Flying A Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Red Bluff, California area, Flying A Mobile Home Park, located at 165 S Main St, Red Bluff, CA 96080, USA, presents itself as a gated community that has undergone recent changes in ownership and management. While primarily a mobile home park, it's conceivable that Flying A might also accommodate RVs for short or long-term stays. To inquire about their policies regarding RVs, availability, and services, you can contact them at (530) 390-3762 or via their mobile number, +1 530-390-3762.
Recent customer reviews indicate a significant shift in the environment of Flying A Mobile Home Park following a change in ownership. Several residents express positive feedback regarding the improvements under the new management. One resident notes that it is now a "clean place to live" and commends the manager for their responsiveness to concerns, even late at night. This suggests a proactive approach to maintaining the property and addressing resident issues, which can be an important factor when considering an "RV park near me" for any duration.
Another reviewer explicitly mentions feeling "safer living here since the new company took ownership" compared to the previous situation, which they described negatively, citing problems with "needles, druggies and just bad people." This highlights a significant focus on improving the security and overall well-being of the community under the new management. The mention of it being a "gated community" further reinforces this emphasis on security, which can be a key consideration for individuals seeking a safe and secure "RV park near me." The reviewer also expresses anticipation for future improvements, specifically hoping for a playground for children, suggesting a potential focus on creating a more family-friendly environment.
The phrase "New france helps keep rifffaff out..alot.." in one review, while somewhat ambiguous, likely refers to the new management's efforts to improve the community's safety and exclude undesirable elements. This reinforces the theme of enhanced security and a more controlled environment within the gated community. The same reviewer also mentions the presence of "cameras not posted," which could be interpreted as an additional security measure, although the lack of visible signage might raise questions for some.
However, this same long-term resident (8 1/2 years) also raises some concerns regarding the new management's practices. They allege that the "New mánagers target people they dont like or respect" and describe instances where managers would "knock on your door at 1 a.m. and tell not ask that you or your guest move their vehicle 4 inches or 4ft." This paints a picture of potentially intrusive and unreasonable management behavior, which could be a significant drawback for prospective residents or RV visitors seeking a peaceful and respectful living environment when searching for "RV parks near me." The reviewer connects this to their own vigilance against thieves, suggesting a possible tension between management's methods and residents' concerns.
Considering Flying A Mobile Home Park in the context of "RV parks near me," it is crucial to determine if the park offers the necessary infrastructure and amenities typically associated with RV parks. These often include dedicated electrical hookups (30/50 amp), water and sewer connections, and potentially dump stations for waste disposal. Additionally, RV parks frequently provide common facilities such as restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and recreational areas. The available reviews do not provide specific details about these amenities at Flying A Mobile Home Park. Therefore, it is essential to contact the management directly to inquire about their RV accommodations, including the types of hookups available, the size of RVs they can accommodate, and any amenities offered to RV guests.
The fact that Flying A is a gated community is a notable feature that could appeal to those prioritizing security when looking for "RV parks near me." However, the allegations of potentially overzealous and intrusive management practices are serious concerns that prospective residents or RV visitors should carefully consider and discuss with the management before making a decision. Understanding the park's rules and regulations regarding parking, guest policies, and management interactions is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and respectful living experience.
While the positive reviews highlight improvements in cleanliness and security under the new management, the negative feedback regarding management style suggests that the overall environment might be perceived differently by various individuals. It is important to weigh these contrasting perspectives when evaluating Flying A Mobile Home Park as a potential "RV park near me."
For individuals primarily searching for "RV parks near me" for short-term travel or recreational purposes, it would be wise to also explore other dedicated RV parks in the Red Bluff area. These parks are often specifically designed to cater to the needs of RVers, offering a range of amenities and services that might not be available in a mobile home park primarily focused on long-term residential living. Online resources and RV park directories can provide information and reviews for other options in the vicinity of Red Bluff.
In conclusion, Flying A Mobile Home Park in Red Bluff, CA, presents a complex picture. The recent change in management appears to have brought about improvements in cleanliness and security, which are significant positives. However, concerns have also been raised regarding potentially intrusive management practices. For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is essential to directly contact Flying A Mobile Home Park to inquire about their RV accommodations, amenities, and policies. Prospective residents or RV visitors should also carefully consider the contrasting feedback regarding the management style and the overall community environment before making a decision. Comparing Flying A with other dedicated RV parks in the Red Bluff area is recommended to ensure the chosen park meets individual needs and expectations regarding amenities, management, and overall atmosphere.

Flying A Mobile Home Park Reviews
I like that it is a clean place to live now and if I were to call the manager for a concern they are on top of it even if it's late at night. Props for that, but I guess not everyone wants our gated community to be well taken care of or free of thieves and druggies.I sure feel safer living here since the new company took ownership because the last owner had this place not looking good needles, druggies and just bad people. Can't wait to see what else gets done hopefully a playground for the kids!
