Hillcrest Mobile Home Village Reviews
We moved in about 6 months ago. It's been far better than we were before. Mostly everyone is nice or minds their business, kids can play outside, cars don't whip through the neighborhood, no horrible smells unless the guy across the street (different neighborhood) is burning something he shouldn't be. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to over in Rock Hill. Vic Pendergrass is very kind and knowledgeable as a manager.
