Estancia Toro Perezoso Introduce
For local users exploring options under the category of “RV parks near me,” it’s important to also consider alternative living arrangements that might suit their needs, such as mobile home communities. While not traditional RV parks offering temporary stays for recreational vehicles, communities like Estancia Toro Perezoso in Oak Point, TX, provide a unique and often more affordable long-term housing solution. Located at 3411 Farm to Market Rd 720, Oak Point, TX 75068, USA, Estancia Toro Perezoso offers a distinct residential experience with a focus on community and cost-effectiveness.
The environment at Estancia Toro Perezoso is characterized by a sense of community and neighborly support, as highlighted in the customer reviews. Residents often describe a welcoming atmosphere fostered by both the staff and fellow community members. The dedicated staff, including Ana, LeeAnn, and Roselyn, are frequently praised for their professionalism, approachability, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist residents. This strong sense of customer service and community support is a significant draw for individuals seeking a more connected living environment compared to traditional rentals or homeownership.
In terms of services and features, Estancia Toro Perezoso offers the fundamental infrastructure for mobile home living, including individual lots for homes and access to utilities. One compelling feature mentioned by residents is the energy efficiency of the homes within the community. One reviewer reported a significant decrease in their electricity and water bills after moving to Estancia Toro Perezoso, highlighting potential long-term cost savings for residents. Additionally, the community offers internet service for a reasonable monthly fee, which is a crucial amenity for many, especially those who work from home.
The financial aspect of living in Estancia Toro Perezoso is a key consideration. Residents pay lot rent, which covers the use of the land their mobile home occupies and likely includes some community amenities. While one reviewer mentioned that the lot rent is high, they also pointed out that it is significantly cheaper than the property taxes they were previously paying, as well as the cost of renting a three-bedroom home in the surrounding area. This suggests that for some, particularly those seeking to reduce housing costs and escape the burdens of traditional homeownership, the lot rent model at Estancia Toro Perezoso can be financially advantageous, especially when factoring in lower homeowners insurance premiums and deductibles.
The reviews also provide insights into the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff. One resident shared a personal experience of relocating to the community during a challenging time and praised the staff for their exceptional support in facilitating a quick move-in. Another reviewer who recently purchased a home in the community noted that while there were typical bumps in the buying process, the staff was consistently attentive to their concerns. This responsiveness and dedication to resident satisfaction contribute significantly to the overall positive living experience within the community.
Estancia Toro Perezoso appears to foster a strong sense of community, with residents feeling like they are part of an "awesome community." The willingness of the staff to assist with issues, such as internet connectivity for a work-from-home resident, further underscores this supportive environment. This sense of belonging and mutual support can be particularly appealing to individuals seeking a close-knit neighborhood feel.
While the majority of the feedback is positive, one area for potential improvement mentioned by a resident is the lawn care around individual homes. The reviewer noted that while the grass around the amenity center is well-maintained, they would like to see the same level of care extended to the lawns of individual lots, especially considering the lot rent paid. This suggests that while the community as a whole is well-managed, there might be an opportunity to enhance the landscaping services provided to individual homeowners within the community.
Currently, no specific promotional information was included in the provided reviews. For local users interested in learning more about Estancia Toro Perezoso, including current lot rental rates, home availability, and any special offers, it is recommended to contact them directly at (940) 213-6918 or +1 940-213-6918. Visiting the community in person can also provide a better sense of the environment and the available amenities.
In conclusion, while Estancia Toro Perezoso is not an “RV park near me” in the traditional sense, it offers a valuable housing option for local users seeking an affordable, community-oriented living experience in Oak Point, TX. The positive feedback regarding the friendly and helpful staff, the energy efficiency of the homes, and the potential for significant cost savings compared to traditional homeownership or renting are key advantages. The strong sense of community and the responsiveness of the staff further enhance the appeal of this mobile home park. While there is a suggestion for improvement in individual lot lawn care, the overall sentiment from residents indicates a positive and supportive living environment at Estancia Toro Perezoso. Local individuals exploring their housing options should consider visiting and contacting the community to see if it aligns with their needs and preferences.

Estancia Toro Perezoso Reviews
My story is long. Was married and owned a house, went through divorce, rented which was a fiasco and during the entire rental I looked at tiny homes, toro, RV living and even car living. I looked at reviews on all of them. The good, bad and ugly.I’m a strong believer that no two experiences are the same. But Toro just kept calling to me.I decided to finally check out what Toro had to offer. I met Ana, LeeAnn, Roselyn and staff.I have to say that in the 20+ years of customer Service that I have worked in I have never met such awesome ladies. Their professionalism, yet down to earth approach won me over.Although my move was a little unorthodox because of what I was going through with my rental, they went above and beyond and got me in right away. Two weeks from agreeing and completing paperwork I’m now in my new home.MINE! And although it is a scary step for me with all I’ve been through, all the ladies have empowered me to embrace my new life.I had a few hiccups with the internet since I work from home, and right away these awesome ladies stepped in to make sure I had a place to work while internet was being taken care off. They were diligent and top of things to ensure I did not go without working. Leeann came in early to ensure that I was able to get into the office and set up for my day.I now have all I need and again all I can say to everyone is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for taking a chance on me and letting me a part of this awesome community. All I can do is pray that I don’t disappoint and that my life here grows for the best.Check this place out. It is NOT a rip off. People like me cannot afford a foundation bricked home. And these homes are JUST as perfect!
Oct 19, 2024 · Ailyne RamosWe just bought a home in this community. Just like any buying process there were bumps in the road but the staff is continually listening to our concerns. The lot rent is high but 98% percent cheaper than taxes were I used to live and any three bedroom in this area. My home owners insurance went down and my deductible. I had to shell out $30,000 to insurance premiums in the last two years due to storms and other damage. With the new storms hitting our area all the time, insurance premiums are going to sky rocket. You can’t beat this community. My only complaint is that they should care for the grass around the homes as they do for the grass around their amenity center. I do pay a very high lot rent and except my grass to look just as good as the community center. The homes are so energy efficient. We went from a $600 summer electricity bill to a $100 electricity bill. We went from a $125 water bill to a $50 water bill. Internet is only $40 a month. When the housing market crashes and no one can afford the insurance premiums and the taxes, people will be begging to pay lot rent in this community.

Aug 30, 2024 · Judith Roxana DominguezMy wife and I visited recently to get a better feel for this recreational home community. Unfortunately, we could not get anyone on the phone after calling 3 times. Anyway, we found out that on our visit, buyers have to pay a lease fee for a building built on the parcel of land in this community. The charge is $1500-$2000+ every month on top of the mortgage you're paying. You're paying property tax as well. Plus, there are no stairs going to the garage inside? Only the dangerous metal stairs up to the second level...smh... unaffordable. Good luck with hauling furniture and groceries up to the second floor. we are going to move on to a different place that's more reasonably priced and convenient.
Mar 07, 2025 · KAC #ThinkforyourselfLaura, was kind and an informative person to work with during this buying process. Any questions or concerns I had she helped me with everything. We have been living here about one month. It’s quiet and my neighbors are friendly. We love all the amenities that the park has to offer.
