Isleton MH & RV Park Introduce
Isleton MH & RV Park is situated at 14801 CA-160 Box A#2, Isleton, CA 95641, USA, in close proximity to the California Delta. For individuals seeking 'RV parks near me' or considering a mobile home community in the Isleton area, it's essential to review recent feedback to gain a balanced perspective. The following introduction aims to provide an objective summary of Isleton MH & RV Park based on the available customer reviews online.
One reviewer notes that Isleton MH & RV Park "by the Delta has been increasing with renovations and upgrades." This suggests that the park is undergoing positive changes that could enhance the living experience for its residents and visitors. The same reviewer specifically praises the "new management, Erika," stating that she has made "amazing improvements successfully." They describe her as "friendly, understanding and willing to help Tenants." Additionally, this reviewer highlights the park's convenient location, noting its proximity to the river, docks, stores, and entertainment options. This paints a picture of a park with ongoing improvements, a helpful manager, and a desirable location for those who enjoy river access and local amenities.
However, another reviewer presents a starkly contrasting view of the management, specifically addressing the same manager, Erika. This reviewer "agrees wholeheartedly" with another negative review of the park. They allege that "MISS Erika does bully people harassed and intimidates us into giving her 5 stars," claiming she states she receives a bonus for each positive review. This is a serious accusation that raises significant concerns about the management's ethical practices and the authenticity of positive feedback.
The second reviewer further criticizes the manager's presence and work ethic, stating that the park "needs a new manager that will show up and not be here for 30 like Tuesday past and not here the other weeks." They express suspicion about the manager potentially "clocking in online" without being physically present and accuse her of "sleeping at her desk" as mentioned in another review. These allegations suggest a lack of consistent and effective on-site management.
Furthermore, this reviewer claims that the manager "gossips about residents and upper management," which they rightly point out as unprofessional and inappropriate. This behavior could create a negative and distrustful atmosphere within the community.
The second reviewer also believes that "This park needs a lot of work but she doesn’t care" because "She doesn’t live here." This implies a perceived lack of investment and attention to the park's overall upkeep and maintenance under the current management.
Despite these serious criticisms of the management, the second reviewer offers a glimmer of hope, stating, "Monte Christo - this would be a great park but definitely needs new manager and needs cleaned up." This suggests that the park itself has potential, possibly due to its location or layout, but is being held back by management issues and a lack of cleanliness.
Adding to the concerns, the reviewer mentions the presence of "Two drug trailers in here that everyone is aware about" and states that these "needs to go." This is a significant safety and community concern that, if accurate, requires immediate and effective management intervention.
The reviewer also alleges a lack of communication and responsiveness from the management, stating, "Management does need to listen and talk to residence. (Without) being bullied by Miss Erika." This underscores the negative impact of the alleged bullying behavior on the residents' ability to communicate their concerns and contribute to a positive community environment.
Finally, the reviewer mentions observing inconsistent enforcement of park rules, specifically regarding speeding, stating, "We drive slow but notice others fly through here and it’s ok. That needs to be stopped also." This suggests a lack of fair and consistent application of park regulations, which can lead to frustration and safety concerns among residents.
Considering the category of "RV parks near me," these reviews present a mixed picture for potential RV travelers. The park's proximity to the river and local amenities, as highlighted by the first reviewer, could be attractive. The ongoing renovations might also lead to improved facilities for RV guests. However, the serious allegations of bullying, inconsistent management presence, neglect of park upkeep, potential drug-related issues, and inconsistent rule enforcement raised by the second reviewer are significant red flags that any RVer considering a stay at Isleton MH & RV Park would need to carefully evaluate.
To provide a more comprehensive view of Isleton MH & RV Park, we can speculate on some common services and features typically found in such parks, while acknowledging that the provided reviews offer limited direct information and raise concerns about the quality of management and maintenance:
- RV sites with utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity). The condition and reliability of these are not detailed.
- Potentially a dump station for RV waste.
- Restroom and shower facilities for RV guests, the cleanliness and upkeep of which are uncertain given the maintenance concerns.
- Laundry facilities, the availability and condition of which are not mentioned.
- Roads and pathways within the park, their condition potentially reflecting the alleged lack of general upkeep.
- Proximity to the river and docks, a significant locational advantage.
- Nearness to stores and entertainment, offering convenience.
- The ongoing renovations mentioned could be improving the overall infrastructure and amenities.
- The friendliness and helpfulness of the manager are praised by one reviewer but heavily criticized by another, indicating a highly polarized experience.
Given the serious and conflicting nature of the reviews, prospective residents, including RVers, are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. Visiting Isleton MH & RV Park in person to assess the conditions and, if possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who may have been pressured to leave positive reviews) would be crucial steps in making an informed decision. It would also be wise to inquire directly with the management about the allegations raised in the negative review and to observe the park's environment and upkeep firsthand.
For those interested in learning more about Isleton MH & RV Park, including RV site availability, specific amenities, current rates, and the management's response to the concerns raised, contacting the park directly at (916) 269-5272 or +1 916-269-5272 is recommended. However, it is important to approach any information received with a critical eye, given the conflicting reports from residents.
In conclusion, Isleton MH & RV Park by the Delta presents a complex picture based on recent online reviews. While one reviewer highlights ongoing renovations, a helpful manager, and a convenient location, another raises serious allegations of bullying and intimidation by the manager, neglect of park upkeep, potential drug-related issues, and inconsistent rule enforcement. Prospective residents, particularly those seeking 'RV parks near me' or long-term mobile home living, must carefully weigh these conflicting reports and conduct thorough personal investigation before considering Isleton MH & RV Park as their next community.

Apr 05, 2023 · DianaI agree wholeheartedly with the review on Isleton MHP. MISS Erika does bully people harassed and intimidates us into giving her 5 stars . She states she gets a bonus for each one. This park needs a new manager that will show up and not be here for 30 like Tuesday past and not here the other weeks. Hopefully she’s not clocking in online like she brags. The maintenance man is 10 star. John or Jessie does work and with pride and constantly. Not sitting in his car like ZMISS Erika every time we drive out she’s not there or in her car or like the other review we read sleeping at her desk. She gossips about residents and upper management. Not right. This park needs a lot of work but she doesn’t care. She doesn’t live here. Monte Christo - this would be a great park but definitely needs new manager and needs cleaned up. Two drug trailers in here that everyone is aware about needs to go. Management does need to listen and talk to residence. (Without) being bullied by Miss Erika She has wool pulled on your eyes as we see it. We drive slow but notice others fly through here and it’s ok. That needs to be stopped also. Long post BUT agree with other review of Isleton. Replace bullying manager and fix park.
Apr 26, 2024 · Madeline BakerErika is the new sherif in town and she is an excellent addition as the park manager. She responds fast to all my concerns and she's on top of all the happenings in the park. Keep up the good work!
Apr 05, 2024 · Myro BOur Community Leader, Erika, is the best thing that has happened since I moved in almost two years ago. She responds quickly, is present during posted office hours, and knows the laws! Since she's been here, unsafe potholes have been serviced. Her communication and consistent updates make a huge difference. Most of all, it is evident she genuinely cares about this community and its residents.A welcome presence, I have no doubt that if Erika is overseeing ops and resident concerns, the quality of life will continue to improve for all who live here. Safe and serene, with her help, this park will soon be even more beautiful.I feel lucky to call Isleton MH and RV Park home. It is truly a hidden jewel.
