Las Brisas Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Las Cruces, New Mexico vicinity or are exploring options for mobile home living, Las Brisas Mobile Home Park, located at 302 E Union Ave STE B, Las Cruces, NM 88001, USA, is a community that warrants consideration. Understanding the environment, services, and features of any potential living situation is crucial, and publicly available feedback can offer valuable perspectives.
Based on recent customer reviews, it appears that prospective residents or those currently residing at Las Brisas Mobile Home Park have encountered instances of what they perceived as unprofessional conduct during interactions with the management office. One reviewer recounted an experience of rudeness when inquiring about the community pool. According to this review, a sign indicated the pool would be closed until July 6th, but on July 10th, it remained closed. The reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of clear answers and the perceived rudeness from the office personnel when seeking clarification. This experience highlights a potential area of concern regarding communication and customer service within the management of Las Brisas Mobile Home Park.
Another review detailed a similarly negative interaction with the office staff while inquiring about a three-bedroom home advertised for rent off Don Roser Drive. The potential tenant stated they were prepared to pay a deposit and a year's worth of rent upfront but experienced rudeness from the individual who answered the phone. This interaction reportedly led to the potential tenant feeling that the management representative was dismissive and ultimately resulted in a lost opportunity for Las Brisas Mobile Home Park to secure a reliable tenant. The reviewer also mentioned that their wife had the phone hung up on her during a follow-up call. These accounts suggest significant challenges in the initial and ongoing communication between prospective or current residents and the management at Las Brisas Mobile Home Park.
It is important to note that these reviews provide a snapshot of individual experiences and may not be representative of all interactions with the management or the overall living experience within the park. However, they do raise important questions about the level of customer service and communication provided by the management team. For individuals considering residing in Las Brisas Mobile Home Park, it would be prudent to personally engage with the management to gain a firsthand understanding of their communication style and responsiveness to inquiries.
While the provided information does not offer specific details about the amenities, services, or the overall environment of Las Brisas Mobile Home Park, the address on East Union Avenue suggests a location that could offer convenient access to various parts of Las Cruces. East Union Avenue is a significant thoroughfare in the city, potentially providing proximity to local businesses, shopping centers, and other essential services. However, without further information, it is difficult to assess the specific neighborhood characteristics or the immediate surroundings of the mobile home park.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," it is unclear from the limited information whether Las Brisas Mobile Home Park accommodates recreational vehicles for short-term or long-term stays. Mobile home parks primarily cater to individuals and families living in manufactured homes on rented lots. Some mobile home parks may also offer designated spaces for RVs, particularly for long-term residents, but this is not explicitly stated in the provided details. Therefore, if you are an RVer, it is crucial to directly inquire with the management about the availability of RV sites, the terms of stay, and the amenities offered to RV residents.
Similarly, for those interested in mobile home living at Las Brisas Mobile Home Park, further information is needed regarding the types of lots available, the associated rental fees, and any community rules or regulations. The mention of a three-bedroom home for rent suggests that there may be rental units available in addition to individual lots for mobile homes. Prospective residents should inquire about the availability of both options and the terms and conditions associated with each.
Given the concerns raised in the customer reviews regarding management interactions, it would be advisable for potential residents to thoroughly investigate the current management practices. This could involve speaking with current residents (if possible), visiting the property to observe the environment firsthand, and directly engaging with the management team to assess their professionalism and responsiveness. Asking specific questions about community rules, maintenance procedures, and how resident concerns are typically addressed can provide valuable insights.
In conclusion, while Las Brisas Mobile Home Park is located in Las Cruces, NM, and can be found by those searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, the available customer feedback highlights potential challenges related to management communication and customer service. Prospective residents should consider these points and conduct thorough due diligence to determine if Las Brisas Mobile Home Park meets their needs and expectations. Contacting the park directly at (575) 525-8595 or +1 575-525-8595 is recommended to obtain current information on availability, amenities, and to personally interact with the management.

Las Brisas Mobile Home Park Reviews
The lady at the office was awfully rude when being questioned about the pool being closed, read the sign for it and it said it was closed on July 6 but today is the 10th so I would assume that it would be open by now but no the lady was being rude and not answering our questions about it. Do not live here if you don’t like rude people like her to be your management people smh. There’s literally no reason to be rude to your tenants whatsoever, bad management.
Jul 10, 2023 · IsabelSaw a rent sign off Don Roser for a 3 bedroom home the lady who answered was awfully rude and I was willing to put deposit and put a year worth of rent! she lost a good tenants! She hung up on my wife if you plan on renting out homes to people that have money and will wait for the home to be ready get rid of people like her!
May 17, 2022 · Cris GNice little mobile home park. I don't live there, my sister does. When I go visit it's nice and everyone has their own yards and assigned parking. Plus you see kids playing and lively family's just enjoying their space and minding their business. Lots of speed bumps for those that like to drive fast, so they can slow down since there are always kids walking and on their bikes and scooters.
Jan 05, 2018 · Lidia OrtizLas Brisas has been a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood, well at least from what I have seen each time I go. It is a pet friendly environment as well but some people don't do too well with keeping their dogs in their own yard.
Sep 18, 2021 · Cheyenne WoodI’m really disappointed in this place never ever in my life have I ever been questioned on my life and this lady in the office has no right to tell people to got get a job if you can’t, we’re in a pandemic literally giving out 3 day notice they don’t have any consideration on people not everyone has that kind of money yet they don’t care just kicking out families without any sympathy no care in the world they only care about what they take from us that’s all every person that works here are selfish and cruel people never ever rent here or buy not even worth it don’t waste you’re time or you’re money! Just remember “ All that glitters is not gold” just keep that in mind about this place.
