Many of our guests, particularly those who have chosen to make Encore Paradise their long-term home after purchasing park models, frequently express their appreciation for the friendly atmosphere and welcoming neighbors. This established community creates a social and supportive environment that many RVers seek when choosing a park.
Our park boasts an impressive selection of amenities and activities catering to a diverse range of interests. For those who enjoy staying active, Encore Paradise offers facilities for popular sports such as pickleball, with a significant and enthusiastic membership of 252 individuals, lawn bowling, and even volleyball in the refreshing swimming pool. The presence of a well-equipped workout room further supports residents' fitness goals. Beyond physical activities, our craft rooms provide spaces for creative pursuits, fostering a sense of community and shared hobbies among residents.
Adding to the vibrant social scene, Encore Paradise hosts live music bands every other week for a six-week period starting in January. These performances provide entertainment and a wonderful opportunity for residents to socialize and enjoy the pleasant Arizona evenings. The park's convenient location also places residents close to various local attractions, shopping centers, and essential services, enhancing the overall convenience and appeal of staying at Encore Paradise.
While many aspects of Encore Paradise receive high praise, it's important to provide a balanced perspective based on feedback from our valued guests. Some residents have raised concerns regarding the consistent enforcement of pet policies, specifically the leash rule. The current rule mandates a six-foot leash and prohibits retractable leashes; however, some guests have observed instances of non-compliance, including dogs being off-leash or relieving themselves on neighboring lots. This behavior can be a concern for responsible pet owners and can impact the overall aesthetics and environment of the park. We understand these concerns and continuously strive to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, including those with pets.
Another area of feedback pertains to the condition of the RV lots. Some guests have noted that the lots are primarily dirt with limited gravel, and there have been suggestions for improvements to enhance their appeal and functionality for RVers. Additionally, concerns have been raised about the condition of some concrete patio pads, with reports of them being broken or in disrepair, potentially posing a safety hazard, particularly for senior residents. We acknowledge this feedback and are consistently evaluating areas for improvement within the park to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all our guests.
Despite these areas for potential improvement, Encore Paradise remains a highly sought-after destination, particularly for those seeking a warm and engaging winter retreat in Arizona. The strong sense of community, the extensive list of amenities, and the convenient location contribute significantly to its popularity. The active social calendar, with events like live music and various recreational activities, ensures that there's always something to do and opportunities to connect with fellow RVers.
We understand the importance of providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our guests. While some concerns have been voiced, we are committed to addressing them and continually enhancing the Encore Paradise experience. Our goal is to create a community where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and enjoys their time with us. We encourage prospective guests to contact us directly at (623) 977-0344 or +1 623-977-0344 to discuss any specific needs or concerns and to learn more about the current offerings and any ongoing improvements within the park.

Encore Paradise Reviews
Having lived here many years after purchasing a park model I must say we love the park and our neighbors. My complaints however as a responsible dog owner are the lack of enforcing the dog leash rules and the folks that let their dogs go to the bathroom on peoples lots. This behavior kills plants and smells bad! Once 1 dog pees then many more will follow that scent. There are grass areas at the end of every street for dogs to relieve themselves but some rude folks let their dogs go on occupied lots, on flower beds, etc. There is a 6 foot leash rule and retractable leashes are forbidden yet 90% of folks use the latter. There is no control of their pets such as the person walking the dog is on one side of the street and the dog is on the other or up in some ones yard. I have experienced this when riding my bicycle more than once. Park needs to enforce leash rule but they don't. Why have it in the rules if you are not going to enforce it? Also RV lots are dirt. Very little gravel if any! Spend some of our very high rent money and put some attention into the RV lots. Make them an attractive place where RVers want to stay at. And put in some trees, bushes, etc. Many RV concrete patio pads are broken and in disrepair. This is pathetic with what you charge people to stay here. It is also a trip hazard to many seniors. I know manager Scott's hands are somewhat tied but someone needs to stand up to corporate. Instead of making shareholders more wealthy put more money into the community to make it better instead of raising rent every year!

Apr 13, 2025 · Don FranklinWe came down with our RV just to check out the resort. We ended up buying a park model as a vacation home.Everything was perfect. All the other guest were very polite. Most employees were very thoughtful and polite. One employee I found (Duke) was rude at times. He would “butt” in while I was speaking to another person. He did this numerous times while we were there. He was somewhat condescending and seemed to not want to be there. As I said, 99% of employees were awesome! The office manager (Rachel) was absolutely the best. She was very helpful when we needed a question answered. We will enjoy Paradise RV Resort.
Nov 21, 2024 · Al JenningsThis is an upscale, modern senior mobile home/rv resort. Many amenities for everybody. If you are towing a trailer, be prepared to back in.....there are no pull-throughs, and the roads are narrow.
Mar 08, 2025 · jeffcain50We have made this our winter home because we love the variety of events offered by the activities office. Melody Wainscott does a masterful job
