Two Rivers Landing RV Resort Introduce
If you're searching for RV parks in the Sevierville, Tennessee area, platforms under the category "RV Parks Near Me" can provide a range of options. Two Rivers Landing RV Resort, located at 2328 Business Ctr Cir, Sevierville, TN 37876, is one such resort that has garnered attention from travelers. This introduction aims to provide a detailed and objective overview of the resort based on recent customer reviews, highlighting its environment, services, features, and any potential considerations for prospective guests.
Two Rivers Landing RV Resort can be contacted at (865) 429-9666 or via mobile phone at +1 865-429-9666. These contact numbers are essential for inquiries regarding site availability, reservations, amenities, and any specific policies of the resort.
One long-time visitor to Two Rivers Landing RV Resort speaks highly of their past experiences, considering it a "5+ star resort" and having recommended it to many others. This suggests that the resort has historically maintained a high standard of quality and service. The reviewer notes the beautiful views, particularly of the river, and mentions enjoying watching the 18 deer across the river, highlighting the scenic environment as a significant positive aspect of the resort.
However, this same reviewer also points out some recent changes and disappointments during their latest stay. Firstly, they mention the discontinuation of a winter discount and the absence of any weekly rates, which increased the cost of their nine-night stay. They also note an "eighteen dollar uncharged" for two nights falling on a weekend, despite no significant events in the area. Despite the increased cost, they proceeded with the booking due to their past positive experiences and the resort's reputation for being "spotless."
Upon arrival, the reviewer expressed disappointment with the condition of their site. The small grass area was covered with fall leaves, and there were "several piles of droppings from a large dog." This lack of grooming was particularly concerning given the premium nightly rate of over $94, especially during the off-season when the resort appeared to be sparsely occupied. The reviewer noted that they seemed to be the only customers for a significant portion of their nine-day stay, with only two other RVs staying for a single night each, in addition to four sites occupied by hosts. While they appreciated the trimming of the crepe myrtles, they felt that the cost was not justified by the lack of site maintenance during their recent visit.
In contrast, another reviewer had a very positive experience staying in the "newly refurbished Airstream Land Yacht" at Two Rivers Landing Resort. They described it as a "treasure" and enjoyed the beautiful river views while dining on the outdoor table. The outdoor patio furniture was comfortable, enhancing the experience of the scenic outdoors. The Airstream itself was described as "bright and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities," including an extremely comfortable bed, pristine linens, and effective air conditioning. They also appreciated the Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The check-in and check-out process was reported as simple, and communication from the management was clear and welcoming. This reviewer highly recommends the resort and its new Airstream accommodation.
Based on these reviews, Two Rivers Landing RV Resort offers a picturesque environment with beautiful river views, which is a significant draw for many visitors. The availability of a newly refurbished Airstream Land Yacht provides a unique and potentially luxurious accommodation option with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The management's communication was also noted as clear and welcoming by the Airstream guest.
However, the experience of the returning RV guest highlights potential inconsistencies in site maintenance and potentially higher pricing with fewer discounts. The presence of leaves and pet droppings on a premium-priced site, especially during a period of low occupancy, suggests a lapse in the expected level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The changes in pricing structure, such as the elimination of winter discounts and weekly rates, may also impact the perceived value of a stay at the resort.
When considering Two Rivers Landing RV Resort based on the platform category "RV Parks Near Me," prospective guests should weigh the positive aspects of the scenic location and the availability of unique accommodations like the Airstream against the potential drawbacks related to site maintenance and pricing, as indicated by the recent RV guest's experience.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Two Rivers Landing RV Resort, potential guests may want to inquire about:
- The different types of RV sites available and their amenities (e.g., hookups, size, river views).
- Current pricing structures, including any discounts for longer stays or during specific seasons.
- The resort's policies on site maintenance and cleaning procedures between guests.
- Pet policies and any associated rules or fees.
- Other amenities offered at the resort, such as laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, recreational areas, or any planned events.
- The availability and pricing of the Airstream Land Yacht rental.
