Antelope Creek Mobilehome Park Introduce
For individuals and families in the Los Molinos, California area seeking long-term residential options and looking within the category of "RV parks near me," Antelope Creek Mobilehome Park, located at 24850 5th Ave, Los Molinos, CA 96055, USA, presents a community with both positive and negative feedback regarding its environment and management. While categorized under the broad term of "RV parks near me," Antelope Creek primarily functions as a mobile home park offering permanent living spaces.
One positive review highlights several appealing aspects of Antelope Creek Mobilehome Park. The reviewer states that "This park is alot better than other places everything is well taken care of." This suggests that, for some residents, the park offers a well-maintained environment. The reviewer also notes a sense of privacy, mentioning that residents "stay to are self not looking for friends," which could be attractive to those who value a quieter, more independent living experience. Furthermore, they commend the management, stating that the "mananger. Takes good care of the place" and that they have had "no problems with anyone." This positive experience extends to a personal situation, where the reviewer notes that the management and people in the park have been "vary caring" and "working with us" since their wife's brain cancer diagnosis. The park is also described as "dog friendly," which is a significant benefit for pet owners. This reviewer, having lived there for over two years, offers a generally positive assessment of the community and its management.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, highlighting significant concerns. This reviewer states, "If I didn't have sewage in my space it would be nice." This is a serious অভিযোগ indicating a potential infrastructure problem that directly impacts the livability of at least one resident's space. The reviewer also expresses frustration with the condition of their assigned space upon moving in, noting that "It wasn't mowed nor weed eated and It all should of been taken care of with them knowing I'm moving in." This suggests a lack of preparedness in ensuring the space was clean and well-maintained for a new resident. The reviewer also mentions a delay in addressing the sewage issue, stating, "I'm paying and this problem shouldn't take 2 wks to get fixed." Despite these significant issues, this reviewer expresses optimism about their "nice spot" and looks forward to improving it and enjoying outdoor relaxation once these problems are resolved.
Given these divergent experiences, it is crucial for prospective residents to carefully consider both the positive aspects highlighted by one reviewer and the serious concerns raised by the other. The caring nature of the management and the dog-friendly policy are definite advantages. However, the reported sewage issue and the lack of initial landscaping for a new resident are significant drawbacks that need to be addressed and understood.

Feb 05, 2025 · Ronald ScaggeIf I didn't have sewage in my space it would be nice. I would like to be able to set my trailer in its space and fix up the spc with plants. It wasn't mowed nor weed eated and It all should of been taken care of with them knowing I'm moving in. I'm paying and this problem shouldn't take 2 wks to get fixed. I have a nice spot and can't wait to fix it up and sit out side and relax..
Jun 08, 2019 · Tina FarrarThis place has a history of fraud, embezzlement, racism and employing wanted felons. The EX- management still lives on the property and is very rude and ignorant. Stay as far away from this place as you can or you'll be sorry. Not much has changed since I moved from here 10 years ago. Same old same old.
Dec 10, 2023 · Shawn DoranThis park discriminates against gays and lesbians and their family and guests. They also discriminate against the tenants that they dont like. The on-site managers are not licensed nor does the owner of the park require them to be. The management has absolutely no professionalism at all and have been known to physically fight the tenants in drunken brawls, lie to the cops and have the tenants falsely arrested, to accept your rent money and claim they never got it and then have you evicted for non payment of rent. The management takes everything personal and will bully and harass you, TRY to intimidate you and your family and guests, have your vehicle towed out of your own drive way because "management did not approve it" Management has also been known to stalk tenants, make false allegations to authorities about tenants, file false allegations against tenants and sue them in court.
Jan 18, 2014 · shawn priceSince a large personnel change, and an obvious change in park management, I have seen a number of reasons to give this park another look. 180 degree change in attitude, up keep of the park and sure signs that it will be a top park in a short while. Hats off!!
