Little Family Properties Introduce
If you are exploring the category of "RV Parks Near Me" with an interest in long-term residential options, specifically mobile home parks, Little Family Properties, located at 3 Dina Dr, Newport, TN 37821, USA, is a place that warrants consideration. It's important to note that while the platform category is "RV Parks Near Me," mobile home parks serve as a more permanent housing solution compared to the temporary stays typically associated with RV resorts. The available online reviews for Little Family Properties present a mixed perspective, highlighting both positive aspects and significant areas of concern for potential residents.
One resident who has lived at Little Family Properties for almost three years shared a generally positive experience. They stated that they "like it" and have "Never had an issue with communicating with Patsy." This suggests that at least for some residents, communication with the management can be satisfactory. Furthermore, this reviewer mentioned that when maintenance requests were submitted, they "have been taken care of," indicating a level of responsiveness to necessary repairs. This is a crucial aspect for long-term residents, as timely maintenance is essential for a comfortable living environment. This positive feedback contributes to the overall picture of Little Family Properties as a potential long-term living option within the "RV Parks Near Me" category.
However, the same reviewer stopped short of giving a perfect five-star rating due to concerns about rule enforcement within the community. They noted that "some neighbors have broken the rules and seem to be getting away with it." This suggests a potential inconsistency in maintaining community standards, which can impact the quality of life for residents who adhere to the rules. This is an important factor to consider when evaluating long-term living options, as consistent rule enforcement contributes to a harmonious and respectful community environment.
In contrast to the positive communication experience reported by one resident, another reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction, stating that "Honestly communication is absolutely terrible." This starkly different experience highlights a potential inconsistency or a recent decline in communication effectiveness. This reviewer further elaborated on their negative experiences, claiming that the management "Doesn't follow up with repair requests" and "Does not answer the phone or email." Such a lack of responsiveness can be a major source of frustration and can lead to unresolved maintenance issues, negatively impacting the living conditions of residents. The reviewer also mentioned that it "requires a lot of research to get the higher ups to finally get in contact with anyone," indicating a potentially bureaucratic and inefficient communication system.
The significant discrepancy in the communication experiences reported by the two reviewers suggests that potential residents may want to inquire specifically about the current communication protocols and the responsiveness of the management to resident concerns. It is possible that communication effectiveness has varied over time or depends on the specific point of contact within the management structure.
Given the limited information, it is challenging to provide a detailed overview of the environment, services, and features of Little Family Properties. Typically, mobile home parks offer spaces for residents to lease and place their own manufactured homes. These parks usually provide essential infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups for each lot. Some parks may also offer additional amenities like laundry facilities, community areas, playgrounds, or on-site management offices. However, the available reviews do not explicitly mention the presence or quality of such amenities at Little Family Properties. Therefore, prospective residents should inquire about these aspects directly.
When considering a long-term living situation within the "RV Parks Near Me" category that includes mobile home parks, factors beyond just basic utilities are important. These include the sense of community, the upkeep and maintenance of the park's grounds, the specific rules and regulations of the park, and the overall atmosphere. The positive comment about liking the place and the negative feedback regarding rule enforcement both touch upon the community aspect, suggesting a potentially pleasant environment marred by inconsistencies in rule adherence. The differing experiences with maintenance responsiveness also highlight the importance of clarifying the current maintenance procedures and timelines.
For local users in the Newport, Tennessee area who are searching for "RV Parks Near Me" with a focus on long-term mobile home living, Little Family Properties presents a complex picture based on the available reviews. While some residents may have positive experiences with management communication and maintenance, others report significant issues. The potential inconsistency in rule enforcement is also a factor to consider. Therefore, prospective residents should conduct their own thorough investigation to determine if Little Family Properties meets their specific needs and expectations.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Little Family Properties, it is highly recommended to attempt to contact the management to inquire about lot availability, lease terms, monthly fees, utility costs, park rules, and the specific amenities offered. Due to the reported communication issues, persistence may be required to establish contact. A visit to the property would also be beneficial to personally assess the environment and the overall condition of the park. If possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who have left online reviews) could provide a broader perspective on the living experience at Little Family Properties.
As the available information does not include any specific promotional offers, it is advisable to ask the management about any current incentives or special deals for new residents. Understanding all the costs and terms associated with living at Little Family Properties is crucial before making a decision. While some residents report positive experiences, the significant concerns raised about communication and rule enforcement warrant careful consideration and thorough due diligence by any potential long-term residents looking within the "RV Parks Near Me" category in Newport, Tennessee.

Little Family Properties Reviews
We have lived here for almost 3 years and like it. Never had an issue with communicating with Patsy. when we have had to put in a maintenance request, it has been taken care of. I would of given 5 stars, except some neighbors have broken the rules and seem to be getting away with it. But all in all, a good place and people to rent from.
