GNJ Properties LLC Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" with the intent of finding information about longer-term residential options, such as mobile home parks, GNJ Properties LLC, located at 600 SW 38th Ave # 7, Ocala, FL 34474, USA, is a mobile home park that warrants consideration. However, it is crucial to approach this community with caution, as the limited available reviews present a mixed and, in part, concerning picture of the living conditions and management.
The environment at GNJ Properties LLC, based on the reviews, appears to be characterized by older trailers, some of which are described in a state of disrepair. One particularly critical review paints a stark picture, advising potential residents to "Don't live here. Move out ASAP!" This suggests significant issues with the living conditions within at least some of the trailers. The reviewer mentions problems such as a "leaking refrigerator" that management allegedly blamed on the residents, attributing it to the age of the appliance. The lack of heat is also cited as a major problem, raising concerns about basic comfort during colder months. Furthermore, the presence of a large number of "cats with diseases" and the description of the trailers as being akin to "crushed can and stretched back out" paint a concerning picture of the overall physical environment and maintenance standards in at least some areas of the park.
The same negative review also mentions "hoards" living in the trailers and the alarming issue of "trees fall on trailers," indicating potential overcrowding and neglect of property maintenance, particularly concerning the safety of residents and their homes. The presence of a "crazy lady" living with raccoons further contributes to a sense of an unstable and potentially unsafe environment within the park, according to this reviewer.
In contrast, a second reviewer, who has lived in the park for seven years, offers a more balanced perspective, although still acknowledging some of the issues raised in the first review. This long-term resident confirms that "certain trailers true their not up to date," corroborating the assessment of older and potentially less well-maintained housing. However, this reviewer offers a positive comment about "John the maintenance guy," describing him as "a very good guy." This suggests that while overall maintenance might be an issue, there is at least one dedicated and capable maintenance worker.
This second reviewer also notes the need to "definitely have to watch out some incosidorate people," indicating potential issues with neighborly conduct or community standards. While they mention that the "landlord is pretty helpful," they also point out that "things are getting expensive," suggesting concerns about the affordability of living in the park over time. A specific physical aspect of the park that this reviewer dislikes is "the opening here in between these trailers," which could imply a lack of privacy or other layout issues.
Considering these two reviews, the services provided at GNJ Properties LLC appear to be basic and potentially inconsistent. While maintenance is mentioned, the starkly contrasting views suggest that its quality and responsiveness may vary significantly depending on the issue and perhaps the specific trailer. The provision of essential utilities (water, electricity, sewer) is implied by the fact that residents are living in trailers, but the cost and reliability of these services are not detailed. The lack of heat mentioned in one review is a serious concern regarding the basic habitability of some units during colder periods.
Features typically found in mobile home parks, such as recreational facilities (clubhouse, pool, playground), laundry facilities, or organized community activities, are not mentioned in either of the provided reviews. This suggests that GNJ Properties LLC might be a more basic, no-frills community focused primarily on providing housing rather than a wide range of amenities.
The most prominent feature, based on the negative review, is the age and potentially poor condition of some of the trailers. The long-term resident's acknowledgement of "not up to date" trailers supports this. The helpfulness of the landlord, mentioned by the second reviewer, could be considered a positive feature, suggesting that management is at least accessible and willing to assist residents, although their effectiveness in addressing the significant maintenance issues raised in the first review is questionable.
The presence of a maintenance worker described as "very good" is another potential feature, indicating that there is some capacity for addressing maintenance needs, even if the overall maintenance standards are perceived as lacking by some residents.
No promotional information is mentioned in either of the reviews. It is therefore impossible to comment on any special offers or incentives that GNJ Properties LLC might be providing to attract new residents. Local users would need to contact the property management directly to inquire about current rates, fees, and any promotional deals that might be available.
In conclusion, the limited information available about GNJ Properties LLC paints a concerning picture of the living conditions in at least some of the trailers, with significant issues such as leaks, lack of heat, and potential safety hazards like falling trees being reported. While one long-term resident offers a slightly more balanced view, acknowledging helpfulness from the landlord and a good maintenance worker, they also confirm the outdated nature of some trailers and note increasing costs. The presence of a large number of possibly diseased cats and a chaotic living situation described in one review are serious red flags.
For local users searching for "mobile home parks near me," GNJ Properties LLC should be approached with extreme caution. The negative aspects highlighted in the reviews, particularly concerning the condition of the trailers and the overall environment, warrant thorough investigation and serious consideration before deciding to reside there. It is strongly recommended that potential residents visit the property in person, if possible, to assess the conditions for themselves and speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living experience. Direct and detailed inquiries should be made to the management regarding the age and condition of available trailers, maintenance procedures, utility costs, safety measures, and any community rules or regulations. Without significant improvements and a more consistent positive experience reported by residents, GNJ Properties LLC appears to be a potentially problematic choice for long-term living.

GNJ Properties LLC Reviews
Don't live here. Move out ASAP! You want roommates, lazy management. Lived in a trailer with a leaking refrigerator and they claimed we was messing with the buttons. When it's simply there old fridge. You will regret it bc no heat. And tons of cats with diseases. Wouldn't reccomd this shack trailer park. If you ever seen a crushed can and stretched back out these trailers. And hoards live here. Trees fall on trailers. And a crazy lady lives with raccoons
Jan 21, 2025 · Gavin WaiteIt's been good my 7thyr here yeah the certain trailers true their not up to date. John the maintenance guy a very good guy. Definitely have to watch out some incosidorate people. But good thing I'm planning to move out. Landlord is pretty helpful. But things are getting expensive so. Yeah. The only thing I don't like is the opening here in between these trailers
Dec 08, 2024 · JonathanMoving here was a quick, temporary-but-have-to-go-somewhere kinda move. So... Very run down. Toilet isn't really hooked to the floor.LOUD! Especially from Lot 13 with their music. Garbage every where. Residents have no pride and are unfriendly and inconsiderate.
Jul 30, 2017 · KJ MillerPlace is a wreck. Homes falling apart. Was a temporary move that I wish I'd gone to hotel or any other park instead. Some friendly people that have no where else to go but employees are ridiculous. Maintenance guy Jesse has no idea what he's doing and is convicted felon for multiple things including property destruction and drugs but yet they worried about evictions when you fill out application. Place is a joke.
Jan 10, 2017 · All MeDoes anyone know how to contact the owners? Sounds like the place fell apart after I left I work there approximately three or four years ago for three years. And wouldn't mind going back to manage that property, and cleaning it up I will also employee all news maintenance staff so all necessary repairs will get done properly and in a timely matter. So please in their review section please leave a contact number and name of the owner so I can contact him. Thank you
