Sunset Farm RV Park Introduce
For local users seeking a warm and welcoming "RV Parks Near Me" in the Dandridge, Tennessee area, Sunset Farm RV Park, situated at 1750 Deep Springs Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725, USA, emerges as a highly regarded option based on recent customer testimonials. While a direct phone number is not provided in the available information, the positive reviews offer significant insights into the park's environment, services (implied), and unique features.
One of the most prominent aspects highlighted in the reviews is the exceptional hospitality and welcoming nature of the park's owners, Ken and Cathy. They are consistently described as "wonderful people" and "very enjoyable" by long-term renters. Their accommodating attitude towards residents is also emphasized, suggesting a management style that prioritizes the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. This personal touch can create a significant difference in the overall RV park experience, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
The sense of community at Sunset Farm RV Park is another recurring theme in the feedback. One reviewer explicitly mentions that the whole park is a "welcoming community," further reinforced by the anecdote of kindness shown to their family during a difficult time. This suggests that the park fosters a supportive and friendly atmosphere among its residents, making it feel like a "home away from home." For local users seeking more than just a place to park their RV, but rather a community to be a part of, Sunset Farm RV Park appears to offer this valuable aspect.
The physical environment of Sunset Farm RV Park is also positively portrayed. It is described as "very nice, clean & quiet," indicating a well-maintained and peaceful setting. The emphasis on cleanliness suggests that the owners take pride in the upkeep of the grounds and facilities, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The "quiet" nature of the park would appeal to those seeking a tranquil retreat away from the noise and bustle of more crowded campgrounds.
Interestingly, one reviewer notes that Sunset Farm RV Park is a "seasonal park which is still expanding." This suggests that the park may have specific operating seasons, and local users should inquire about these periods when planning their stay. The fact that it is still expanding hints at ongoing development and potential future improvements or additions to the facilities and amenities. This could be a positive sign of a growing and evolving RV park.
While specific services and features are not explicitly detailed, the fact that the park accommodates long-term renters (one reviewer has been renting for three years) implies the availability of essential hookups such as electricity, water, and sewer. The mention of residents having "their camper on the grounds for quite a few years" further supports the idea that Sunset Farm RV Park caters to both short-term and potentially longer-term stays. It would be beneficial for local users to inquire about the specific types of RV sites available (e.g., pull-thru, back-in), the amperage of electrical hookups, and other essential services.
A unique feature mentioned by one of the long-term renters is that the owners have "set values for the appearance of the park" and that "all structures (pole barns and decks) conform to standard colors to improve the appearance of the park." This demonstrates a commitment to maintaining a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout the grounds. Such attention to detail in the overall appearance can significantly enhance the visual appeal of the RV park and contribute to a more enjoyable experience for residents and visitors alike.

Sunset Farm RV Park Reviews
Ken and Cathy are wonderful people and the whole park is such a welcoming community. My grandparents have had their camper on the grounds for quiet a few years now and have never had any complaints. Everyone was very kind when my popaw passed and this campground was very near and dear to his heart. It is a home away from home and anyone would be very lucky to stay on these beautiful grounds.

Aug 15, 2018 · John KernsSunset Farm is a quiet family owned seasonal campground. It is convenient for boat owners who like to spend most of the time on the water. It is an attractive campground because of the uniformity campers agree to when they rent a site. Ken and Kathy work hard to provide an enjoyable stay for all.
Aug 14, 2018 · Jean SilkHaving been a snow bird in this SEASONAL RV Park for 3 years, I am tickled pink with both the park itself and the owners/managers. According to our contracts, we can come and go as much as we like...we just can't live here full time! Ken and Kathy work very hard to accommodate individual request and still maintain the integrity of the park as mandated by the county. Perhaps some folks don't understand the ins and outs of conducting a business; it is their livelyhood. The park was designed to accommodate maximum comfort for the campers, thus a logical reason for Ken to position rigs on the sites. There are some people that can't be pleased with a pleasing stick! Personally, the park is better off without those who are looking for an excuse to justify their actions.I am one Happy Camper!
Aug 14, 2018 · Polly Burkett BradshawLong Term Campground. Owners are more interested in making money than the people they rent to. Ken and Cathy Jenright. They collect double rents if possible, will tell you to move your trailer out at the drop of a hat at a moments notice and not give refunds for rent already paid. If you have installed upgrades like a car port or a deck, they will try to confiscate it without paying you a dime then sell it to the next one moving in for a profit. Nasty People who claim to be Christian, church going people. They are not. Also not senior citizen friendly in the slightest and don't care who they hurt. Personal experience here. You reap what you sew.. Stay away from these people if your smart.
