Mustang Communities Introduce
Welcome to Mustang Communities, a mobile home park located at 1909 Millers Ln in McPherson, Kansas. While our platform category is "RV parks near me," we understand that individuals searching for residential options may also consider the unique lifestyle offered by mobile home communities. Mustang Communities provides a long-term living environment with its own set of features and community dynamics. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed and objective overview of Mustang Communities, based on available information, including feedback from current residents.
Mustang Communities offers a residential setting for individuals and families looking for a different type of housing solution in McPherson. Unlike temporary stays at an RV park, Mustang Communities provides the opportunity for long-term residency within a community of mobile homes. This can offer a sense of stability and belonging for those seeking a place to settle down.
Based on the available reviews, the experience of living at Mustang Communities appears to be varied. One resident describes it as a "terrible place to live" with "terrible management," alleging unfair treatment and charges for maintenance that is not properly performed. This perspective highlights potential concerns regarding management practices and the upkeep of the community.
In contrast, another resident offers a more positive viewpoint, stating that "Mustang is a decent place to live" and mentioning the safety and freedom their children experience within the community. This resident appreciates the responsiveness of the management to maintenance requests and finds them to be "kind, willing to listen and work with you." This suggests that some residents have positive interactions with the management and feel a sense of community within the park.
The positive review also highlights the sense of security and community that can be found at Mustang Communities. The resident mentions not being overly worried about their children playing outside and feeling comfortable sitting on their porch in the evenings. This suggests a level of neighborly interaction and a generally safe environment for families with children.
The same positive review notes the promptness of maintenance services, indicating that issues are typically addressed on the same day or the next. This can be a significant factor for residents, as timely repairs contribute to a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. The reviewer's overall assessment is that Mustang Communities is a "pretty decent" place to live, having resided there for approximately five years.
However, the positive review also mentions a specific concern regarding college students speeding on the bare streets at all times of the day and night. This suggests a potential issue with traffic within the community that may affect the safety and peace of residents. It's important to consider such factors when evaluating a long-term living situation.
Considering both perspectives, it appears that the experience of living at Mustang Communities can be subjective. While some residents have encountered issues with management and maintenance, others have found it to be a decent and safe community for their families. The presence of both positive and negative feedback underscores the importance of considering individual needs and priorities when evaluating this mobile home park.
For local users seeking long-term residential options in McPherson, Mustang Communities presents an alternative to traditional apartments or houses. Mobile home parks can sometimes offer a more affordable housing solution, and the sense of community can be a significant draw for some individuals and families. However, it is crucial to weigh the potential benefits against the reported drawbacks, such as concerns about management and maintenance.
If you are considering Mustang Communities as a potential place to live, it may be beneficial to conduct further research and, if possible, visit the community to assess the environment firsthand. Speaking with current residents, if feasible, could provide additional insights into the day-to-day living experience. Understanding the specific terms of residency, including lot fees, maintenance responsibilities, and community rules, is also essential before making a decision.
While Mustang Communities may not directly align with the "RV parks near me" category in terms of offering temporary recreational vehicle stays, it is a residential community that provides housing options within the local area. For individuals seeking a long-term place to live in McPherson, exploring mobile home parks like Mustang Communities can be a part of their housing search.
In conclusion, Mustang Communities in McPherson, Kansas, offers a mobile home living environment with a range of experiences reported by its residents. While some have expressed significant concerns regarding management and maintenance, others have found it to be a decent and safe community, particularly for families. Potential residents should carefully consider these differing perspectives and conduct their own due diligence to determine if Mustang Communities meets their individual housing needs and preferences. Mustang Communities Reviews
Terrible place to live. Terrible management. Don’t treat you right and take as much money from you as they can. They don’t even do the proper maintenance outside and charge the tenants for it.
Feb 19, 2025 · Hunter GibsonMustang is a decent place to live with my 3 kids aging from preteen to toddler. Kids aren't afraid to go out and play in the yard or with neighboring kids. I'm not to worried about sitting out on my porch during a nice evening just enjoying the time. When I need something fixed if it's not the same day it's the next day that it gets fixed. Management is kind, willing to listen and work with you. Just all around a decent place. Only complaint I would have is the college kids being college kids zooming up and down bare street at all times of the day and night. Other then that we've been in the community for 5ish years now. Pretty decent to me.
May 02, 2024 · Jessica MeyerWorst place to rent/own ever!!! There website/Facebook page lie about services provided such as laundry for RVs and more, the manager is vary rude and unprofessional (has a master complex in my opinion believes renters or people that own there own property should bow down and worship her), refusal to provide information to someone above her, have her followers make fake good reviews to try and boost rating of this place on Google and other sites, they do not repair anything in a timely manor (has been a broken water pipe for over a year), they use underhanded tactics to steal people's property that buy from them so they get money for term of lease and then can sale the place again (hopeing people do repairs to places they baught so they don't have to spend time or money doing it themselfs), manager does not remain unbiased, owners apparently do not care to resolve issues as they have done no investigation on how manager is doing or how residents feel about way there being treated, will impose fee's for repairs and more without actually doing repairs, will bully people into leaving (part of underhanded tactics) so they can repossess property's they sold and then refuse to approve any buyers from owner of baught property's so they can steal it back, will refuse to add some residents of a household to lease agreements (ones they feel will not just blindly agree to there unruly terms), have violated county codes on more then one occasion, will bribe police to aid in there underhanded acts, will have a lawyer send out notices in attempts to scare people into leaving (this stops if you have an lawyer send a demand letter for evidence to there lawyer, manager will come scream and yell at people that have issues and try and report them to her (clearly does not want to do her job). Do not ever rent or buy from this place from what I've been told by other people who left these things have all happened to them as well they have years of experience doing this to people and will act friendly to get you to buy or rent and then it's like a switch flips and they become a total nightmare.
