Hidden Oaks Introduce
For individuals exploring "RV parks near me" with a view towards a more stable, long-term stay, Hidden Oaks at 9877 SE 8th Ct, Lake Butler, FL 32054, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park that also accommodates RVs. This community, contactable via phone at (386) 496-8111 or +1 386-496-8111, offers a unique blend of residential living and RV-friendly amenities. However, prospective residents should be aware of highly divergent customer experiences, particularly concerning the park's social environment.
The environment of Hidden Oaks, based on public reviews and its own description, aims to be "safe and comfortable" with a "peacefulness and calmness in the air." The park's website highlights features such as "Pet Friendly Grounds (Leashed Pets) with Dog Walk" and a "Playground" which contribute to a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The presence of a "1-Acre Catch & Release Pond" at its sister park, accessible to Hidden Oaks guests, further enhances the outdoor environment. This suggests a community designed for tranquil living, where residents can feel secure and enjoy a serene setting. The positive review underscores this, mentioning a feeling of safety for family members and the overall peacefulness. This aspect would appeal to RVers seeking a long-term base that offers a sense of community stability rather than the transient nature of many short-term RV parks. However, a contrasting review introduces a significantly different perspective, describing an environment where political views heavily influenced the welcome received. This reviewer felt "not welcome" as a non-Republican and found the presence of "Trump/Pence signs" on "almost every house" to be "very intimidating." This suggests a potentially exclusive or politically charged atmosphere that might not be comfortable for all prospective residents, regardless of the park's stated general tranquility.
In terms of services and goods for sale, Hidden Oaks appears to offer a comprehensive range of amenities designed for comfortable living, both for mobile homes and RVs. The park provides "full 50 Amp hook ups" and "Premium Pull Through Spots big enough to accommodate almost any RV comfortably!" This indicates that RVers can expect full utility connections, including electricity, water, and sewer, and the convenience of pull-through sites. Beyond basic hookups, the park features "Climate-Controlled Restroom Facilities (Recently Upgraded)" with showers, ensuring comfort and cleanliness for all guests. A "Climate-Controlled Laundry Room (Brand-New Washer & Dryers)" provides essential convenience. Connectivity is also a key service, with "Free Community Wi-Fi" available to all park members, with plans for a future upgrade to fiber optic internet for a faster and more stable connection. "On Site Management" is also advertised, with personnel available during office hours and reachable after hours, emphasizing responsiveness to resident needs. While the primary "good" for sale is the long-term rental of mobile home or RV lots, these supplementary services enhance the value and livability of the community. For those searching "RV parks near me" with an emphasis on amenities that support longer stays, these offerings are highly relevant.
The features of Hidden Oaks are geared towards creating a well-rounded and accommodating community. The "recently developed in ground swimming pool" provides a recreational outlet for residents, with specific operating hours. The "Pet Friendly Grounds" feature, complete with a "Dog Walk," is a significant draw for pet owners, acknowledging the importance of animal companionship for many residents. The "Playground" caters to families with children, fostering a family-friendly atmosphere. The "1-Acre Catch & Release Pond" at their sister park offers a unique recreational opportunity for fishing enthusiasts. The commitment to upgrading services, such as future fiber optic internet, demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to enhancing resident experience. The presence of "On Site Management" is a crucial feature, ensuring that residents have direct access to assistance and can address concerns promptly. The park's ability to accommodate "almost any RV comfortably" with "Premium Pull Through Spots" is a strong selling point for RV travelers seeking ease of access and spacious sites. However, the social features of the park, as highlighted by one review, are a critical aspect. The claim that the park is "only for affluent people who do not have to finance" and the reported political bias, including the anecdote about the owner's father-in-law challenging visitors based on their voting preferences and where they moved from, are significant features that would impact the welcoming nature of the community for some prospective residents. This political environment, if pervasive, could overshadow the physical amenities and create an uncomfortable living situation for those who do not share the dominant political views.
Promotional information for Hidden Oaks is primarily conveyed through its stated commitment to safety, professionalism, and community amenities. The positive review serves as a strong testimonial, highlighting the owners' professionalism and honesty, and expressing a desire to join the "safe and comfortable community." This kind of feedback acts as a powerful promotional tool, attracting those who value a peaceful and secure living environment. The park's listed phone numbers, (386) 496-8111 and +1 386-496-8111, are direct promotional avenues for inquiries. The website, by detailing amenities such as the upgraded restrooms, new laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and pet-friendly grounds, effectively promotes the park's offerings. The emphasis on accommodating large RVs with pull-through spots is also a promotional point for the "RV parks near me" demographic. However, the highly critical review regarding political exclusivity and intimidation presents a significant counter-narrative to the park's intended promotional message of welcoming all. While the park is described by one reviewer as professional and safe, the other experience details a perceived unwelcoming political atmosphere that could deter a significant portion of potential residents. Therefore, while the park promotes itself through its amenities and a sense of security, the promotional image is complicated by allegations of an exclusionary social environment.

Hidden Oaks Reviews
I have visit this community several occasions and I have inquired about living here. The owners of this community are very professional and honest. My daughter lives here with my granddaughter and I can sleep good at night knowing they are in a safe and comfortable community. You can feel the peacefulness and calmness in the air as you enter. Love this place and hope to become apart of the community soon.
Dec 26, 2019 · Regina “Juicee” KerneyDo not go to this park if you are not a Republican, you will not be welcome. The owners father in law made it very clear that this park is only for affluent people who do not have to finance. When he found out we were from Delaware, his whole demeanor changed and he challenged us on voting for Biden because of where we moved from. Almost every house had Trump/Pence signs. We were glad to leave, it was very intimidating.
