Paradise Pointe Introduce
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me," it's important to note that Paradise Pointe, located at 139 Colony Dr, Jefferson City, TN 37760, USA, is identified as a mobile home park, not an RV park. While both cater to residential needs, they typically offer different services and environments. Paradise Pointe can be contacted at (865) 500-2578 or via their mobile number +1 865-500-2578. However, recent customer reviews available online paint a concerning picture regarding the living experience at this mobile home park, which potential local users should carefully consider.
One of the most serious allegations raised in the customer feedback is the claim of unequal treatment and discrimination. A reviewer stated, "This is not a place where everyone is treated equal if you have other needs they will make life hard for you. Nobody is safe from discrimination." This is a significant concern, as it suggests a potentially unfair and unwelcoming environment for residents with specific needs or circumstances. Such an environment can severely impact the quality of life and sense of security for individuals residing in the park. Local users prioritizing fair and equitable treatment should take this feedback very seriously and seek further information or consider alternative options.
Another significant issue highlighted in the reviews pertains to substantial and frequent rent increases. A former resident expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating, "If you are thinking of coming to live in this place I do not recommend it in this year 2024 alone they increased the rent 3 veces I am finding out that it is better to live in an apartment here in this place cada vez are getting worse with the rent of the land." This indicates a pattern of aggressive rent hikes within a short period, which can create significant financial instability and hardship for residents, particularly those on a fixed income. The reviewer explicitly advises against moving to Paradise Pointe due to these escalating costs, suggesting that alternative housing options, such as apartments in the same area, might be more financially viable.
The term "cada vez are getting worse with the rent of the land" further emphasizes the reviewer's negative perception of the value proposition at Paradise Pointe. It implies that the increasing land rent is not justified by the quality of the living environment or the services provided. This sentiment suggests a potential disconnect between the cost of residency and the overall resident experience, leading to dissatisfaction among those living in the mobile home park.
Given the severely negative nature of the limited customer feedback available online, it is extremely challenging to provide a positive or even neutral introduction to the environment, services, and features of Paradise Pointe. The reviews do not offer any insights into the physical layout of the park, the types of amenities offered (e.g., community spaces, maintenance services, security), or the overall atmosphere beyond the allegations of discrimination and rapidly increasing rent. Therefore, any attempt to describe these aspects would be purely speculative and could contradict the available user experiences.
Local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" who might have inadvertently come across Paradise Pointe should be aware that it is a mobile home park and the concerns raised by former residents are significant. The allegations of unequal treatment and discriminatory practices create a serious ethical consideration. The issue of frequent and substantial rent increases raises concerns about affordability and the long-term financial implications of residing in the park. These factors collectively suggest a potentially unstable and unfavorable living environment.
Due to the lack of any positive feedback or descriptive information about the park's positive attributes, no features can be highlighted, and no promotional information can be inferred. The available reviews serve as strong warnings for potential residents. It is crucial for local users to conduct thorough due diligence and seek additional information from multiple sources before considering Paradise Pointe as a place to live. This might include contacting local tenant advocacy groups, checking with the Better Business Bureau, or attempting to find more diverse and recent reviews from other platforms.
In conclusion, for local users searching for housing options under the category of "RV Parks Near Me" (though Paradise Pointe is a mobile home park), the limited but strongly negative feedback available online presents serious concerns. The allegations of unequal treatment and discriminatory practices, coupled with the reports of frequent and significant rent increases, paint a picture of a potentially unfavorable living environment. Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, conduct thorough investigations, and consider alternative housing options in the Jefferson City, TN area before making any decisions regarding Paradise Pointe. The current online sentiment suggests a need for significant improvements in management practices and resident relations at this mobile home park.

Nov 26, 2024 · Elmer FigueroaThis is right by the downtown. Quiet park, cool views. This is close to the Walmart up the road. There's also a couple schools nearbyThere's other parks in town but this seems to be one of the cleaner ones.I would recommend this place
Oct 11, 2024 · A AI drove through this neighborhood to visit a friend who was working in the area. The park is made up of mostly older Mobile homes. Most of the yards were neatly kept but there were a couple that had been neglected. For the most part, it looked like everyone had made some effort to keep their outdoor areas respectful of their neighbors. The lots did appear to be very small, however the ones located in the rear of this neighborhood had some breathtaking mountain views that really surprised me. I can't speak as to whether the on-site office engages and manages rentals but that would be my best guess based on what I saw and the little I know after speaking to my friend. She did tell me that many of the homes have been remodeled on the inside. The one I did see inside of is in the process of being remodeled and has several surprising upgrades such as hardwood floors, butcher block counter tops and other features that render it updated. I was truly impressed. I'm going with 4 stars due to the few unsightly looking yards that need to be tended to but feel it is deserving because of the overall cleanliness especially for an older park.
May 30, 2023 · Angie FieldsHave to deal with eggs being thrown at my house and car. When brought up to owners they act like we are annoying them. Typical corp slumlord. Bought it now won't take care of it. Don't bother with the corp reply. I know nothing will be done. Nothing done the times before. Just told to deal with it or move. This is why corp greed shouldn't be able to buy all mobile home parks. Would not move here.
