Flagler Beach Villas Introduce
Are you searching for "mobile home parks near me" or even potential "RV parks near me" in the scenic Flagler Beach, Florida area? Flagler Beach Villas, located at 520 S Daytona Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136, USA, presents itself as a community offering both mobile home sites and, as indicated by one reviewer's experience with a 5th wheel, potentially RV parking options. They can be contacted at (386) 243-2856 or +1 386-243-2856 for inquiries.
Based on the available customer reviews, Flagler Beach Villas offers a somewhat mixed experience. One reviewer expressed a highly positive sentiment, having parked their 5th wheel there for a year without any complaints. They lauded the management/owners as "super friendly and easy to work with," highlighting the convenience of online payments and the "VERY reasonable" rent for the desirable location. This reviewer also appreciated the ability to obtain their own internet service through Spectrum at the site. A significant advantage mentioned is the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and laundry facilities, all reportedly just two blocks away. The park itself is described as "awesome" with amenities such as basketball and tennis courts, as well as a playground. The area is characterized as "very quiet," and the neighbors are described as "great." The reviewer also noted that while some of the existing mobile home sites are older, the owners are in the process of remodeling them. Overall, this reviewer "loved everything" about their stay and would both return and recommend Flagler Beach Villas.
However, another reviewer presents a starkly contrasting experience. While they expressed love for the location due to its proximity to Flagler Beach itself, their "biggest complaint" revolves around a "lack of communication other than to threaten eviction." This reviewer recounts being threatened with eviction twice during their approximately two-month stay. The first instance was for not immediately pressure washing their RV after moving in, which they attributed to a lack of time as a full-time working single parent with five children. They state that once the pressure washing was done, the issue was resolved. The second, and apparently final, time they were accused of having raw sewage pouring from their RV into a neighboring lot. Upon investigation after work, they found no evidence of any leaks or sewage around their RV. Adding to their negative experience, they reported a rent increase from $850 to over $1000, coinciding with issues of the park's septic system backing up into their bathroom, causing damage. Despite sending multiple messages via various channels about both the sewage accusation and the bathroom issue, they claim to have received no responses to this day. This reviewer has since moved to another park and is primarily concerned about the return of their $400 security deposit, which they have not received, nor any communication regarding their inquiries.
Considering these two reviews, Flagler Beach Villas appears to offer a prime location in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and essential amenities. The park also boasts recreational facilities like basketball and tennis courts, as well as a playground, which could be attractive to families or individuals seeking active leisure options. The rent is described as "very reasonable" by one reviewer, which, coupled with the option for individual internet service, adds to the potential appeal.
However, the serious concerns raised by the second reviewer regarding a lack of communication from management, threats of eviction, unresolved maintenance issues (septic backup), and the handling of the security deposit cannot be ignored. These issues suggest potential problems with management responsiveness and tenant relations, which could significantly impact the living experience for residents.
For local users searching for "mobile home parks near me" or potentially a longer-term "RV parks near me" option in Flagler Beach, Flagler Beach Villas presents a location with undeniable advantages in terms of proximity to the beach and local conveniences. The presence of recreational amenities is also a plus. However, the conflicting experiences shared in the reviews necessitate a cautious approach. Potential residents should be aware of the reported communication issues and the negative experience with management responsiveness and unresolved maintenance problems.
Before making any decisions, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents contact Flagler Beach Villas directly using the provided phone numbers. During these inquiries, it would be crucial to ask specific questions about:
- **Management Communication Policies:** Understand how management typically communicates with residents and their responsiveness to concerns or maintenance requests.
- **Maintenance Procedures:** Inquire about the process for reporting and resolving maintenance issues, particularly regarding essential systems like septic.
- **Lease Agreements and Policies:** Carefully review the lease agreement, including policies on rent increases, eviction procedures, and security deposit returns.
- **Current Park Conditions and Remodeling:** Ask about the progress of any ongoing remodeling of older mobile home sites and the overall condition of the park's infrastructure.
- **RV Parking Policies (if applicable):** If interested in parking an RV, specifically inquire about the park's policies, amenities, and long-term stay options for RVs.
While one reviewer found the rent "very reasonable," the other reported a significant increase within a short period, highlighting the importance of understanding the terms of the lease and potential for rent adjustments. The discrepancy in experiences underscores the need for thorough personal investigation.
In conclusion, Flagler Beach Villas offers a potentially attractive location in Flagler Beach with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and amenities, along with recreational facilities within the park. However, potential residents must weigh these advantages against the serious concerns raised by one reviewer regarding communication, management responsiveness, and unresolved maintenance issues. Direct communication with the management and, if possible, speaking with current residents would be essential steps for anyone considering Flagler Beach Villas as their next home or RV parking location.

Flagler Beach Villas Reviews
Loved this site! Had my 5th wheel parked here for a year and no complaints. Management/owners are super friendly and easy to work with. All payments are online and rent is VERY reasonable for the location. You can get your own internet through spectrum at the site. Beach and restaurants and laundry are literally 2 blocks away. Awesome park with basketball tennis courts and a playground. Area is very quiet and neighbors are great. Some of the existing mobile home sites are a little older but the owners are going through and remodeling them. I loved everything about my stay here, would return and def recommend!
Jul 08, 2024 · Ashley DarlingLoved living here because I love Flagler beach. My biggest complaint (With still no resolution) is the lack of communication other than to threaten eviction. In the 2 months or so we lived there I was threatened twice...once for not pressure washing my RV immediately after moving in, I work full-time with 5 kids as a single dad so it was more of a matter of not having time, when I did it was all good. The second (and last) time they accused me of having raw sewage pouring from our RV into a neighboring lot. When I got off work that day I went around my lot and found nothing under or around my RV, nothing leaking or otherwise. I also saw my rent went from 850 to over 1000 however their septic system was backing up into my bathroom from the pipe in the ground ruining my bathroom in the process. I sent message after message about both issues and got no responses at all to this day. Ive since moved to another park and have not received my 400 dollar security deposit back or even a message about any of the communications I've both sent, called and emailed. I honestly don't care about anything else right now, but I really NEED that deposit back right away

May 22, 2023 · Matthew StrzeleckiMy sister-in-law lives in this neighborhood. The improvements are remarkable! It is truly a nice place to live and very centrally located to everything in Flagler Beach.
Aug 15, 2024 · Elizabeth November Liston (Elizabeth-November)Was going to stay here but never heard back from email. When I finally spoke to someone on the phone he sounded like he was drunk and was super rude. Talked to a few of the current residents and heard nothing but negatives. Honestly a tiny spot for such a high price with no amenities is absolutely ludicrous for noisy and knosey neighbors. Also I love how the owner responds to these reviews "this person was removed for violation of the rules, yet doesn't argue the valid points" doesn't respond to emails just to get hit with "I responded within a minuet of receiving it, can't get quicker than that". No wonder this place looks like a nightmare... wish I could give less than one star because the only redeeming glimmer of light is how close it is to the beach. I think I would rather be homeless than stay at this place.
