Goldcoaster Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home living options in the Homestead, Florida area, Goldcoaster is a mobile home park located at 34850 SW 187th Ave, Homestead, FL 33034, USA. The park can be contacted by phone at (305) 248-5462 or via mobile phone at +1 305-248-5462.
It is crucial for prospective residents and RV travelers to carefully consider the information available from customer reviews regarding Goldcoaster. These reviews offer direct accounts of experiences within the park and can provide valuable insights for individuals evaluating this community as a potential living space or temporary RV stop.
One detailed review comes from a former resident and vendor who lived in the park from 2007 until being "forced to move out" in January 2022. This individual also served as a vendor for the "Sun home community," suggesting a potentially integrated relationship between the park and a larger organization. The reviewer alleges that issues began after they ceased providing "kickbacks" to the management (specifically named as Elisa) and her "puppy maintenance guy" in exchange for job referrals within the park. The reviewer claims they were asked to bill for unnecessary work and offer a percentage kickback, which they declined. Following this, the reviewer states they were "kicked out of the park" while in the process of having a house built in another state. This account raises serious concerns about potential unethical or retaliatory management practices.
The same reviewer further alleges that neither the management nor the office staff actively work for the benefit of the community and that the owner shares this approach. This broad accusation suggests a potential systemic issue regarding the management's dedication to resident welfare and park upkeep. For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" or long-term living environments where management is responsive and community-oriented, this feedback is a significant point of consideration.
Another resident, who stated they had lived in Goldcoaster for over 10 years, also provided a detailed and concerning review. This individual alleges that the management engages in "very illegal things behind your back" and does not comply with park rules. Specific accusations include the management "taking over mobile homes," selling properties at a certain price but declaring a lower sale price, and "stealing resources." These are serious allegations that, if substantiated, would indicate significant mismanagement and potential legal issues within the park.
The long-term resident further claims that the management does not take care of the park at all, instead focusing on bothering residents and treating the community poorly. This aligns with the previous review's sentiment regarding a lack of attention to community well-being and potentially a hostile environment for residents. For those searching for "RV parks near me" that prioritize a positive and respectful community atmosphere, these accounts are highly relevant.
Adding to the concerns, the long-term resident alleges that "the office workers live here on rent, which is also illegal." The basis for this claim of illegality is not specified in the review, but it suggests a potential conflict of interest or a violation of park regulations. Furthermore, this reviewer states that the office workers are unproductive, spending their time socializing and eating, and treat residents poorly when approached with concerns about irregularities. This paints a picture of an unresponsive and potentially disrespectful management and office staff.
The long-term resident concludes by stating that "There are many of us here who know about all the illegal things that are being done here" and pleads for intervention to prevent the park from being further "destroy" by the current office management. This collective concern among multiple residents, as implied by the reviewer, amplifies the seriousness of the allegations and suggests a potentially widespread dissatisfaction within the Goldcoaster community.
Given the gravity of these customer reviews, prospective residents and RV travelers considering Goldcoaster should proceed with extreme caution. The allegations range from unethical business practices and retaliatory management to potential illegal activities and a general neglect of the community and park upkeep. These are not minor concerns and warrant thorough investigation before making any commitment to reside at or visit Goldcoaster.
It is strongly recommended that individuals considering Goldcoaster as one of their "RV parks near me" or as a potential long-term living situation attempt to contact current residents independently to gain a broader perspective on the current conditions and management practices. Visiting the park in person, if possible, would also be crucial to assess the environment and observe the interactions between residents and staff.
Directly contacting the park management at the provided phone numbers ((305) 248-5462 or +1 305-248-5462) is also essential. However, given the nature of the allegations in the reviews, it would be wise to approach any information provided by management with a critical eye and seek corroboration from other sources, such as current residents or local authorities if the alleged illegal activities are of concern.
Prospective residents may also want to research local tenant rights and regulations in Homestead, Florida, to understand their protections and recourse options in case they encounter issues similar to those described in the reviews. Investigating the ownership and any regulatory oversight of the "Sun home community," if it is indeed associated with Goldcoaster, might also provide additional context.
In conclusion, while Goldcoaster is located in Homestead, FL, and provides contact information for inquiries, the available customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the park's management and overall living environment. The serious allegations of unethical and potentially illegal activities, coupled with complaints about poor management, neglect of the property, and mistreatment of residents, should give any prospective resident or RV traveler significant pause. Thorough due diligence, including independent investigation and direct communication with current residents, is strongly advised before considering Goldcoaster as one of your "RV parks near me" or as a long-term home.

Goldcoaster Reviews
I moved into the park in 2007 and was forced to move out and sell both of my mobile homes in January of 2022. Not only was I a resident but also a vendor for the Sun home community. Once I stopped giving management (Elisa) and her puppy maintenance guy a kickback for the jobs they were sending me. Due to the fact that I was asked to charge for jobs that didn't need work done to them and I could give them a percentage kickback I stopped giving them kickbacks. That is when it all started. I got kicked out of the park. Which I was having a house build in another state. Not only does management or office staff do anything for the community but the owner is the same way
Nov 19, 2024 · victor santanaGood morning, I have lived here in Goldcoaster for over 10 years. I want to inform you that the management here (address 34850 SW 187 th Ave Homestead 33034, office) does not comply with the rules by doing very illegal things behind your back. They are taking over mobile homes, selling the property at a price and declaring it as if they sold it for less money. They are stealing resources and do not take care of the place at all. They only bother the residents and treat the communities that live here very badly. In addition, the office workers live here on rent, which is also illegal. They do not want to work, they spend their time in the office talking and eating, and when someone goes to tell them about any irregularities, they treat them badly. There are many of us here who know about all the illegal things that are being done here. Please do something. This place has always been too nice for someone to put to work here in the office to destroy it.
