rudely" dismissive responses, lacking a sense of care. A particularly serious allegation is that park workers may randomly enter residents' spaces and inspect them, seemingly to find reasons for eviction. These are critical points for any prospective resident to consider and investigate further.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not reflect the entirety of life at Ninth Street Mobile Home Park. However, they provide valuable insights into potential challenges and areas of concern that prospective residents should be aware of. When searching for "RV parks near me" and considering options like mobile home parks, it's always advisable to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the property, speaking with current residents (if possible), and understanding all rules and regulations before making a decision.
While Ninth Street Mobile Home Park may not offer the typical amenities and transient stay options associated with traditional RV parks, it serves as a long-term residential community. For individuals seeking a more permanent and potentially more affordable housing solution in San Bernardino, it warrants consideration. However, the feedback regarding recent management practices and regulations should be carefully evaluated.
Potential features of Ninth Street Mobile Home Park, based on general mobile home park characteristics, might include individual lots for mobile homes, utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer), and possibly communal areas or basic amenities. However, specific details regarding amenities, lot sizes, and community features at Ninth Street Mobile Home Park are not explicitly provided in the given information and would require further investigation.
From a promotional standpoint, Ninth Street Mobile Home Park could emphasize its affordability, established presence in the San Bernardino community, and the potential for long-term, stable housing. Highlighting the sense of community that may exist among residents, as suggested by the prospective senior resident's interest, could also be a key selling point. However, addressing the concerns raised in the reviews regarding management and regulations would be crucial for fostering a positive image and attracting new residents.
In conclusion, for those exploring "RV parks near me" as a gateway to finding housing in San Bernardino, Ninth Street Mobile Home Park presents itself as a long-term mobile home community. While it may offer affordability and a sense of community for some, prospective residents must carefully consider the recent feedback regarding management practices and regulations. Visiting the park, inquiring about current rules, and perhaps speaking with current residents independently would be prudent steps in making an informed decision about whether Ninth Street Mobile Home Park aligns with their housing needs and expectations.

Ninth Street Mobile Home Park Reviews
Very interested in mobile home park living seen to be the right place for a single senior living on disability Ssi income
Jan 25, 2025 · Aaron DanielsBeen living here for many years and it’s been a roller coaster these past few years with new stricter regulations on our properties like dictating how we use our space not being able to store our stuff outside even when out of sight.I’m not sure why management needs 3 reserved parking spaces and only allow guest to park in the extra parking spaces. Forcing a lot of residents to park on the street where multiple cars have been victims of broken windows and thief stealing their belongings. I have been victim to my car being broken into TWICE. When I tired to reach out to management about being able to temporarily park in the guest spots due to waiting on a new window I got no response. I have also heard of others voicing their concerns and the management rebuttals rudely with no sense of care. ONLY RENT HERE IF YOU FIT IN YOUR SPACES PARKING AND IF YOU’RE OKAY WITH RANDOM PARK WORKERS COMING INTO YOUR SPACE AND LOOKING AROUND TO FIND A REASON TO EVICT YOU!
Jul 21, 2024 · CiscoI have been looking to purchase a mobilehome and finding good park that won't break the bank.Stop by at Ninth St. Mobilehome Park talked to the manager Teresa, and I was able to gather very useful information.Park rules are extremely easy and very straightforward.Would definitely keep in touch to see if they get any openings in my time frame.
Jun 06, 2024 · Ace CastroIf you're looking to buy a mobile home, don't look over here. They have NO PARKING spaces. I usually get home from work around 8-10 pm and have to park ON THE STREET because people don't park their cars in the damn driveways or park their cars in the center of the available parking spaces to save the parking for their other cars. It's ridiculous!! I've gone to complain multiple times & they don't listen, so has my neighbor & it's like they laugh at you. If you park anywhere else though they tow you in a second!! Also, there are way too many kids running around the street & it's nerve racking when driving around. Trust me, you're better off looking somewhere else!!!
May 25, 2017 · The CockroachGhetto as hell!!!!!!!! people have no respect nor consideration for anyone. Management sucks also. they don't enforce the rules of parking instead of going after the actual problem people they go after the actual people who are following the rules. I don't want to give it not even one star but they make u choose so when u read this disregard the one star because they don't deserve it.
