Palm Terrace Introduce
For those exploring "RV parks near me" and considering the option of mobile home living in Bunnell, Florida, Palm Terrace, located at 2250 Old Moody Blvd #16, Bunnell, FL 32110, USA, offers a community that has seen recent improvements, according to online reviews. You can contact Palm Terrace at (386) 437-3828 or +1 386-437-3828 for inquiries.
One reviewer with connections to the community, stating that "Several friends and church members live in this neighborhood," offers a positive sentiment. They note that "This neighborhood too has had many improvements" and conclude that "It is a nice place to live if you enjoy mobile home living." This suggests that Palm Terrace is perceived as a comfortable and improving residential area for those who prefer the mobile home lifestyle and the sense of community it can offer.
Another reviewer provides a more detailed, albeit somewhat neutral, description of Palm Terrace. They characterize it as a "Pretty basic trailer park w/a lake." The presence of a lake could be an attractive feature for residents, potentially offering scenic views or recreational opportunities, although the extent and accessibility of these are not detailed. This reviewer also mentions the size of the lots, stating, "Lots are small as they always are anywhere." This suggests that potential residents should anticipate more compact living spaces, which is a common characteristic of many mobile home parks and RV communities.
Regarding the residents, this reviewer notes that "the people are ok for the most part." This implies a generally acceptable social environment within the park, without explicitly highlighting exceptional friendliness or significant issues. It suggests a typical community dynamic where interactions are generally agreeable.
A personal preference noted by this reviewer is the minimal presence of trees, stating, "I personally like trees and they're minimal here." This provides insight into the aesthetic environment of Palm Terrace, suggesting a more open layout with less natural shade and greenery than some might prefer. For those who value mature trees and a heavily landscaped environment, this might be a consideration.
A significant advantage highlighted in this review is the park's location. Palm Terrace is situated "directly across from the Flagler County Courthouse & Government building w/a F.D. very close bye." This proximity to important civic institutions and emergency services is a notable benefit. The nearness to the Flagler County Courthouse and Government building could be convenient for residents who frequently need to access these services. More importantly, the close proximity to a Fire Department ("F.D.") is emphasized as being "great if you have a medical condition or are older and may need help rapidly." This suggests a significant safety and convenience factor for residents who may have health concerns or value quick access to emergency medical services.
Based on these two reviews, the environment of Palm Terrace can be characterized as a mobile home park with a lake and relatively small lots. While one reviewer notes recent improvements and a generally nice atmosphere, the other describes it as "pretty basic" with minimal trees. The social environment appears to be generally acceptable. A key environmental and situational feature is its location directly across from the county courthouse and government building, with the fire department in close proximity, offering potential benefits for safety and accessibility to services.
Information regarding specific services and features within Palm Terrace is limited in these reviews. The mention of it as a "trailer park" and the presence of a lake are the only concrete details provided about the park itself. Common amenities found in mobile home parks and RV communities, such as utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer), waste management, laundry facilities, recreational areas (clubhouse, pool, etc.), or pet policies, are not mentioned. Therefore, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of the services and features available at Palm Terrace based solely on this information. Potential residents would need to inquire directly about these aspects.
Similarly, no promotional information, discounts, or special offers are mentioned in either of the provided reviews. Local users would need to contact Palm Terrace directly to inquire about lot rental rates, residency requirements, or any current incentives for new residents.
In conclusion, Palm Terrace in Bunnell, FL, appears to be a mobile home park that has undergone recent improvements and is considered a nice place to live by at least one reviewer with community connections. It is described as a basic trailer park with a lake and small lots. The aesthetic environment is noted as having minimal trees. A significant advantage of Palm Terrace is its location directly across from the Flagler County Courthouse and Government building, with the fire department very close by, offering potential safety and convenience benefits, particularly for older residents or those with medical conditions. However, detailed information about the park's specific services, features, and any promotional offers is lacking in the provided reviews, necessitating direct inquiry from interested individuals.

Dec 24, 2024 · Jason JosephNot a nice way to treat a disabled veteran. Finally made it to trailer park. Owners required background check & deposit for a six months lease. ( was told that the lot would be rented if deposit was not given) Owners Kept the deposit to procure a site that was not representative of what I was told( only photo's) other neighbor's encroachment on the lot to be Leased included an easy up & car. Other lot had their truck parked on lot I was to rent. Owner was rude & denied to give back deposit ( not even offering half for "background " check) Not a decent way to treat people in my opinion. I am being nicer in this review than the way I was treated by the owner when arriving.
Sep 24, 2020 · Shawn HampshirehickNo load music, voices, dogs, cars, or everyone complains to the front office. I'm sure great ppl live there. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting them yet. I'll give it a chance. Never judge a place by a few degenerates losers.
Nov 22, 2018 · Tim (XXX)Lot rent is $324 a month , only if you own your home. Very stricked on the rules.. If a nabbor complained about something they don’t like about your property. You will start getting lots of notices over the most silly stuff..