The contrasting experiences of the two reviewers underscore the importance of recent feedback when evaluating an RV resort. While the resort has a history of high standards and offers appealing features like river views and unique accommodations, potential guests should be aware of the recent concerns raised about site maintenance and pricing. It would be prudent to contact the resort directly to address these concerns and to ensure that the current offerings and standards meet their expectations for a premium RV resort experience in Sevierville, TN.
In conclusion, Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in Sevierville, TN, presents itself as a potentially scenic and well-located option for RV travelers, with the added allure of a newly refurbished Airstream rental. The beautiful river views and the positive experience in the Airstream are definite highlights. However, recent feedback regarding site maintenance issues and changes in pricing structure warrant careful consideration by prospective RV guests. Direct communication with the resort management is recommended to obtain the most up-to-date information and to address any concerns before making a reservation, ensuring a satisfactory stay at this "RV Parks Near Me" listing.

Two Rivers Landing RV Resort Reviews
We don't get to Sevierville often, but when we do, we have always loved staying at Two Rivers Landing. We have also told a lot of people about it over the years. In the past, we have considered this a 5+ star resort. This year, when I called for reservations, there was no longer a winter discount. There are no discounts of any kind. There is no weekly rate. We needed nine nights. Since our extra two nights fell on Saturady and Sunday of a weekend with zero events in the area, we had to pay an eighteen dollar uncharged. We decided to book it despite the cost as we know it has always been a spotless resort. We arrived to find out that we were the only customers. In the nine days, only two other rvs spent one night each. There were four sites occupied by hosts. My wife and I were both disappointed when we got to our site. The small grass area in front of the coach was covered with leaves from the fall. There were also several piles of droppings from a large dog on our grass area. If Two Rivers Landing is going to charge a premium year round, a site should be inspected and cleaned before a guest comes in spending over $94 dollars per nite in the dead of the winter. Yes, the crepe myrtles had been cut way back, which was nice. The views are still beautiful. We enjoyed watching the 18 deer across the river. We both had to say that on this visit, the cost was not justified by the lack of grooming of our site.
Jan 28, 2025 · Bob ReedWe recently had the privilege of staying in the newly refurbished Airstream Land Yacht at Two Rivers Landing Resort. It is a treasure! We arrived before sunset, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful views while eating dinner on the outdoor table, overlooking the river. The outdoor patio furniture was comfortable and perfect for enjoying the scenic outdoors! The Airstream home is bright and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed and bath linens are pristine. The air condition kept us cool and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee using the Nespresso machine. Check-in and check-out was simple, and communication from the management was clear and welcoming. We highly recommend Two Rivers Landing Resort and their new Airstream accommodation!
Mar 26, 2025 · Kelly EstesTwo Rivers is a small and quite RV Resort and a must add to your campground list. They have about 50ish spots, half of those spots are right on the river with a beautiful view. The hook ups for those spots are only on the left side so at this time only Class As can be in those spots. The restrooms and laundry room were clean. They have a large pool, no jacuzzi and just added a fire pit with seating. The one turn off we had to this campground was there’s not a dog park. There is plenty of grass at each site for your pups to stretch and have a potty break. What we loved about each site was it was very private, both sides of your spot are lined with bushes and stretches far back enough giving you a little yard area. The campground is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge so you’re close but not too close to the crazy traffic. It was overall a great stay, you won’t be disappointed!
Aug 19, 2024 · Alexis and Tyler WinnWe spent two says at Two Rivers Landing & we’ve already put it on our list of favorite camping spots. Believe us, they have set the bar very high for our continued camping experiences throughout the south. The sites are spacious, clean, impeccably manicured. Everything from the bathrooms, showers, and garbage collection area were spotless! Well done!
Apr 12, 2025 · Laurie WisemanDidn’t get to use much of the facilities at all, just stayed one night. The pads were nice and level and manicured. Someone had been walking their dog and it pooped in our grass sometime before we arrived. I picked it up so we wouldn’t get in trouble for it along with my dog’s poop, but I did see them walking along all the back yard areas to try to find it because they probably remembered it was there, but that’s a people problem, not an RV park issue. Nice that they had picnic tables. Hookups worked great.
