Westbury Oaks Introduce
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me," it's important to understand that while the platform might list various types of accommodation for travelers and those seeking longer-term stays, the specific listing for Westbury Oaks at 341 Happy Trails Way, Sevierville, TN 37862, USA, appears to be for a mobile home park rather than a traditional RV park catering to temporary recreational vehicle stays. Therefore, the following introduction will focus on Westbury Oaks as a potential residential mobile home community for local users seeking this type of housing option in the Sevierville area.
Based on the limited information available from online customer reviews, Westbury Oaks presents a mixed perspective. One reviewer commented, "Good place to live I presume if you can afford over nine hundred dollars a month lot rent." This statement provides a crucial piece of information regarding the cost of living in Westbury Oaks, indicating that the monthly lot rent is in the vicinity of $900 or more. For local users considering this mobile home park as a housing option, this cost will be a significant factor in their decision-making process.
The same reviewer's phrasing, "I presume," suggests that while they believe it to be a good place to live, the affordability of the lot rent might be a barrier for some. This implies that Westbury Oaks might cater to individuals or families with a certain income level who can comfortably manage this monthly expense in addition to the cost of owning or renting a mobile home within the community.
Another reviewer offered a more subjective and positive, albeit brief, comment: "If I was abel and there were a Starbucks closer I would move there quickly it's so beautiful." This statement suggests that Westbury Oaks possesses an aesthetically pleasing environment that is appealing to potential residents. The desire to move there based on its beauty indicates that the community might feature well-maintained grounds, attractive landscaping, or perhaps scenic surroundings that contribute to a high quality of life. The mention of the distance to a Starbucks is a personal preference and doesn't directly reflect on the park itself, but the underlying sentiment about the beauty of the location is noteworthy.
Given the limited scope of these two reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Westbury Oaks. However, we can extrapolate some potential aspects based on the nature of mobile home parks in general and the hints provided in the reviews:
- Environment: The comment about its beauty suggests that Westbury Oaks likely offers a visually appealing setting. This could include well-kept common areas, landscaping, trees, and a general sense of community pride in the appearance of the park. The location in Sevierville, Tennessee, also implies proximity to the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains region, which could further enhance the environment of the mobile home park.
- Services and Features: Typically, mobile home parks provide essential infrastructure for residents, including utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewer at each lot. There might also be community amenities such as paved roads, street lighting, and possibly trash removal services. Depending on the size and nature of Westbury Oaks, there could be additional facilities like a community center, laundry facilities, recreational areas (e.g., playgrounds, picnic areas), or even security features. However, none of these are explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, so their availability at Westbury Oaks is speculative.
- Cost: The significant piece of information regarding lot rent (over $900 per month) is a key feature. This cost likely covers the lease of the land on which the mobile home is situated and might include some of the basic services provided by the park. Potential residents would need to factor in this monthly expense along with the purchase or rental of a mobile home and other personal living costs.
- Community: Mobile home parks often foster a sense of community among residents, particularly in those designed for longer-term living. The positive sentiment about the beauty of the location could also contribute to a positive community atmosphere. However, without more reviews or information, it's difficult to gauge the social environment at Westbury Oaks.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews. There are no mentions of special offers, incentives for new residents, or any marketing aspects of Westbury Oaks. Therefore, local users interested in learning more about any promotional activities would need to contact the park directly.
To obtain a comprehensive understanding of Westbury Oaks, local users are strongly encouraged to reach out to the park management using the provided phone numbers: (865) 453-3006 or +1 865-453-3006. Direct contact will allow potential residents to inquire about:
- The current lot rent and what services are included in this fee.
- The availability of lots and any requirements for mobile homes (e.g., size restrictions, age).
- The specific amenities and facilities offered within the park.
- The rules and regulations of the community.
- The process for becoming a resident.
- Any promotional offers that might be available.
Visiting Westbury Oaks in person could also provide valuable insights into the environment and the overall feel of the community. Observing the grounds, the condition of the mobile homes, and any visible amenities would help potential residents assess whether it aligns with their preferences and needs.
In conclusion, Westbury Oaks in Sevierville, Tennessee, appears to be a mobile home park that offers a beautiful living environment, as noted by one reviewer. However, the significant monthly lot rent (over $900) mentioned by another suggests that affordability might be a key consideration for prospective residents. Due to the limited information available from online reviews, local users interested in this mobile home park should contact the management directly to obtain detailed information about the services, features, and costs associated with living in Westbury Oaks. A personal visit to the community is also recommended to fully assess its suitability as a long-term residential option.

Apr 25, 2025 · John ChristopherIf I was abel and there were a Starbucks closer I would move there quickly it's so beautiful
Dec 10, 2018 · Amanda MccolloughI rented lot 347 for 18 years. I did the signage for Westbury for several years & even painted 200 × 20ft fairey mural inside manager's home on top of the hill. Managers came & went over the years. The latest pair (julie and husband) were different. The man was great, but the woman not. Lost 2 businesses back to back after the smokies burnt down & told julie I was traveling to CALIFORNIA, where my rich half-brother lives. Promised I would bring lots of $ back. Even won $10,000 lottery ticket! Only he knew about it & packed my bags & put me on bus back to TN. I was robbed in NM of absolutely Everything. Here I was robbed of my home by Julie aided by Sevierville cops. Who also robbed me of my 407 commercial art booth. On live streaming video & many camera phones I was given 10 min to load my stuff & go. Several lawsuits pending now. I bought app for criminal records & discovered 75% of sex offenders reside at Westbury Oaks. I already was aware of a problem since I raised 6 kids over the years & boarded up all my windows to keep the post office neighbor from peeping in. I didn't fit in with all the druggies & thieves centered at Westbury Oaks so I was a target. The last year I parked elsewhere to prevent more vandalism on my vehicles. Westbury Oaks is now a HORRIBLE place to try to live.. so I guess when the DA tells me he doesn't know how my trailer I had paid so far $35,000 already belonged to somebody else already.. just as well. The trailer park is not a safe place to live at all.
Dec 12, 2018 · Robert TrubeyI had seen many lots but the majority were not trimmed.
