Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park, situated at 421 Bending Bough Ln, Rock Hill, SC 29732, USA. For those searching under the category "RV Parks Near Me" and considering options in the Rock Hill, South Carolina region, Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park presents a community with a mix of experiences, as reflected in the available customer reviews. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on the feedback we have gathered.
One resident described Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park as "a nice place to live" initially. This suggests that the community may have positive aspects that appeal to its residents. The review further mentions that after two years, some infrastructure improvements were made, specifically the paving of some roads. While infrastructure improvements can enhance the living experience, this was reportedly followed by an increase in lot rent and the introduction of new leases. This is a common occurrence in property management, where improvements can lead to adjustments in rental fees.
The same review also raises significant concerns regarding a resident's experience after a period of hospitalization. The individual states they were unable to undergo a background check while hospitalized for 16 days and subsequently were banned from the property. Furthermore, they mention being told that if they were to return to the grounds, the rest of their family, including a disabled son, would face eviction. The reviewer also mentions calling the police regarding a theft and a missing person. These are serious allegations, and it's important to acknowledge them as part of the feedback received about the park's management and policies. The individual also notes that their ADA lawyer does not believe the situation to be "on the level." This part of the review highlights potential issues with park management's handling of resident situations and adherence to legal protections for individuals with disabilities.
Another review offers a contrasting perspective on some aspects while echoing concerns about others. This resident describes the park as "Affordable!" which can be a significant draw for individuals and families seeking budget-friendly living options within the "RV Parks Near Me" category, especially for those considering longer stays. However, this affordability seems to come with certain trade-offs.
The second review points out a persistent issue with trash management, stating that the trash is "continuously, overflowing." This suggests a potential problem with the frequency of trash collection or the capacity of the waste disposal facilities relative to the needs of the residents. Overflowing trash can detract from the environment and potentially pose health and aesthetic concerns for the community.
Furthermore, this reviewer notes that "Many don’t care about their homes, uncut lines trash out front." This observation indicates a potential lack of community-wide standards or enforcement regarding property maintenance and the upkeep of individual lots. Such issues can impact the overall visual appeal and environment of the mobile home park, as also suggested by the comment "Just not very pretty." For those prioritizing aesthetics and a well-maintained visual environment when searching for "RV Parks Near Me," this might be a point of consideration.
Despite these criticisms, the second reviewer also highlights two positive aspects of Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park: it is described as "very quiet and very safe." These are significant advantages, particularly for individuals and families prioritizing peace and security in their living environment. A quiet atmosphere can contribute to a higher quality of life, and a sense of safety provides peace of mind for residents and visitors alike. For RV travelers looking for a secure and tranquil place to stay, these features could be particularly appealing.
Considering the platform category "RV Parks Near Me," Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park offers an affordable option with the benefits of being quiet and reportedly safe. However, potential residents and visitors should be aware of the reported issues with trash management and the aesthetic upkeep of some properties within the park. The serious allegations raised in the first review regarding eviction policies and the handling of a disabled resident's situation also warrant careful consideration.
Due to the conflicting aspects presented in the reviews, it is crucial for anyone considering Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park, whether for a short-term RV stay or a longer-term mobile home residency, to conduct their own due diligence. This might include visiting the park in person (if possible), observing the conditions, and seeking to speak with current residents (if appropriate and feasible) to gain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of the community.
Information regarding specific services and features relevant to RV parking, such as the availability and type of hookups (electrical, water, sewage), the layout of RV sites (pull-through or back-in), and any amenities offered (laundry facilities, communal areas, etc.), is not provided in the given text. Similarly, details about services for mobile home residents, such as ground maintenance, community events, or management on-site, are absent. Those interested in these specifics would need to seek this information directly from the park management.
No promotional information, such as discounts for weekly or monthly stays, special offers for new residents, or any other incentives, is included in the provided text. Individuals interested in such details would need to inquire directly with the management of Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, for those exploring "RV Parks Near Me" in the Rock Hill, SC area, Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park is presented as an affordable option that is reportedly quiet and safe. However, potential drawbacks include concerns about overflowing trash and the aesthetic upkeep of some properties. Additionally, serious allegations regarding the park's handling of a resident's disability and eviction policies have been raised. Therefore, while the park may offer certain advantages, prospective residents and visitors should carefully weigh these factors and seek further information to determine if Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park meets their individual needs and expectations.

Trexler Lane Mobile Home Park Reviews
It was a nice place to live. After two years of living there they paved some of the roads and raised the lot rent and sign new leases but I lived at with my mother in law after becoming disabled getting my life back together but while in the hospital for 16 days I was not able to get a background check and was banned. For calling the police for a thrift and a missing person And told if I show up on the grounds they would evict the rest of the family including my disabled son I don’t believe this is on the level neither does my Ada lawyer
Jan 09, 2025 · Mike FurrAffordable! Trash, continuously, overflowing. Many don’t care about their homes, uncut lines trash out front. But, very quiet and very safe. Just not very pretty.
May 20, 2024 · Patricia FikeI stayed for a year. The price was fair. Some people want cheap rent with luxury accomodations. If you're realistic, its a great spot. Didnt have to worry bout thefts or break ins. Everyone basically keeps to themself.
Dec 13, 2022 · daniel hasegawaChild molesters are apparently welcome here. Owner is a slum lord that only cares about making quick money and refuses repairs to park or trailers. Josh plots, with his other slum lord friends, against you to take your home from you while smiling in your face. Neighbors fixed a horrible pothole at the entrance with roof shingles. It lasted about a month. It's nothing but a stereotypical trashy trailer park. You couldn't pay me to live here again. The children steal and break windows, and nothong is ever done. There is a pending child molestation case from a neighbor in the park. It's horrible.
