MAR Communities Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Scottsdale, Arizona area, MAR Communities, whose administrative office is located at 10115 E Bell Rd #107-611, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, USA, is a management company overseeing various RV parks in Arizona, including Silverado RV Park in Eloy and XB Ranch in Mesa. While the listed address is for their administrative office, those seeking long-term RV stays would be interested in the conditions and management of the individual parks under the MAR Communities umbrella. You can reach MAR Communities at (480) 282-6014 or +1 480-282-6014 for general inquiries, but specific park information and availability would likely be handled by the individual RV park management.
When considering "RV parks near me" managed by MAR Communities, it's crucial to examine the experiences shared by recent customers at their various locations. The available reviews for Silverado RV Park and XB Ranch offer insights into the management practices and the living conditions within these parks, which may be indicative of the overall approach of MAR Communities.
One detailed review focuses on a nine-month stay at Silverado RV Park in Eloy, AZ. While the park itself is described as "average," a significant and ongoing issue is highlighted: frequent water outages due to necessary repairs. The reviewer estimates a "50/50 chance the water will be turned off daily," indicating a severe and disruptive problem with the park's infrastructure. This suggests potential challenges with the basic utilities essential for comfortable long-term RV living.
Furthermore, the reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction with MAR management, labeling them as "the absolute worst" and accusing them of being duplicitous. The experience was reportedly filled with "headaches," leading the reviewer to advise others seeking long-term stays to "steer clear from this company." A critical point raised is the alleged failure of MAR management to comply with their own rules, citing instances of conflicting information provided by different managers. This inconsistency and lack of adherence to established policies can create confusion and frustration for residents.
In a response to a reply (presumably from MAR Communities), the reviewer clarifies their nine-month residency and reiterates that the water issues were due to "water leaks" from "shot" water lines, contradicting any suggestion that the outages were primarily related to park upgrades. The reviewer also addresses a comment about the park not being a storage facility, explaining that their RV was stored for only one month and that storage rates were offered. This exchange further underscores the communication and policy issues experienced by this resident.
Another review details a five-month stay at XB Ranch in Mesa. While the stay itself was not negative ("I didn't mind my 5 month stay"), the reviewer expresses significant concern about being "automatically invoiced for an additional month" despite following all notification rules for departure. The reviewer attributes this to a flawed system that necessitates residents being overly vigilant to avoid unwarranted charges, labeling it as "repeatedly ripping people off." This billing issue raises questions about the efficiency and fairness of the management's administrative processes.
Based on these reviews, potential long-term residents considering "RV parks near me" managed by MAR Communities should be aware of the following potential issues:
- Infrastructure Problems: At least one park (Silverado RV Park) has reported ongoing and significant water issues that can disrupt daily living.
- Inconsistent Management: Conflicting information from different managers and a perceived failure to adhere to their own rules have been reported.
- Billing Errors: There is a risk of incorrect automatic invoicing even when residents comply with stated policies.
- Lack of Transparency: The detailed review regarding Silverado RV Park suggests a lack of clear communication and accountability from the management.
It is important to recognize that these reviews pertain to specific RV parks under the management of MAR Communities (Silverado RV Park in Eloy and XB Ranch in Mesa) and may not be representative of all parks managed by the company. However, they do provide valuable insights into potential management practices and the importance of thorough due diligence when considering a long-term stay at any RV park managed by MAR Communities.
Typical services and features of RV parks can include utility hookups, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational areas, and on-site management. The reviews provided do not offer specific details about the amenities at Silverado RV Park or XB Ranch, but they do highlight critical issues related to basic utilities (water) and administrative functions (management consistency, billing).
The administrative office of MAR Communities is located in Scottsdale, AZ, but the RV parks mentioned in the reviews are in Eloy and Mesa, indicating that MAR Communities manages properties in different locations within Arizona. For local users in the Scottsdale area searching for "RV parks near me," it would be necessary to determine which specific parks in the vicinity are managed by MAR Communities to assess their suitability.
No promotional information or special offers for any of the RV parks managed by MAR Communities are mentioned in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in learning about rates, availability, or incentives should contact the specific RV park they are considering directly.
In conclusion, while MAR Communities manages RV parks in Arizona, including areas that might be relevant to those searching for "RV parks near me" near Scottsdale, recent customer feedback regarding Silverado RV Park and XB Ranch raises significant concerns about water infrastructure, management consistency, and billing practices. Prospective residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough research on any specific RV park managed by MAR Communities that they are considering for a long-term stay. It is advisable to seek recent reviews specific to the location of interest and to directly inquire with the park management about their policies, infrastructure reliability, and billing procedures to ensure a positive living experience.

MAR Communities Reviews
Our stay was at Silverado RV park in Eloy AZ. The park itself is average, except for the on-going water issues. 50/50 chance the water will be turned off daily for repairs. As for MAR management, they are the absolute worst. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. We have had nothing but headaches with this company. Steer clear from this company if you want a long-term stay. They DO NOT comply with their own rules. We had one manager tell us one thing, and then another manager tell us another. Unacceptable.RESPONSE TO REPLYMaybe, the person replying should do a few minutes of research before posting. We were residents of the park for 9 months. The reason for my comment on the water issue. I have several text messages stating the water was tuned off due to water leaks. The water lines are shot. I know for a fact. It has little to nothing to do with park upgrades. And as for the ridiculous comment on not being a storage facility, I'm fully aware of that. The RV was in the park for one month for storage. Maybe you should have other residents move RVs that are clearly in storage, and not offer storage rates. That is, because "not a storage facility "Have the day you deserve ✌️
Mar 02, 2025 · Carol FoleyI didn't mind my 5 month stay at XB Ranch in Mesa. What I DID mind was being automatically invoiced for an additional month, even though I followed all of their rules of notification. Their choice is to invoice anyway and leave it to me to be diligent. Luckily I caught it. Fix your system so you aren't repeatedly ripping people off!
May 05, 2025 · Linda MartinThis gated community is beyond lovely. I could not be happier that my son found me this perfect little “place to be”. I have always wanted to live in a “tiny” house and this has exceeded all expectations. From the moment I met Joseph V over the phone, the whole process was put into motion and I moved in on June 1. The units are newly painted and look brand new. Right from Day 1 all the staff at Mar Communities have given me excellent customer service. Joseph V was fantastic…he kept in touch with me every step of the way and was available to address all my queries. Dani Toth was supa helpful when doing the paperwork and in no time I was approved and permitted to move in. Thank you Joseph V and Dani. I received a welcome note from Dawn who I hope to meet one day, and she also dropped off my mail key. Thank you so much Dawn. All in all a really awesome experience and I love my new home which has new appliances including a new stackable washer/drier. The owner, Mark was so nice to call me to welcome me to the community and to make sure I settled in ok. Andrea is also very helpful when requesting any help with regards to any maintenance one might need. Thank you for great customer service. So happy to be a resident at Trail Riders Ranch in Mesa AZ and I would give you all 10 stars for a very amazing experience. Thank you so much!
Jul 27, 2024 · Shay HernandezNice quiet park. Could use some cleaning around the facility. Laundry room needs sweep and mopped. Shower has hair in them and aren’t very clean. They are painted and bright!
Jan 09, 2025 · Janet BallI'm a resident at the Alma Gardens Mar Community site. Recently had a maintenance issue that I had to follow up on. I called late in the day, around 4pm. Someone was assigned to it immediately and David was out by 8am the next day and took care of the issue.Mar Communities has always responded quickly to my maintenance requests and I really appreciate that.
