Lincoln Estates Introduce
For local users in Holland, Michigan, and the surrounding areas who are searching for "rv parks near me," it's important to clarify that Lincoln Estates, located at 1139 Lincoln Ave, Holland, MI 49423, USA, is a mobile home park, not an RV park. As previously mentioned, these types of residential communities serve different housing needs, with mobile home parks designed for longer-term or permanent placement of manufactured homes, while RV parks typically cater to short-term stays in recreational vehicles. This introduction will provide a detailed overview of Lincoln Estates as a mobile home park for local users who may be considering it as a potential housing option, based on the limited but informative customer reviews available.
The environment of Lincoln Estates, based on the customer feedback, is described as an "alright trailer park" and "well kept." The term "alright" suggests a generally acceptable living environment without being particularly exceptional or having significant drawbacks mentioned. The comment that the park is "well kept" indicates that the grounds and overall maintenance are likely satisfactory, contributing to a reasonably pleasant living environment for residents. This positive aspect of upkeep can be an important factor for those seeking a community that takes care of its appearance and infrastructure.
One notable feature of Lincoln Estates is the presence of a "nice pool for residents use only." This amenity adds value to the community, providing a recreational option for residents, especially during warmer months. A private pool can enhance the quality of life within a mobile home park, offering a place to relax, socialize, and exercise without having to leave the community. The exclusivity to residents only suggests that it is a dedicated amenity for those living within Lincoln Estates, potentially preventing overcrowding and ensuring it remains a benefit for the community members.
In terms of affordability, one reviewer explicitly mentions that "Rents pretty cheep" (presumably referring to lot rents or overall housing costs within the park). This suggests that Lincoln Estates might be a more budget-friendly housing option compared to other types of residences in the Holland area. Affordability can be a significant factor for many local users when considering their housing choices, making Lincoln Estates a potentially attractive option for those seeking cost-effective living arrangements.
One of the reviews also touches upon the age and condition of the mobile homes within the park, stating, "Could use updated trailers but old ones must come some where to rest till the scrap yard calls." This comment indicates that while the park itself is "well kept," some of the individual mobile homes might be older and potentially in need of updating. This is a common characteristic of some established mobile home parks, where residents may own homes of varying ages and conditions. For prospective residents, this suggests a diverse aesthetic within the community, with a mix of older and potentially newer homes. It also implies that the park might offer a more accessible entry point for those looking to own a home in a more affordable range, even if it means purchasing an older model.
Regarding parking, one reviewer noted that there is "Enough parking for a visitor." This is a practical consideration for residents who may have guests visiting them. Adequate visitor parking can prevent congestion and inconvenience within the community, making it easier for friends and family to visit residents. This suggests that Lincoln Estates has considered the parking needs of both residents and their guests.
Based on the limited information, there are no specific details provided about other services or features that might be available at Lincoln Estates. Typical amenities in mobile home parks can include community laundry facilities, management offices, community rooms or clubhouses, playgrounds, and potentially organized community events. However, without further information from reviews or official sources, it is not possible to confirm the presence or absence of these additional features at Lincoln Estates. Local users interested in a more comprehensive understanding of the park's amenities would need to contact the management directly.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. To learn about current lot rental rates, any special offers for new residents, or any ongoing community initiatives, prospective residents would need to reach out to the park management using the provided phone numbers, (616) 392-8838 or +1 616-392-8838. Direct contact would also allow potential residents to inquire about the availability of lots, the process of moving a mobile home into the park, and any specific rules or regulations of the community.
In conclusion, for local users in Holland, Michigan, searching for potentially affordable housing options, Lincoln Estates presents itself as a "well kept" mobile home park with a "nice pool for residents use only." The "cheep" rents suggest a budget-friendly community, although prospective residents should be aware that some of the mobile homes within the park might be older. The availability of visitor parking is a practical benefit. While the reviews are limited, they provide a generally positive initial impression of the community's upkeep and affordability. For a more detailed understanding of the services, features, and any promotional offers at Lincoln Estates, direct contact with the park management is recommended.

Lincoln Estates Reviews
cheaper. A alright trailer park. Typical park with nice pool for residents use only. Rents pretty cheep. Could use updated trailers but old ones must come some where to rest till the scrap yard calls

May 01, 2025 · Pamela ReedI lived in Lincoln estates for around 12 years. It was a place to live. I didn't agree with many things. Couldn't put up decorative fencing, couldn't fly certain flags, couldn't have political signs in the yard. I guess if you like everyone knowing your business you can live there or any mobile home community. I guess you should expect it tho with the closeness of the homes. Not any amenities for the price of lot rent. Thank God I was finally able to buy a real home and get out. I know I had a choice when I moved there but just seemed like you couldn't do anything to spruce up your home the way you wanted to
Jan 28, 2023 · Nelson RobertsNever get a response from the office the trailers don't look all that great in the first side
Nov 16, 2024 · Poison OThis place may look nice on the outside and the workers and manager make it sound like a renters paradise. But I warn any potential renter to NEVER rent from this place. They promise to fix so many things and it never happens and then you get blamed and charged when your lease is up. In our case it was the sewer in front of our home that flooded everytime it rained. This resulted in electrical damage to my car that I had to fix myself because the park and corporate office came up with every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault. They will also come up with random charges for you after they do a walk through inspection and tell you everything looks great and I quote from our walk through with the park manager "this looks better than 99% of the homes we rent. It looks and smells great in here." I have never been so disappointed and what I feel to be, taken advantage of. If you need anything repaired or replaced with these people just forget it, it's not going to happen. Save your money and find a more ethical and better place to live. Not to mention the hoards of feral cats the wonder the park.
