Mesa Ridge Manufactured Home Community Introduce
For those seeking "RV parks near me" or long-term living options for their manufactured homes in Tucson, Arizona, Mesa Ridge Manufactured Home Community, located at 1402 W Ajo Wy, Tucson, AZ 85713, USA, is a property that warrants careful consideration. With contact numbers (520) 294-2617 and +1 520-294-2617, Mesa Ridge has received concerning feedback from its residents regarding security and management response to resident issues. These reviews raise significant questions for potential residents looking for a secure and supportive living environment.
One particularly alarming review states, "Careful they hire ppl to steal from you as in the security guards." This is a serious accusation that, if substantiated, would be a major deterrent for anyone considering residing at Mesa Ridge. The implication of internal theft orchestrated by security personnel is a severe breach of trust and would undoubtedly create an unsafe and uncomfortable living environment for residents. Potential residents should take this allegation very seriously and seek further information or assurances regarding security measures and personnel at the community.
Another review corroborates a lack of support from management when residents experience theft. This reviewer states, "They don’t care about their residents, when our items were stolen, they told us its not their problem and They were very rude." This response from management indicates a lack of responsibility and empathy towards residents who have become victims of crime within the community. Such an attitude can erode trust and make residents feel unsupported and vulnerable in their own living environment. For individuals prioritizing security and responsive management when searching for "RV parks near me," this feedback is deeply concerning.
Furthermore, the second reviewer describes an instance where they attempted to take proactive measures to enhance their own security by stating, "When we said we Were going to put up a fence so people stop walking through our property and stealing our items they got hysterical saying they would get people to get it taken down." This reaction from management to a resident's attempt to secure their property and prevent further theft is perplexing and suggests a potentially restrictive or uncooperative management style. The threat to have a fence taken down, intended to prevent trespassing and theft, is particularly troubling and indicates a potential disregard for residents' safety and security concerns.
Considering the category "RV parks near me" and the need for a safe and supportive living environment, the reviews for Mesa Ridge Manufactured Home Community raise significant red flags. The serious allegations of internal theft and the unhelpful, even obstructive, response from management to residents who have experienced theft are critical issues that potential residents must consider. The apparent restriction on residents taking reasonable steps to secure their own property further exacerbates these concerns.
Given the gravity of these allegations, prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" or manufactured home communities in Tucson should undertake extensive due diligence before considering Mesa Ridge. Essential steps for investigation should include:
- Visit the Property and Assess Security Measures: A personal visit to Mesa Ridge can help you observe the security presence and infrastructure. Inquire specifically about security protocols, the hiring and vetting process for security personnel, and any measures in place to prevent theft.
- Attempt to Speak with Current Residents: If possible, try to have conversations with residents to gain a broader understanding of their experiences with security, management responsiveness, and the overall living environment. Ask about their perceptions of safety within the community.
- Inquire About Management Policies on Security and Property Modifications: Directly address the management regarding their policies on security, their procedures for handling reports of theft, and their regulations concerning residents making modifications to their property for security purposes, such as installing fences.
- Review Community Rules and Regulations: Obtain and carefully review the community's rules and regulations to understand any restrictions on property modifications and the responsibilities of the management regarding resident safety and security.
- Check for Any Official Reports or Complaints: Investigate if there have been any official reports or complaints filed with local authorities or consumer protection agencies regarding theft or management practices at Mesa Ridge.
Due to the serious and concerning nature of the allegations in the provided reviews, it is impossible to highlight any positive promotional information or definitively advantageous features of Mesa Ridge Manufactured Home Community based solely on this feedback. The accusations of internal theft and the lack of support for residents who have been victims of crime overshadow any potential positives that the community might offer. The restrictive stance on security measures taken by residents themselves further compounds these negative impressions.
When searching for "RV parks near me" or a manufactured home community for long-term living, the safety and security of yourself and your belongings are paramount. The reviews for Mesa Ridge Manufactured Home Community raise significant doubts about the community's ability to provide a secure environment and a supportive management team. The allegations of internal theft and the unhelpful response to residents who have experienced crime are particularly troubling and should not be taken lightly.
In conclusion, the available reviews for Mesa Ridge Manufactured Home Community in Tucson present serious concerns regarding security and management's response to theft. The allegations of internal theft by security personnel and the lack of support for victimized residents are significant red flags for potential newcomers. The restrictive stance on residents taking security measures on their own property further adds to these concerns. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or manufactured home communities in Tucson are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, conduct thorough personal investigation, and seek assurances from the management regarding security and resident support before considering Mesa Ridge as a long-term living option. The negative feedback suggests a potentially unsafe and unsupportive living environment.

Sep 17, 2024 · Anahi FigueroaThey’ll tow your car on a Friday night to a company that is closed on the weekends. And when you call to ask why the car was towed they’ll tell you that they aren’t sure and that it’s your problem now. How is it okay for a party to block the road with their cars and not get towed but someone dropping off groceries does?
Dec 09, 2023 · gemmaThey are very rude whenever residents complain about the problems happening in the neighborhood. Our neighbors car got stolen and they said they didn’t care because it wasn’t their problem.
Sep 17, 2024 · AngeliqueThis community only gets better. John and his staff have done a great job. Getting the wrong people out really has cleaned up community. In a short time they have made more positive changes than 15 years of past management. Keep up the great work.
