This positive interaction with park personnel can significantly enhance the overall experience for travelers, making them feel welcome and assisted during their stay. Ensuring a safe and clean space for dogs to exercise is often a high priority for RVers.
The presence of a pool that "looked clean" suggests an amenity that could be particularly appealing during warmer months, offering a relaxing option for travelers. While this reviewer did not personally use the shower house or restrooms, their observation about the pool's cleanliness hints at a general standard of upkeep within the park. The mention of a level pull-through site is another practical benefit for RVers, as it simplifies the parking and setup process, especially for those making a quick overnight stop.
The reviewer also appreciated the abundance of trees around the park, noting that it "always makes it look nicer." This aesthetic aspect can contribute to a more pleasant and natural environment compared to parks with less greenery. Safety and security are also highlighted, with the reviewer mentioning "BRIGHT lights and motion lighting" during a pre-sunrise dog walk. While one particular bathroom light was noted for its intense brightness, the overall emphasis on lighting suggests a focus on ensuring the safety of guests navigating the park at night. The fact that the park was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the highway is another significant positive, as noise from nearby roads can often be a concern for overnight stays.

The reviewer also reiterated the "friendly staff" and mentioned "reasonable rates," both of which are important factors for travelers when choosing an RV park. The presence of "nice bathrooms and laundry facilities" adds to the comfort and convenience of the stay, especially for those who may be on longer journeys. The inclusion of a pool and a dog park, as also mentioned by the first reviewer, further enhances the appeal of Interstate RV Park by catering to different needs and preferences of RV travelers.

The presence of trees adds to the aesthetic appeal, and the emphasis on safety through bright lighting is a notable feature.
While proximity to the interstate may result in some noise, as mentioned by one reviewer, it seems to be generally acceptable for short stays and is likely a trade-off for the ease of access. The reasonable rates also make it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. Interstate RV Park Reviews
Perfect for our overnight stop. Staff was friendly. The fenced dog yard was clean. The pool looked clean. We didn’t use the shower house or restrooms. The pull through was level. There was a lot of trees around which always makes it look nicer. Walked the dog before sunrise and there were BRIGHT lights and motion lighting. Actually the bathroom light was so bright it was blinding to walk towards! Good for safety but it would have been really bright to be parked across from. Surprised it was quiet being near the highway. Would stay there again without hesitation.
Apr 16, 2025 · Julie WallinNice campground for overnight stay, very clean and well kept. Good location and easy access. A little noisy due to interstate but fine for a short stay. Pull through sites with full hookups. Friendly staff, reasonable rates. Nice bathrooms and laundry facilities, pool and a dog park.
Jan 14, 2025 · Liz HillickDecent campground with full hookups and easy access to I-75 for a quick overnight, and I wouldn't mind staying a few days if I had business in the area. We were here just for an overnight. The pull-thru site we had was level enough that I didn't need to disconnect my trailer. The utilities are poorly located for those of us whose have connections near the back, but properly functioning. The utilities are at the front of the pull-thru. My power cord was barely long enough. My water might have reached if I had tried, but I might have needed to pull the trailer forward in the site, disconnected, and parked my truck behind the trailer. Sewage definitely would not reach (20' hose.) If I'd needed to dump, I would have pulled forward & dumped with the front of my truck partially blocking the driveway. Bathhouse was clean & nice. Laundry facilities are available. There is a small pool. Online reservations, no check-in required. It's really close to I-75, so expect some road noise - not terrible at the back of the park.
Jan 09, 2025 · Gerald WilliamsonANTS....Ants everywhere and took over our RV. 8-9-24Let me start off by saying that we booked this spot online, last minute, as an overnight stay on our way North. The convenience of being able to book online we appreciate. It was also located right off the intestate which is also a pro & con (convenience & noise). The real problem came the next morning. my husband spoke to our neighbor to find out there was an ant problem (we had not seen them yet), and this was an ongoing problem 😒 We soon discovered (within the hour) we were overrun with ants! We loaded and left as soon as possible but it still took a week to clean out our rv.I understand we are in nature but please do better or let people know when booking that there has been a problem.
