Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park Introduce
Seeking "RV parks near me" that offer more than just a place to park? Consider Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park, situated at 24680 Hidden Harbor Dr, Los Molinos, CA 96055, USA. This unique establishment combines the amenities of an RV park with access to the Sacramento River, providing a distinctive experience for both short-term visitors and long-term residents. You can reach them at (408) 480-0933 or +1 408-480-0933 to inquire about availability and services.
The environment of Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park appears to be a significant draw for many. According to one reviewer, the park is nestled in a "beautiful grove of mature trees," suggesting a shaded and pleasant atmosphere. Its location is described as "off the beaten path yet close to stores and other places," indicating a balance between a serene, natural setting and convenient access to essential amenities. Being a "short distance from the Sacramento river" is a key feature, likely appealing to those interested in boating, fishing, and enjoying the waterfront.
The park caters to a dual audience, functioning as both a "vacation RV park" and a community with "permanent homes." This blend can create a diverse and potentially vibrant atmosphere, with a mix of short-term travelers and long-term residents fostering a sense of community. For RVers looking for "RV parks near me" that offer a more established and community-oriented feel compared to traditional campgrounds, Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park might be an attractive option.
However, it's crucial to consider all feedback when evaluating Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park. One concerning review raises serious safety allegations regarding RV spaces located "right down next to the river." The reviewer claims that the park places people in these spaces "when the river is flooding already" and mentions the potential danger associated with the state "opening up the damn." This review strongly advises caution, especially during the winter months, due to potential flood risks. It is imperative for potential visitors to inquire directly with the management about flood safety protocols, the location of RV sites relative to the river, and any potential risks associated with river levels and dam operations.
Regarding services and features, the positive review highlights "awesome" management. This suggests that some visitors have had positive experiences with the park staff, potentially indicating helpfulness and good customer service. The fact that it's also a marina implies the availability of services related to boating, although specific details are not provided. If you are a boater or interested in water-based activities on the Sacramento River, this aspect could be particularly appealing. You should inquire about the availability of boat slips, launching ramps, and any other marina-related services.
The negative review also mentions that "while they claimed to have a hotel, they really don’t." This suggests a potential discrepancy in the park's advertised amenities. If you are looking for hotel accommodations in conjunction with RV parking or marina services, it's essential to clarify this with the management directly to avoid any misunderstandings.
Based on the available information, the potential features of Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park include:
- RV sites for both vacationers and permanent residents.
- Proximity and potential access to the Sacramento River.
- A setting with "mature trees," possibly offering shade and a pleasant environment.
- Convenient location "close to stores and other places."
- Marina facilities and services (specifics need to be confirmed).
- Management that at least one reviewer found to be "awesome."
However, potential concerns to be aware of based on the reviews include:
- Serious allegations regarding the safety of riverside RV spots during potential flooding and dam operations.
- A claim that the park does not actually have a hotel, despite possibly advertising one.
Promotional information is limited, but potential positive aspects to highlight could include:
- Its unique combination of an RV park and a marina on the Sacramento River.
- The natural beauty of the setting with mature trees.
- The convenience of being close to local amenities while still feeling "off the beaten path."
- Positive experiences with the management reported by some visitors.
However, any promotional efforts should transparently address the safety concerns raised in the negative review regarding riverside camping and the potential for flooding. Providing clear information about safety protocols, flood risk management, and the location of RV sites relative to the river is crucial for responsible promotion.
In conclusion, Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park offers a unique setting for those seeking "RV parks near me" in the Los Molinos area, particularly if you are interested in river access and boating. The presence of mature trees suggests a pleasant environment, and some visitors have praised the management. However, the serious safety concerns raised about riverside camping during potential flooding cannot be ignored and warrant thorough investigation and direct communication with the park management before making a decision. Additionally, clarifying the availability of a hotel on-site is advisable. Contacting Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park directly at (408) 480-0933 or +1 408-480-0933 is essential to obtain detailed information about RV site availability, marina services, safety procedures, and to address any concerns arising from the customer reviews.

Hidden Harbor Marina & RV Park Reviews
This is a vacation RV park. Also has permanent homes in it. It is a short distance from the Sacramento river. Sits in a beautiful grove of mature trees and is off the beaten path yet close to stores and other places. Management is awesome!!
Dec 18, 2024 · Sharleen CrystalHidden Harbor is a joke. They have spaces right down next to the river and they’re putting people down there when the river is flooding already and then let’s chat in the state opening up the damn it is extremely dangerous all times the year, especially in the winter. And while they claimed to have a hotel, they really don’t.
Dec 17, 2024 · Carl MitchellIt is not a hotel it is a city park with an RV park behind it I was not there on vacation or business I was towed up there with my trailer because the trailer park that I live in got flooded out myself and everybody else in my trailer park which is down by the river by the train trestle. I have attached a photo that I found on Facebook because of somebody taking a photo of all our trailers and then posting it we had nowhere else to go we are flooded out of our trailer park
Dec 06, 2024 · Melissa EnloeAs far as trailer parks go, I think this is the best one in the area. Nice location by river too.
Dec 13, 2024 · Violet RYes this is to the Owner of the park SELINA. I am very disappointed with the outrageous acts of behavior by a few tenants and mainly by the active Manager ( Nikki ) there is way to much favoritism, Slander, disrespect and discrimination going on in the park. The Manager has repeatedly threatened to kick out a couple that i am friends with. They are older then i am which while i do come and visit i do alot of helping them get things done that is easier on them. There saying i am a very respectful and well mannered, intelligent male. There is no what so ever any kind of harm to anybody that comes with me. These two friends have not done anything wrong at all either. The manager has a few other tenants who call her as soon as i show up to visit and see if they need any help for the day. I just cant believe how someone that doesnt even know me think she has the right to threatened to evict somebody just for letting somebody visit them and dont bother to find out the truth and who i am. I know being the active manager she has full access to run background checks. So i feel the park isnt being managed the correct and best way to keep ratting up and tenants happy. I feel you have the wrong kind of person managing your park. Its supposed to be inviting to guests not making tenants and guests turning on each other. So i am being forced away by means of threatening my friends of eviction. I feel that before you start slandering and judging a person making them not be able to visit friends and help when needed then maybe she shoqssuld mind her own business or if shes really worried which theres no reason to , but before she just starts threatening to evict she needs to run a background check and stop going by what other people are saying . Becuase other wise i could sue the park..
