Twin Lakes Estate Introduce
For local users in the Fort Mill, South Carolina area exploring options for RV parks or long-term living arrangements through platforms like "RV Parks Near Me," Twin Lakes Estate, located at 7001 Lakes Blvd #6206, is a mobile home park that has garnered significant negative feedback based on online reviews. While it may appear as a potential option, it is crucial for prospective residents to be well-informed about the concerns raised by current or former residents regarding the environment, management, services, and overall quality of life within the community. This introduction aims to provide an objective summary of the publicly available reviews to assist local users in making informed decisions.
The environment at Twin Lakes Estate, based on the provided reviews, appears to be a source of considerable dissatisfaction for residents. One recurring theme is excessive noise. Multiple reviewers mention loud music being played at all hours of the day. Specifically, the area near the basketball court is described as a frequent location for parties with amplified music that can be disruptive to nearby homes, with noise levels reportedly shaking houses and moving objects until late into the night (1-2 AM). This suggests a potential lack of enforcement of noise regulations and a disregard for the peace and quiet of residents.
Another environmental concern raised is the issue of unsupervised pets. Reviewers report dogs roaming the area unleashed without their owners present, and cats causing damage to the siding of homes. This lack of pet control can lead to safety concerns and property damage for residents. Additionally, there are complaints about people walking through private yards, indicating a lack of respect for personal space and boundaries within the community.
The cleanliness of the community is also a point of contention. While one reviewer commends the groundskeeper for their efforts in trying to maintain cleanliness, they also note that the community members frequently litter, suggesting an ongoing struggle to keep the grounds tidy despite the groundskeeper's work. This indicates a potential lack of community responsibility or effective waste management.
The services and management at Twin Lakes Estate have received overwhelmingly negative feedback. A primary complaint revolves around the management, which is described as "the worst" and accused of playing favorites among residents. There is also a serious accusation of the management being prejudiced and selectively enforcing rules and regulations based on these biases. This suggests a potentially unfair and discriminatory environment for residents.
Another significant service-related issue is the reported frequent occurrence of boil water advisories. One reviewer states that the neighborhood seems to go under boil water advisories more often than other places they have lived, attributing this to the bursting of pipes due to a lack of maintenance and repairs. This raises concerns about the reliability and quality of the water supply and the responsiveness of management to infrastructure issues. Despite these apparent maintenance problems, the reviewer also notes that rent continues to increase, indicating a decline in value for the cost of living.
Features that might typically be expected in a mobile home or RV park, such as community amenities or organized activities, are not positively mentioned in the provided reviews. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the negative aspects of management, noise, lack of rule enforcement, and maintenance issues. This suggests that the community may lack the features and services that contribute to a positive and comfortable living experience in other similar parks.
There is no promotional information provided in the reviews. Given the strong negative sentiment expressed by the reviewers regarding the management, environment, and maintenance of Twin Lakes Estate, it is unlikely that there are any current promotions being highlighted. Prospective local users searching on "RV Parks Near Me" should be wary of any listings for this property and carefully weigh the potential cost savings against the significant concerns raised by current or former residents.
The consistent themes of poor management, excessive noise, lack of rule enforcement, inadequate maintenance leading to issues like frequent boil water advisories, and a generally unpleasant living environment paint a concerning picture of Twin Lakes Estate. The strong language used by reviewers, such as calling the place "absolutely horrible" and "the last place you should go," should be taken seriously by anyone considering this location as a place to live or park their RV for an extended period.
In conclusion, based on the available online reviews, Twin Lakes Estate in Fort Mill, SC, appears to be a mobile home park with significant issues that prospective local users should carefully consider before making any decisions. The negative feedback regarding management, noise pollution, lack of enforcement of rules, maintenance problems, and concerns about the environment suggest a potentially unpleasant and problematic living situation. Local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Fort Mill area are strongly advised to thoroughly research and consider alternative options that may offer a more positive and well-managed living experience. The information available online does not recommend Twin Lakes Estate as a desirable place to reside.

Twin Lakes Estate Reviews
This place is absolutely horrible!! Management is the worst and plays favorites. also they hates kids.. bad place for a family.
Feb 28, 2025 · Kristen HorneThis place is absolutely the last place you should go if you want a good place to live. Neighborhood is constantly blaring music at all hours of the day and if you're unlucky enough to live near the basketball court, they have parties there where they have speakers shaking your house to the point cups are moving on counters until 1-2 in the morning. Dogs roam the area unleashed with owners nowhere in sight, cats tearing up siding on houses, people walking through your yard, rules and restrictions are ridiculous along with they choose who to enact rules and regulations upon due to prejudices. The only grace this place has is the grounds keeper who busts his tail attempting to keep this place clean as the community throws trash everywhere. Neighborhood seems to go under boil water advisory more so than any other place I've been as pipes around the area seem to keep busting due to lack of maintenance and repairs yet rent goes up while the neighborhood gets worse and worse.
Jul 11, 2024 · Jesse GreenI have lived here for almost 2 years. The neighborhood is kept very nice by the diligent maintenance man, the staff is friendly understanding and really seems to want the best for all of the residents. The amenities are nice and there is a pantry that visits the neighborhood every Friday. The area is outstanding with little crime and a lot of good restaurants/stores within walking distance. The only bad part about this neighborhood is trying to make a left out of it at 8am 😅
Oct 08, 2022 · Kayla DalyIf I could give it no stars I would. Someone was parked sideways w/ a trailer behind their truck by the mailboxes taking up all of the parking spaces. So I casually turned my car around and parked next to the mailboxes and got out got my mail. As I was about to get back into my car some older man who works in the office shouted to me "Boy can't you read!"Fo r starters I am clearly not a boy. I am a light skinned person with dreds. And yes I can read very good. I politely stated that yes I could read that there was nowhere to park . I could have checked my mail later but c'mon really? He proceeded to tell me that I couldn't park there that there was a sign and blah blah. I just got off work I was tired so I let it roll off. However the whole experience rubbed me wrong. They will take the basketball goals down so the kids can't play bc of "trash" in the field or something stupid and say we need to "Keep our community beautiful" which I understand your enthusiasm but don't take things from the kids who now in this generation barely go outside in the 1st place. Plus shouldn't there be like a worker to help keep the playground clean? You cannot have any "aggressive breed of dog. Also they have to see the dog and approve of them before you can bring the dog in the park. So you pretty much have to make an appointment to hopefully keep your dog. However if they "think" you have an aggressive breed of dog or it looks like one to them you can't have it unless you have paperwork stating the breed of the dog. Their excuse is their insurance wont cover it.All in all its a cheap place to live. Good location. Ridiculous rules that only apply to certain people. So if you wanna be belittled and you want your kids to be punished bc of trash. *smh* And if you hate Pitbulls, Rotwilers, German Shepherds, any kind of bully breed etc. Then go for it. I personally love the location and how cheap it is. Management could use a few changes. And the rules should be updated and reviewed. Some of these things are ridiculous.
Jul 23, 2017 · Ant AWould be a good place but they don't keep up with the rules and kids tend to not care who's yard there in. There trash all in the lakes
