With contact numbers (386) 467-2002 and +1 386-467-2002, it appears readily accessible for inquiries and reservations. Based on the limited but positive customer feedback, this establishment seems to provide more than just RV parking, boasting marina access, lodge accommodations, and a welcoming environment.
One recurring theme in the customer reviews is the positive interaction with the owners and staff. One reviewer specifically mentions the owner being "nice and accommodating," which is a crucial aspect of a pleasant stay at any RV park or lodging facility. This suggests a personal touch and a willingness to ensure guests have a positive experience. Another review thanks "Chris and Nolan" for their "hospitality and family vibes," further emphasizing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere cultivated by the management.
The environment of Georgetown Marina, Lodge & Rv Park appears to be a significant draw, particularly for those seeking a more traditional or "old school" Florida experience. One reviewer explicitly describes it as "very nostalgic old school," which could appeal to those who appreciate a less commercialized and more authentic setting. The location also offers the advantage of being situated on a dock, providing "perfect sunsets" with waterfront views. This scenic environment likely contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, offering opportunities for waterfront activities and appreciating the natural beauty of the area.
The combination of a marina, lodge, and RV park suggests a diverse range of services and features available at this location. While the reviews primarily focus on the hospitality and environment, we can infer potential offerings based on the name and the context of a combined facility:
- RV Park Facilities: As an "RV Park," it is expected to offer sites with necessary hookups for recreational vehicles. These typically include electrical connections (likely with various amperage options), water hookups, and potentially sewer connections. The layout of the RV sites, their size, and whether they are pull-through or back-in are not specified in the reviews.
- Marina Access: The inclusion of "Marina" in the name strongly suggests that the facility provides access to the water, likely the St. Johns River or a connected waterway in the Georgetown area. This could include boat slips for rent, docking facilities for guests arriving by water, and possibly boat launching ramps. For RVers who are also boaters or enjoy water-based activities like fishing, this is a significant advantage.
- Lodge Accommodations: The "Lodge" component indicates that there are likely lodging units available in addition to the RV sites. These could range from basic rooms to more comfortable suites, providing an option for guests who may not have an RV or for those who prefer a different type of accommodation for part of their stay. The reviews do not provide details about the lodge facilities or the quality of the rooms.
- Waterfront Access and Views: The mention of sunsets right on the dock highlights the prime waterfront location, offering scenic views and direct access to the water. This could provide opportunities for fishing, strolling along the dock, or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the waterfront.
- Quiet Atmosphere: One reviewer notes that it is a "quiet place," which can be a significant benefit for those seeking a relaxing and peaceful retreat away from busier tourist areas or noisy campgrounds.
- Potential Amenities: Depending on the size and scope of the facility, there might be additional amenities such as restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, picnic areas, or perhaps even a small store or bait shop related to the marina operations. The reviews do not explicitly mention these, so their availability would need to be confirmed.
Given the limited information, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Local users interested in Georgetown Marina, Lodge & Rv Park would need to contact the facility directly to inquire about current rates for RV sites and lodge rooms, availability, any special offers, or discounts for local residents or extended stays. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Georgetown, FL, and considering Georgetown Marina, Lodge & Rv Park, the positive feedback regarding the friendly owners, the nostalgic atmosphere, and the beautiful waterfront location with marina access makes it a potentially appealing choice. The combination of RV facilities, lodge accommodations, and marina services offers a unique proposition that might cater to a variety of needs and interests.

Georgetown Marina, Lodge & Rv Park Reviews
Been coming here since bike week 2022. The owner is nice and accommodating. And it's a quiet place, too.
Mar 03, 2025 · michelle clarkLove this place.... Very nostalgic old school .... perfect sunsets right on the dock. Thank you Chris and Nolan for such hospitality and family vibes
Dec 30, 2024 · Heather SottileThis place is awesome. Everybody very friendly. Nolan was over the top helpful for everything we needed. He answered all our questions and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back.
Sep 23, 2024 · Karen TiptonA friend and I spent a few days here for some fishing and relaxation. We experienced a very relaxing environment primarily because the owners are such nice people, and other guests we met were as well. It's not a luxury resort. I like the old Florida feel. The place is clean and quiet. Rates are very reasonable. There is a lot of water to explore and the good fishing is just frosting on the cake. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.
May 26, 2022 · Philip StanleyDo not anchor your boat at this marina, it will get damaged or sink. Between the rough waters of lake George and faulty, not maintained boat lifts, owner who does not care about his long term tenants, this is by far the worst marina around.
