They can be contacted at (704) 588-0351 or +1 704-588-0351. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Arrowood Mobile Home Park based solely on the recent customer reviews available online, highlighting the concerns and opinions expressed by its residents.
Several recent reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the current management and the cost of living at Arrowood Mobile Home Park. A recurring theme in the feedback is the perceived high cost of lot rent relative to the services provided. One resident stated emphatically, "Charging $800 for only lot rent not including water and sewer is a CRIME." This highlights a major concern regarding the value proposition of leasing land in the park, as essential utilities like water and sewer are apparently not included in this substantial monthly fee.
This sentiment is echoed by another reviewer who commented on the nature of the rental, stating, "your not renting aparptments is just a tiny bity peace of land." This suggests a perception that the cost of renting a lot at Arrowood Mobile Home Park is disproportionately high considering it is merely a small plot of land and does not include the physical structure of a home or essential utilities.
The issue of increasing costs is further emphasized by a resident who provided historical context, noting a significant increase in lot rent over a relatively short period. They stated, "It was only $350 5 years ago INCLUDING water and sewer." This stark comparison illustrates a dramatic rise in the cost of living at Arrowood Mobile Home Park, with a shift from utilities being included to being an additional expense on top of a more than doubled lot rent. This change likely contributes significantly to the current residents' dissatisfaction.
The negative feedback extends beyond just the financial aspects to the management of the property. Multiple reviewers have expressed strong disapproval of the current management. One resident directly stated, "Who ever is managing this property needs to be fired or sued," indicating a severe level of frustration and a belief that the management is acting inappropriately or unfairly.
Another reviewer echoed this sentiment, saying, "Whoever is managing this property is taking advantage of tgeir position in power and needs to be let go." This strong language suggests a perception of mismanagement and a feeling among some residents that they are being treated unfairly by the current leadership.
Adding a historical perspective, one resident lamented the decline of the community, stating, "This was a great place to live at one time.... Now it's the worst place to live. The new management SUX. They care about nothing but money. If you have other options I would use those. Don't waste your time here!!!!" This review indicates a significant downturn in the quality of living at Arrowood Mobile Home Park, attributed directly to the "new management." The accusation that the management prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of the residents is a serious concern raised by this feedback.
Based on the available reviews, the environment, services, and features of Arrowood Mobile Home Park can be summarized as follows:
- Environment: The reviews do not provide specific details about the physical environment of Arrowood Mobile Home Park, such as landscaping, cleanliness, or community amenities. However, the mention of renting "just a tiny bity peace of land" suggests that the lots themselves may be small. The overall sentiment from recent reviews indicates a negative living environment due to issues with management and cost.
- Services: The most prominent service discussed in the reviews is the leasing of land for mobile homes. However, a significant point of contention is that essential utilities like water and sewer are reportedly not included in the lot rent, which one resident described as a "CRIME" at the current price of $800. The reviews do not mention any other services or amenities provided by the park management.
- Features: The primary feature of Arrowood Mobile Home Park is its location in Charlotte, NC, offering a place for individuals to lease land for their mobile homes. However, the recent substantial increase in lot rent and the exclusion of essential utilities are significant features that potential residents should be aware of. The negative feedback regarding the current management is also a crucial aspect to consider. The historical context provided by one reviewer indicates a significant change in the cost structure and the perceived quality of living over the past five years.
- Promotional Information: There is no promotional information present in the provided reviews. All the feedback is critical of the current management and the cost of living at the park. The strong negative sentiments expressed serve as a cautionary message for potential residents.
For local users searching for "Mobile Home Parks Near Me" in Charlotte, NC, the recent feedback regarding Arrowood Mobile Home Park raises significant concerns. The high lot rent without the inclusion of essential utilities, the dramatic increase in costs over the past few years, and the strong negative opinions expressed about the current management are all critical factors that prospective residents should carefully consider.
The stark contrast between the historical experience of one resident, who described it as a "great place to live at one time," and the current perception as "the worst place to live" underscores a significant decline in resident satisfaction. The accusations of mismanagement and prioritizing profit over resident well-being are serious allegations that should not be ignored by anyone considering moving to Arrowood Mobile Home Park.
Given the overwhelmingly negative recent feedback, potential residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Arrowood Mobile Home Park. This should include attempting to contact current residents to gain a broader understanding of the current living conditions and management practices. Directly inquiring with the management about the current lot rent, the cost of utilities, and any other fees or policies is also essential. Understanding the reasons behind the significant rent increases and the changes in management that have led to the current dissatisfaction could provide valuable insights.
In conclusion, the recent online reviews paint a concerning picture of Arrowood Mobile Home Park in Charlotte, NC. The high cost of lot rent without included utilities, the significant increase in costs over time, and the strong negative opinions regarding the current management suggest that prospective residents may want to explore other options for mobile home parks in the area. The feedback indicates a community that has potentially undergone a significant decline in quality of living and resident satisfaction under its current leadership.

Jan 06, 2022 · AceUp88 1Very Clean, no trash. No felons living here. Police station within a mile. Crime rate almost zero. I've been living here for almost 23 years.
Nov 21, 2019 · Jerry RossWhen it rains the creek floods and the water sometimes rises to your front door, I kno 2 people who didn't move there cars and the flood totalled there cars happened to one lady 2x, Trash and trash cans float all around and the underpinnings usually float away too, leaving the trailers looking real raggedy. No insurance company will offer flood insurance either, and Arrowrood don't pay for damages either, I can say that the Maintenance team works quickly with getting the trash up and fixing the underpinning.
